Haven't been to Yogurtland in a min, and my mom told me they offer 20% off on the 20th of every month. We can't resist coupons lol. Parking: Free parking lot. They're in a small plaza. Finding a spot is easy. Ambiance/Environment: Be aware of a homeless man in front of the store. He seems nice and somewhat stable. He'll open the door for you when you enter. The layout hasn't changed much over the years. Yogurt machines are located alongside the wall, followed by the toppings and register at the end. There's a decent amount of indoor seating. Service: Since everything is self service, you don't really interact with anyone until they ring you up at the register. The cashier was simply quick & efficient. Yogurt & toppings: I like all the collaborations they've been doing, and the cups and spoons' design are fun. I'm glad they still have stable flavors like the plain tart. The other flavors are interesting. I decided to try the new Cowboy Campfire S'mores flavor from the Toy Story 5 collab. It was really good! The toppings have definitely expanded over the years. This place is typically very busy on Thursdays when you can get the special at a flat rate $6. My favorite is the pomegranate and original tart. They are always very friendly here with tons of toppings to choose from. Very clean as well. I highly recommend. read more

DOUBLE CHECK the scale before you pay...Bad Business!! Management at this location is bad business. They lack professionalism and good customer service. I was giving the run around for a week and never got a call back. When I made my final follow up call, I was practically called a liar...and she basically said the same of her employees who graciously tried to help me... I was erroneously charged $24.00 for three small cups of yogurt... the cups weren't full nor had excessive toppings... Turned out my total weight was only half of the amount I was charged... I had the employees reweigh after I paid because something seemed very wrong. Two employees agreed I was overcharged and recommended I come back to speak to management... A PLEASANT TREAT! I really enjoyed the Dulce De Leche Fro-Yo flavor, it was the right amount of sweet. I also liked the Cheesecake option but I think it needed a hint more cheesecake flavor. Overall, I really like both I'm just skewing towards the first one. I'd suggest having more chocolate fro-yo flavors or maybe coffee adjacent offerings? The Milk Honey flavor looked good, I think I'll try that one next time! It's unique and you don't see it at other places. The store has a decent amount of seating with a few tables outside. It's a bit smaller than other Yogurtland shops I've been to but they had a solid amount of toppings. The guy up front was professional and left a good impression. This is a wonderful and clean Yogurtland location with excellent service! Food: I tried their new mocha almond fudge flavor and absolutely loved it! It's a chocolate lover's dream! They have a huve variety of toppings from brownie bites to fresh fruit and even fudge and caramel syrups to put on top. There's no tasting cups due to covid restrictions. There are different sizes of froyo containers so take your pick! Price: I feel like it's appropriately priced for the quality and experience of making your own frozen yogurt creation. My cup in the picture below was about $5. Parking: Tons of parking in front of the store and in the parking lot. The location is easy to find and can be seen from the main street. There are restrooms available for customers. There usually isn't a wait and if there is the line moves quickly. The skinny young girl with glasses had AirPods in her ear and said she closes 10 minutes early because she doesn't want to stay past 9pm. I visited this place today for the first time. It is the saddest yogurtland I have ever been to Had about 5 flavors available only, the rest of the machines were out of order. The machine handles were dirty it seemed like kids served themselves and left a mess on the handles and the employees handnt cleaned them. The toppings bar was also dirty. I see why it was deserted when I was there at 1pm. Never visiting again. read more

With all of their flavor options you can't really go wrong here. There's something for everyone! I was impressed today when I walked in and saw that they had a dairy free option! It was cinnamon oatmeal cookie made with oat milk. I recently developed an intolerance to lactose so I opted for this. It was okay.... the yogurt itself wasn't as thick as the real deal so it felt like it melted way faster. The flavor was also a bit too heavy on the cinnamon. The toppings definitely helped. Worst experience I've had at a yogurtland. Yogurt is hard to mess up when it's coming out of a machine but people can make the difference if you will be going back. Service was terrible it took a female employee about four minutes to come out to the register to ring us up. The trash cans were overflowing, the counter tops were filled with the toppings, and the tables were filthy. All meanwhile everyone could hear the employees laughing in the back. read more

Originally came here and had a bad experience. The GM of this location, Allan, reached out and asked us to give them another try. Upon returning we saw that the COVID safety measures were all in place. Sanitizer, gloves and even the toppings were provided by a worker as the toppings were covered from the front side to not be exposed to customers. I really appreciated this and more so the service provided by Allan and his team. The effort this location took to put safety measures in place made me forget my original unhappy experience. I have gone to many Yogurtlands and this by far is the worst! Really dirty machines, most of them didn't work or were still runny. The three girls there were doing absolutely nothing but talking amongst themself. We weren't greeted & they were just laughing & talking. My daughter also got sick the next day & I'm pretty sure it's because of how unsanitary it was. That was the only thing she ate outside of our home. I don't want to blame you guys but that's literally the only thing she could of ate that got her sick. Please make your employees clean often to avoid others getting sick. read more

It's 102° outside. They do not have any options to keep to go orders cool and of the four choices I was going to make they were all super mushy. I'm going to drive the 3 miles to Yogiyo. If you want your business to succeed, you have to do things the right way and higher people with a shred of care for the customer. I was really craving froyo so before my friends birthday, I decided to stop by. I love that they give gloves for us to serve ourselves. However, the only complaint I have is that since we can't serve our own toppings, we have to let the employees know how much or little we want... I really don't know what I said to upset one of the employees helping me but I just asked for a little more coconut flakes... she LITERALLY poured half of the coconut flake jar in my cup. Sucks for me to have a spoon full of coconut flakes for each scoop of my yogurt but sucks even more for the girl to be that upset to do that. read more
