Andrew was AMAZING! He was so funny, kind, and genuinely pleasant to be around. He was super patient while taking my order, made sure everything was right, and still managed to be fast and efficient. You can really tell he cares about providing great customer service! People like Andrew make the Dutch Bros experience even better. Definitely will be coming back! Give this man a raise! read more

It's like maze to go though the drive through. If you aren't too lazy, it might be faster to park and walk up to the window to order. It wasn't particularly busy, only one car ahead of us in the drive through the staff member still came out to us to take our order. I ordered a Zero sugar rainbro, If you aren't familiar it's basically a large energy drink . read more

I usually order and pay ahead of time and my order is NEVER ready when it says that it's ready for pick up. I've had to wait an extra 10 minutes usually . Today, I wanted to claim my birthday reward (free drink) and ordered ahead. I still arrived a couple minutes past the time. I checked in at the window to let them know I was here and the response I get is that they're backed up. So I stand aside and wait for my name to be called. Fast forward 28 minutes later and I still don't have my order and the lady who ordered at the window is getting her order. There were a lot of people waiting around at this point and I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes . I had to leave and just left without my drink. read more

First off? shout out to Izzy for being such a great and positive, patient sport. With this heat? Out in the sun taking orders, without it affecting her attitude? That's a skill. I commend her. Truth is? Dutch needs to step up their game! You pull up to other chain restaurants and they have their staff in shade suits, shade tents with myst and very well equipped for this weather. Meanwhile; Dutch Bros employees out there with nothing but a tablet. And guess what's the only thing with the shade? You guessed it! The tablet The new drinks on the menu are also good. read more

You won't do anything about it anyways. Update it's now been an hour and I asked were is my order and they told me you'll get it when you get it. We will call your name. I just left without my drink. Went into the Upland Dutch Bros this morning. I ordered 2 drinks, a sugar cookie latte with white coffee and a vanilla chai. While it's not my favorite drink, the sugar cookie latte comes with a soft top, sprinkles, and vanilla flavoring creating a sugar cookie like flavor. The sprinkles aren't sugar based, so it has an interesting addition. While I went, the drive thru was very crowded so we decided to mobile order while we stopped by the bank. There were quite a few people waiting outside. There's no inside seating offered only a few tables outside, making it more of a stop and go coffee shop rather than a sit down. I mobile ordered in the app at 9:20 and the drink said it would be ready by 9:27, however our drinks were not ready until 9:35 read more

Very inviting atmosphere when we arrived. A very sweet young girl Angel helped us out today and had us all laughing she was dressed up in a cute costume for their fundraiser. The drinks were great we got some of their seasonal drinks and loved them. When we got to the their window to pick up our drinks we were greeted by another super hero. It was a unique and special experience. read more

Came for another brown butter chocolate chip latte. I add another shot of espresso and it works well. Staff were friendly, the young lady who helped take my order was nice. Another day another Dutch bros! Got to try out this new (to me) location. Busy as usual but got my drink within 10-15 in the walk up line. Since fall flavors dropped I was able to a kick in the face rebel - peach, Pom, passion fruit and cherry - the very first rebel I ordered a million years ago. So good but the new candied cherry flavor did overpower the rest of the flavors, still delicious though! Hopefully one day Dutch bros will come to Los Angeles/ San Fernando valley- we need you! read more

This location only has a few seats by the ordering counter. It's located in a busy plaza but with lots of parking for walk-up. We chose walk-up because the drive-thru line was very long, as usual. Unfortunately the wait at the walk-up was long too. I really should remember to order online. I like the Iced Golden Eagle, Annilator, and Coco more. They always hit the spot when I'm craving for something coffee and cold. Regular sized is more than enough. It's pretty huge compared to many places' regular. read more

Considering the lines are always long, the couple of times I have been there, the transition always seem to go smoothly. I have a new love for a drink I found on IG, and they never disappoint with my order. 7/13/25 Nice hot summer's day calls for Dutch Bros treat! Shout out to the lovely Mae for taking my order, she's a breath of fresh air with her beautiful smile. It's amazing how quickly I got my drinks! The drive thru line is at least 15 cars deep!!! Got my iced oatmilk latte & trying the chocolate milkshake--a bit disappointed with the consistency coz it was more like a frap than a milkshake but it was still tasty. Will try their other adventurous flavors next time. I like this location coz it's quick, convenient & the service is always consistently friendly read more

They are so good even during a rush or when they have a long line I don't even wait 15 minutes. Thank you!!!!!!

I ordered two mochas n a large picture perfect blended freeze, upon receiving my drinks I received both mochas which were very different. Also, the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude when I mentioned getting the wrong size for the picture perfect saying "we don't do those in large" with a rude tone... I always get that size and it's on the app as well as an option. Here's a picture of the two mocha drinks. I got my drinks August 12 at 4:30 pm. Some workers need customer service training. I don't usually complain but felt the need to leave a review based off customer service overall we usually have great experiences with drinks and customer service from the workers :) read more

When I want a coffee treat, I always find my way to Dutch Bros! Vanilla cold brew with soft top and cream is silky smooth and always hits the spot. Yes, the line can be long, but I honestly try to avoid the weekends for this reason and if I end up there on a Saturday morning...the line moves quickly and the workers are always so sweet! I recently listened to the background of Dutch Bros on a podcast and I can honestly say I am more inclined to continue supporting their brand based on what they stand for as a company! Stop by for a pick me up! No food here just coffee We decided to skip the drive-thru because it was packed so we just order over the window and it was super fast. The girl taking our order was attentive and very helpful since we never been here before. No ambience since they don't have an inside area only outside. Plenty of room to bring the fam or friends and sit on their outside area. Will be definitely coming back to this place Date of visit: May 2025 read more

I'm writing this review specifically for the Dutch Bros location in Upland regarding a recent birthday visit. It was my birthday, and I was excited to order my free birthday drink, as I always enjoy the fun and quality Dutch Bros is known for. Unfortunately, the experience was an absolute disappointment. First, the drink itself was nearly undrinkable. It tasted like plain, watered-down iced black coffee with almost no sweetener or flavor, which is a major quality issue for a flavored beverage. Second, and perhaps more disappointing on a birthday, there was absolutely no decoration, cute writing, or even a simple birthday note on the cup. My friend recently visited for her birthday and received adorable, personalized writing on her cup, which is what I have come to expect and love about the Dutch Bros experience. The lack of effort and poor quality of the drink makes me wonder if there was a lapse in attention because the drink was complimentary. If that's the case, it's a poor business practice. Overall, this was an absolute disappointment, especially on a day meant for celebration. I hope the Upland location can address both the drink consistency and ensure the fun, friendly service they are known for is applied universally. read more

I normally love dutch bros this is my second time going to this location and both times theyve gotten my order WRONG!! The first time I ordered a golden eagle, it tastes like straight up shots with milk. No caramel or vanilla taste whatsoever. I just came back from this location this morning and ordered the new holiday drink- holiday jingle. It was my fault that I didnt taste my drink before leaving the store, but when I did taste it, it literally tasted like dirty sink water. This drink was also supposed to have sprinkles and they didnt put any (as seen above in the photo i provided). Unfortunately, I dont think i'll be going back to this location. I may even be traumatized from going back to dutch for a while. read more

So excited to be near a Dutch Bros so I asked my friend to stop. However, our drinks was missing items. I told my friend how awesome the candy cane cold brew was but it was not made right. Larissa was a wonderful barista for our drinks. We chose the walk up window to stretch our legs and enjoy the shaded patio area. Drinks are customizable to any preference. They didn't have soy milk but they did have coconut milk. It was a great substitute to keep me out all day. Loved the music selections while we waited. It was a nice refreshing experience to enjoy the patio instead of waiting in the car inching along in the drive thru. Plenty of parking! read more

It was roughly 10am when we arrived & it had a line wrapped around its establishment. The employees were gathered around the order window. The online ordering option was down and since it was our first time at Dutch bros, we looked around confused. Thankfully, someone in line before us mentioned that they were in line for Xmas ornaments, and we can move to the front to order. I wish the employees put up a sign or let us know--we were in line for 30 mins. Upon ordering, I asked for recs, and we were helped by a female employee who recommended "gingerbread latte" and half way into her sentence she turned to the ordering window to chat with her coworkers. Afterwards, she went back to chatting with her coworkers & this is when they all chugged an energy drink on count of 3 in front of a line of customers lol. We got the Cocomo and Golden Eagle 50% sweet. Cocomo was quite creamy and Golden Eagle tasted like a typical Starbucks drink. Both were not worth the lackluster of professionalism and customer service from this establishment. I would not return to this location or Dutch bros in general. read more

I had a pretty good experience for my first time trying this place. There was no where to sit, but there is a huge drive thru with two lanes. When I got here I just ordered with the person at the window since there was no one in line. I didn't notice an area to order, or wonder if someone comes out to help with orders if there are more people. I was able to give the Golden Eagle hot with oat milk a try, and it was surprisingly delicious. All together the price was as much as a Starbucks with the Oatmilk around $7 something. The cup is unique with a different type of spout, and my drink was hot but not so much that I would burn myself. I liked coffee beans , and it definitely tasted strong. Overall enjoyed the experience and look forward to try other things in the menu. Until next time! read more

Busy location but smooth and great customer service. Love the energy and staff at this one.

Ordered ahead of time on the app and then had to wait in line 20 minutes while the two boys working behind the counter giggled like school girls and blasted the music at full volume. My drink had just been sitting there diluting the whole time while the ice melted. Then they give me a tiny straw for a drink with boba in it. The line was 15 deep and they had no sense of urgency. Will probably not come here again. read more

Kate at Dutch Bros was absolutely amazing! Her patience was exceptional, especially considering we were in the drive-thru. She took the time to help my sister-in-law, my other sister-in-law, and me find our new favorite drinks without ever making us feel rushed. Kate asked all the right questions, made great suggestions, and was genuinely the sweetest person. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. She had such a positive aura, a beautiful smile, and the kindest energy. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Kate truly made our whole experience. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her!
