Amazing. I got a door dash order and it was hot and fresh, thank you! Honestly I was expecting mediocre product and service but I was surprised. My single cinnabon was warm and my box of 4 was warm as well, from my experience the boxes are sometimes sitting there. Everything I ordered was in the bag, including extra icing. Got here at 10:55 this morning. Was told they opened at 11:00....no problem. It is 11:12 and there are no fresh Cinnabons available. Why wouldn't the staff be prepping to ensure there buns available when they open. 11:15...buns are just coming out of oven. Still need to be frosted. Ohh some people just left disgruntled Again, Need to coordinate the available of bum with the time they open. Waited because we don't have these but once a year if that....so good!! read more

We decided to stop by here after a weekend dinner, the wife was feeling them cravings due to her pregnancy and this was her spot of choice. I decided to join her, so we both got a classic cinnamon roll, with a lemonade. Nothing fancy but delicious and soft as always. Pricing was a little high, but understandable as it is inside the Montclair mall, located in the second floor near the Tmobile booth. Overall a good experience, fast and forward. This still continues to be my wife's favorite spot for cinnamon rolls. read more

Isacc quickly addressed me as soon as I entered the line, even as he was serving other customers. After taking care of his customers, Isacc came over to me, greeted me and asked me how he could help me today. He thoroughly explained the cold brews to me and made a suggestion. As others have stated the smell of the cinnamon rolls fills the air of the second floor. As you pass by the Cinnabon station you can't help but stop and purchase something. The line was long but went by pretty quick. I purchased a cinnamon roll, a churro (not shown in my picture), and an iced mocha. The roll was fresh and warm. The iced mocha was delicious. My mom wanted a hot decaf coffee but they only carry regular coffee which was kind of a bummer. However, the customer service was great, the facility looked clean, and the rolls were delicious. Rude enough that I drove to a new location. Yes, it was Christmas eve and a high stress time. I asked about purchasing a 9 piece minibon pack. I was informed they were not taking orders. I could order but not a pack. This doesn't make sense since they were still selling single cinnabon rolls. I was told they didn't have packaging. I didn't care what they put them in and was not being picky. Single cinnabon rolls would have taken more packaging and there isn't a difference if I bought 9 rolls vs a 9 pack. The manager kept telling me what she can't do instead of what she could do. So I left to the West Covina location. Same great cinnabon taste, no hassle or attitude. read more

If you're like me and wandering around the east side of the Montclair mall then you will surely smell the sweet scent of warm cinnamon goodness as you pass by the various shops. It's hard to keep focus on shopping when the sugary scent fills the air, pulling you in. And even worse for me. Sweets are my weakness. Yesterday when I was shopping at the mall I couldn't fight the temptation to stay away. It was calling my name! Drawing me in until I finally let my guard down. The smell lingered in the air, taunting everyone who dare walk by or linger around that area of the shopping center. As I finally gave in and let my darker side get the best of me I walked into the little store to be greeted by an even stronger scent of what they were baking up. Delicious freshly made Cinnamon rolls! So good. So sweet. You can watch the employees behind the counter rolling out the fresh dough. Dusting it with a generous portion of cinnamon. And another employee - richly slathering the sweet sugar icing on top of the rolls that just made their way out of the oven! It's such a beautiful sight! Amazingly the line wasn't long as I waited to get to the cashier so I could get my snack. I would have thought people would flock to Cinnabon after smelling their product. Who could resist the temptation?! I am so weak willed when it comes to their dessert. The store is fairly small but since it is located within the mall they don't have much room to play with. There are a total of two tables inside for customers to indulge in the fresh Cinnamon rolls. Other than that you will have to take it to one of the nearby benches. With it being the weekend they had quite a few employees working in back while their one cashier rang everyone up. Unfortunately one of their registers was "Out of order" so the line moved a bit slow to my impatient liking. But once I went to pay for my treats the young woman working the register was friendly and got my order paid for quickly so I could be on my merry way. She even included a free side of icing so I can pack on more calories to my already high calorie treat! What a doll. Overall my experience was good at this location. Their product is delicious and fresh. Customer service is not lacking as well. I will continue to come here when I am walking through the Montclair Plaza and want to possibly die of a sugar rush. Disappointed to say the least. My mom and I went to buy some Cinnabon's the other night and were surprised and honestly upset that they wouldn't sell us any. The lady working said she couldn't sell us any and didn't offer an explanation other than "we are already closed. We sold out."...it was 8:30 and the sign said they closed at 9pm. Other people walked by and also attempted to buy some but were told the same thing. We will not be buying any Cinnabon's from this store again. read more

While waiting for my car to be serviced, my mom and I stopped at Cinnabon for an iced coffee and mini Cinnabon rolls. Growing up, my mom would buy us these delicious morsels of cinnamon goodness as a treat. So it was definitely some nostalgia for me when we visited this location. I hardly ever get Cinnabon anymore and was pleasantly surprised that they offer the gooey middles now as an item. That's my favorite part! Next time. Good service and delicious treats. Noticed this new location on 2nd floor one evening and asked what time they open in the morning. The guy said 10am. A little late in the morning for a breakfast roll but this morning I went there at 10am sharp. The person there making rolls asked what I wanted and I told him 1 regular roll and 3 minis. He said that would take a half hour to make. Apparently they are open at 10:00am but don't have any product available until 10:30. You'd think during this Covid situation companies would be bending over backwards trying to figure out how to stay in business. Not this company. So no Cinnabons for me and my grandkids. read more

Everything you want. Nothing that you don't. I like that they have mini cinnamon buns so my kids can have a quality treat without being super huge. Haven't tried a bunch of their other options, because...that's not why you go to Cinnabon right? These people are the worst ! The girl was putting out some warm cinnamon rolls , I asked if I could get those , 6 of them , she said , those were meant to be sold individually ?!! Wtf ! Are they not all the same ? So , If I want a box (6) , with old cinnamon rolls , I pay $19 , but I payed $17 for 3 fresh ones !!!!! This is totally unacceptable ! There was hardly any frosting on the roll because they want to charge extra... It's highway robbery ! Won't be goiing there anytime soon ! Eff them , I really hope they go out of business ! You should be able to get fresh cinnamon rolls for the same price as the old stale ones ! Bake them fresh , they are a bunch of idiots ! Back in the day they were always fresh ! I mean com'mon! It's moist with the best cinnamon flavor and never seems to disappoint. These cinnamon rolls are my weakness. They're just so damn Good! Plus doordash can deliver them now. I would stop by on a daily, never ever had an issue. Today I stopped by, waited in line for 15 min to get to the front of the line and find out they were not taking Apple Pay! Customer service is GREAT! We drove all the way to Montclair for Cinnabon and the guy who helped us was sooo nice. It was around 5:45. I believe his name was Mark but I could be totally wrong. I went to buy a pre-packed box with cinnamon rolls and it turns out that the box I grabbed had little flying mosquitos inside the box. I told the girl there and she just put them away. I asked to please give me from the ones that they sell individually and said she could at a regular price. So she end up selling me a box with 6 rolls that were cooling down. Just be careful when you buy pre packed boxes. read more

We visited this Cinnabon Location 10/25/2016 at approximately 8:30pm I used my ATM card to make the purchase. Today 10/26/2016 I was contacted by my bank to alert me of possible fraudulent charges on my ATM card so I contacted my Bank and logged onto my online bank account to find over 100 charges that were not purchases I had made, all of the transactions were made online. ((( BEWARE ))) there is a card reader attached to their ATM card reader or the employee's are credit card thieves. read more

I'm currently sitting in this location and I'm giving 5 stars because my aunt and i ordered cinnabon for a party we're having, from the very beginning all of the staff that has helped us has gone above and beyond for us. When we first came to place the order for 75 minnibons the ladies that were here actually put together a little sample box of how we're handing them out, we're passing them out as party favors. They gave us gift tags that we can fill out. Next when we came to pay for the cinnabon. I asked if they sold the little individual boxes, which they do but theyre 5 cents more. The woman that helped us made it happen and offered a cinnabon on the house because it would be a wait to find out and count the boxes. We were able to purchase them and take them home to fold tonight, the night before the party. read more

(perfect time before closing rush btw) there was no line and one customer was waiting for his order and another customer just got handed his order as i was walking in. i walk up to the register and stood for someone to come take the order. there were 3 or 4 girls on shift and at the time 3 were on the opposite side of the counter. 2 of them stop their conversation and the one with the long dark curly hair, thick eyelashes, green shirt and black apron asks me in a not so welcoming way "do you need something" i nod and say "yes" to which she replies again in a not friendly way with a not friendly look on her face "what" so i said "i need to order" back in the same tone i was spoken to. so she sent some other, very nice girl in all black, to take my order. I've only had one other experience like this a while ago when one girl was rude to her coworkers and customers with her booty shorts hanging out right in front of the nuts and sprinkles. The ice cream is good, the place is cute but the customer service is trash sometimes because one girl hates the job she applied to. and who wants to walk out saying "damn she was rude"? that's makes the ice cream taste just as nasty as the attitude. I do love Cinnabons, however... NOT THIS ONE! I think they purposely put the minimum amount of frosting on their rolls solthey can sell you additional ones at $0.53 a cup. I think that it is outrageous when youn spend $13.25 on a box of rolls and you have to buy two or three half filled cups just to have a descent amount of frosting on your rolls... next time I'll spend the extra time and gas just to go to one where they don't skimp on the frosting so they can get you to buy exyta ones.
