This is a good yogurt place and we only go on $6 thursdays. Never had any issues and then today we went and I was charged $8. Unfortunately I didn't see until I went home and saw the charge on my credit card. Thought something changed. I put a Yelp review asking if there were different charges for credit cards or something else and was told there's a different price for the smaller cups versus the large, which I didn't know (and I thought I had grabbed a small but that's neither here nor there). Business owner promptly responded and offered to refund the $2, was very polite. I appreciated the explanation, and the offer to correct what may have been an error, or my oversight. My favorite frozen yogurt place in the area! Want to highlight the NO WEIGH THURSDAYS where you can grab a typical cup for just $6.00 with unlimited toppings. I always judge a froyo spot by their tart flavor and safe to say yogiyo does theirs well. I also love their rotation of new flavors, and particularly like the blueberry tart, pomegranate tart, matcha (so good!), pineapple dole whip, and Cookie Monster in collab with After's. I went to Yogiyo for dessert after dinner with a friend and it was such a nice little treat. I love that it's self-serve so you can mix whatever flavors you want and add your own toppings. I got cake batter, vanilla, and Dole pineapple with almonds and strawberries, and it was really good and refreshing. My friend got the coffee, peanut butter and another flavor (I forgot the name), but she said hers was really good too. My daughters & I come here every Thursday for their $6 special. The yogurt taste and quality is amazing, restocked the tart flavors and we can't get enough. It's our special treat day. In recent years the word has gotten out though so depends on time...it can get quite busy in here. The line moves pretty fast though. They offer one small free water and during the pandemic they started putting the toppings in individual containers and never stopped. I like getting my topics like that because it's easier to carry and just put on later. They have sweet workers here too. 10/10 read more

Honestly the best froyo I've ever been to. I'm from chino hills and I stumbled upon this place, now I drive 30 mins just to come here if I'm craving froyo! Establishment is always clean and they literally always have THE BEST flavors! Horchata, Vietnamese coffee, pineapple dole whip and my boyfriend's favorite .... Pomegranate. I come here every Thursday for the $5 cups, not including tax. It's a great deal and they always have a variety of flavors. They have some unique flavors such as taro, matcha, salted caramel pretzel, and pistachio. They also have a variety of toppings including my favorite which is mochi! This place has some of the best frozen yogurt I've had. The flavors are really unique, and you can actually taste them, unlike a lot of other spots. So I came in here the other day with my grandkids, and let me tell you, this was the worst experience of customer service ever. We were being helped by one of the workers Ethan and WOW! He had the absolute worst attitude from start to finish. He was so rude and I cannot believe they even let him work here. If you're having a bad day, might as well just not come in at all! This is my kids favorite yogurt place ! They have a great selection of yogurts and toppings, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The hours are nice, open late! Cotton candy and dole whip are my daughters favorites along with the gummy frogs and the boba! As a health conscious person, I wish they had more "no added sugar" options but am glad they have a couple. The location is great and there is a nice patio outside to sit and for the kids to play. I'm not sure how the other reviewers here could not give Yogiyo anything but a 5. Actually 5 is not even fair because it deserves higher!! Yes, they do weigh the yogurt and price it but so do most yogurt places these days..at least the good ones! Yes, the yogurt is amazingly awesome...and what's wrong with that?! You know what my main issue is with Yogiyo? They have like 16 different choices to choose from so its so hard to pick which ones to get! OMG if that is like the only issue with a place, then of course it is AMAZING. As for the flavors, I personally favor the fruity one like spicy mango, hawaiian delight or any flavor ending in -berry. They also have a bajillion toppings and I am so impressed that during COVID-19, they have taken the safest approach by putting them into tiny containers for you to take without worrying about contamination. I've been coming here for over 10 years and they are definitely on my "Places I Love" list. Not only have they maintained to stay in business during and after the froyo fad, but are thriving. I had an older frequent buyer card that had been all punched for a free yogurt but the store would not honor the card even though it had no expiration date on the card. They offered to give me some points on their new system but not enough to get the free yogurt that I had earned. Pretty sad not to keep your word on the card that you offered. Also not customer friendly to only have one size cup available. It would be nicer to have a smaller size when you don't want as much or so that the volume is more under control for people in your family that take too much. I'm not a fan of the fixed topping cups that have stuck around post covid. I appreciated controlling the volume of toppings instead of the fixed amount. read more
