Went into Baskin Robbins because my husband wanted to try the Dubai Sundae. They were out of the original flavor, but we ordered it anyway. I also ordered a pint to go. When I got it, it felt light, but I didn't check it until I got home. Once opened, it was clear the pint wasn't filled properly and was missing a lot of ice cream. Went in to try the Dubai Chocolate Sundae and it was a huge disappointment, by how lackluster the serving of every ingredient that went in it. My wife ordered a pint of ice cream, same problem, the pint was a little more than half way full. It was just unacceptable. read more

Last min cake for my daughters birthday so we stopped by and thankfully we found a cute mine cake just in the flavor we wanted, it was decorated with a red rose which I removed and added my own mini cookies and crumble on top finished off with a Cinnamoroll cake topper to complete the look. I wanted to surprise my husband for his first birthday year to be able to spend with our son together so I wanted to do a video game theme. I placed the order online of 1/3 sheet that serves 8-12 people 6" x 8" Oreo Cookies 'n Cream with chocolate cake flavor that was $39.99. I end up calling to see if they can add a simple video controller on to the cake. The staff was friendly and helpful. She said they will try there best to and the fee would be $5.00, but to add that note when you make the purchase online.s. I wouldn't think it'll be that hard to do a simple video controller and if it was too costly I wouldn't pay for the design. Also, I didn't want fondant on the cake since that tastes nasty so I ask them to do a simple design on it. Upon arrival, the staff showed me the cake and it came out super adorable. It was exactly what I wanted. The staff did advise me to put it in the freezer and take it out 10 minutes before serving. After the birthday event, my husband and guests all loved the cake. Came here on Sunday to get 80 cent scoops. It was chaotic, lots of family's and people in line waiting to order.There was 3 workers. 2 Employees and I believe the owner. Although it was SO busy. Michael and Nikki worked hard serving everybody a quick as possible. The Sweet Asian lady was also such a great help as well with helping the line move. The place was clean even though, there was so many people. For having such a busy day with the crazy deal for the 80th anniversary, they took it like a champ and were amazing. The blonde female employee who worked on Sunday June 22, around 8:00-8:30. Was super rude when I came in to grab my mobile order. Told me I can't just walk in and grab my order (RUDELY) mean while the sign says mobile order. And she claimed I had to show her my order receipt which I didn't mind, when I was going on the app to show her she was giving me attitude that she must see my screen when I'm clearly trying to get on the app to show her. So when I'm showing her my screen to see me enter the app. All she says is I'm good, she trusted me. Mind you I hadn't even gotten to the section to show her my order receipt. She never once even saw my receipt. The way she came at me and spoke to me infront of others customers was rude and embarrassing. If they needed to see the receipt I completely understand it's the way she spoke to me the entire time that was so rude and unprofessional and I hope whoever is the manager and sees this review speak to her and retrain her on how to properly address something to a customer. read more

Thursday, August 29, 2019 1:15pm. Stopped in here this afternoon to experience the flavor of the month for August 2019 (Oreo Mudslide). This is an incredible ice cream flavor. Wow. Not sure it could get much better. It's a good thing I don't work at Baskin-Robbins, I would weigh 300 pounds! The young female cashier (#6122) was not very friendly. I will say that was kind of odd for a Baskin-Robbins where everybody should be happy. This is a very small and older Baskin-Robbins location. There were three of us. I had to stand. They only have a few seats, and those few seats are only designed for two people. Add a third chair and you're in everybody's way. Very narrow walkway. No outside seating. Came here with my husband on Tuesday sometime in early afternoon. One worker greeted us and she was mopping. She kept asking what I wanted, didn't seem to be very patience. She kept mopping while mumbling then went behind counter, washed her hand 3 seconds without soap!!!!!!! I didn't want to get crazy while deep inside I was cringy all over my body and my husband almost laugh at me. If there wasn't any other customers sitting there, I would really say something. Just came from there. Got a regular 28 oz take home ice cream. Wild n reckless. Lilianna packed it perfect, got me 10 sugar cones to go. 5 star service from her! Then when I paying with my card. The other girl worker, takes my 28 oz take home ice cream and takes a big scoop out and returns it to their ice cream. Closes my take home Ice cream and bags it. - minus 2 star!! My kids have been going here since they were babies. The owner seen them grow up. I've even the owner at places by Palm Springs and San Bernardino area. We see each other and say hello. Whenever my bratty little princess wants ice cream, this is usually the place we come to. The inside is really small, with seating for about 8 - 10 people (about 4 little tables with 2 seats at each). The staff is typically high school age/teens but they've always been courteous and as professional as an ice cream employee can be. You can get all of your Baskin Robbins favorites here, along with a majority of the cakes you see advertised at this location (currently, my daughter loves the turkey shaped cake). The best part about this Baskin Robbins is when they have their scoop specials days, they don't skimp on your scoop (I've been to other locations where the scoop of ice cream they give you is a bit smaller, since you're getting a discounted price). read more

Waste of money! With my new son I rarely have a chance to Get out. So I asked my husband to go get me a chocolate shake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I figured it's an ice cream shop you really can't mess that up. So he comes back with what looks like milk with a tiny bit of ice cream and no chocolate. He said he mentioned it to the girl that it was watery and it didn't look great. And her rude responses well why don't you just taste it. My husband not being a confrontational person just took it home to me. It was so disgusting I threw away my seven dollar shake. Baskin Robbins usually has vibrant and welcoming associates yet there a girl tall Caucasian blond hair with blue eyes(didn't catch her name) she was so rude to us. Cake was all right, nothing special. I paid $40 for a 9". What it really bother me was that I had to pay $7extra for he lady to write "congratulations" on the cake. To be honest I didn't even noticed she charged me to write on it, until I looked at the receipt when I got home. She didn't even tell me I was going to get charge for that.
