Got here at 10:55 this morning. Was told they opened at 11:00....no problem. It is 11:12 and there are no fresh Cinnabons available. Why wouldn't the staff be prepping to ensure there buns available when they open. 11:15...buns are just coming out of oven. Still need to be frosted. Went here yesterday with my friends and the experience was awful. The cashier (a heavy-set woman with glasses) was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude the entire time. It genuinely felt like we were bothering her just by being there. If you clearly hate your job that much, maybe don't take it out on paying customers. We decided to stop by here after a weekend dinner, the wife was feeling them cravings due to her pregnancy and this was her spot of choice. I decided to join her, so we both got a classic cinnamon roll, with a lemonade. Nothing fancy but delicious and soft as always. Pricing was a little high, but understandable as it is inside the Montclair mall, located in the second floor near the Tmobile booth. Overall a good experience, fast and forward. As others have stated the smell of the cinnamon rolls fills the air of the second floor. As you pass by the Cinnabon station you can't help but stop and purchase something. The line was long but went by pretty quick. I purchased a cinnamon roll, a churro (not shown in my picture), and an iced mocha. The roll was fresh and warm. The iced mocha was delicious. My mom wanted a hot decaf coffee but they only carry regular coffee which was kind of a bummer. However, the customer service was great, the facility looked clean, and the rolls were delicious. Overall my experience was great. I highly recommend getting a roll. read more

Rude enough that I drove to a new location. Yes, it was Christmas eve and a high stress time. I asked about purchasing a 9 piece minibon pack. I was informed they were not taking orders. I could order but not a pack. This doesn't make sense since they were still selling single cinnabon rolls. I was told they didn't have packaging. I didn't care what they put them in and was not being picky. Single cinnabon rolls would have taken more packaging and there isn't a difference if I bought 9 rolls vs a 9 pack. If you're like me and wandering around the east side of the Montclair mall then you will surely smell the sweet scent of warm cinnamon goodness as you pass by the various shops. It's hard to keep focus on shopping when the sugary scent fills the air, pulling you in. And even worse for me. Sweets are my weakness. Yesterday when I was shopping at the mall I couldn't fight the temptation to stay away. It was calling my name! Drawing me in until I finally let my guard down. The smell lingered in the air, taunting everyone who dare walk by or linger around that area of the shopping center. As I finally gave in and let my darker side get the best of me I walked into the little store to be greeted by an even stronger scent of what they were baking up. Delicious freshly made Cinnamon rolls! So good. So sweet. You can watch the employees behind the counter rolling out the fresh dough. Dusting it with a generous portion of cinnamon. And another employee - richly slathering the sweet sugar icing on top of the rolls that just made their way out of the oven! It's such a beautiful sight! Amazingly the line wasn't long as I waited to get to the cashier so I could get my snack. I would have thought people would flock to Cinnabon after smelling their product. Who could resist the temptation?! I am so weak willed when it comes to their dessert. The store is fairly small but since it is located within the mall they don't have much room to play with. There are a total of two tables inside for customers to indulge in the fresh Cinnamon rolls. Other than that you will have to take it to one of the nearby benches. With it being the weekend they had quite a few employees working in back while their one cashier rang everyone up. Unfortunately one of their registers was "Out of order" so the line moved a bit slow to my impatient liking. But once I went to pay for my treats the young woman working the register was friendly and got my order paid for quickly so I could be on my merry way. She even included a free side of icing so I can pack on more calories to my already high calorie treat! What a doll. Overall my experience was good at this location. Their product is delicious and fresh. Customer service is not lacking as well. I will continue to come here when I am walking through the Montclair Plaza and want to possibly die of a sugar rush. The lady working said she couldn't sell us any and didn't offer an explanation other than "we are already closed. We sold out."...it was 8:30 and the sign said they closed at 9pm. Noticed this new location on 2nd floor one evening and asked what time they open in the morning. The guy said 10am. A little late in the morning for a breakfast roll but this morning I went there at 10am sharp. The person there making rolls asked what I wanted and I told him 1 regular roll and 3 minis. He said that would take a half hour to make. Apparently they are open at 10:00am but don't have any product available until 10:30. We visited this Cinnabon Location 10/25/2016 at approximately 8:30pm I used my ATM card to make the purchase. Today 10/26/2016 I was contacted by my bank to alert me of possible fraudulent charges on my ATM card so I contacted my Bank and logged onto my online bank account to find over 100 charges that were not purchases I had made, all of the transactions were made online. When we first came to place the order for 75 minnibons the ladies that were here actually put together a little sample box of how we're handing them out, we're passing them out as party favors.
