First time at this location as I was in the area and in the mood for some cold ice cream on a hot SoCal day. Couple of employees on site, no other customers (it was 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon). He went above and beyond to still make the cake and even bought decorations to put on the cake for me! Since the original order couldn't be made. I don't know where to start a few weeks ago I had ordered the Oreo Milk Shake. I had taken a few sips and it didn't taste so good. A few hours later I started throwing up the milk shake. I took the lid off to smell it and it smelled really bad like spoiled milk. So today I decided to take my grandpa for his black wal nut ice cream. Well they didn't have it today so my grandpa has memory lost and grabbed something he couldn't have. So I asked for his money back that he paid in cash. So the girl calls the manger so I can talk to him on the phone he starts yelling at me being highly disrespectful to me for me asking for my grandpa's money back mind you we never left the parking lot so he didn't want to give the money back. Ok fine I left. Tomorrow I will contacting the health department for them to go check the dates on the milk. I would not recommend this location at all due to the manger being disrespectful and rude. "I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for 31¢ Ice Cream!" Came in today for 31¢ Scoop Night! (Yeee!) Got to Baskin Robbins at a quarter 'til 5 and already there were about 30-40 people in line. Who doesn't want to pay just pennies for a yummy, sweet scoop of delicious BR Ice Cream?? The staff at this location are always friendly and did a pretty darn good job today at keepin' the line moving, I probably waited no more than 20 minutes. All customers, including myself, left blissfully happy w/ their mini scoops of ice-cream. Limit 3 per customer. Too bad I went solo, otherwise I would've had my husband come along and ordered another 3 scoops. Yes, I wanted all 3 scoops for myself OHKAY! We luv the Pistachio Almond, so that's what I ordered, 1 scoop for him, and 2 scoops for me! I licked both cups clean! =D I've visited almost every BR here in the Ontario/Chino/Chino HIlls area, and no matter the service, the consistent fare will keep me coming back, especially when it's just 31¢. Very disappointed!!! Always been a regular to Baskin Robbins and I actually had visited this specific location not too long ago. I had only gotten the pre-packed iced creams and bought a few cones. I'm not sure if the girl working at the time was having a rough day but damm she had attitude and obviously hater her job! She literally put the cones on the little rack where they place your icecream and had me grab them without giving me a bag nor any spoons. She didn't even provide me with my receipt. At the time I said to myself don't take it personal she might be having a bad day. Walked out and left home and let it go. Today/Sunday I visited the same location and wow they're employees have no manners and definitely hate their job. Walked in was not even greeted. She literally just asked me "are you ready or not" I said give me a minute please. I had a promotion/deal on my phone though the app for a buy one get one for .99 sundae and I told her I wanted the sundaes. She immediately got defensive and said "it only includes the simple ones" and I replied yes that fine. Keeping in mind I have gotten almost everything on their menu and their original sundaes they usually top it off all the way to the top and it's regular scoops. She literally gave me kids scoops and the sundae Waac not even half way filled. I got two of the 3-scoop sundaes. Seemed more like I got one full 3-scoop sundae. I was very disappointed. Prior to this I asked her if I can have one of the sundaes split into two smaller cups. She got defensive and immediately said no. I said okay that fine can I have an extra cup then. She said no I can't. I literally told her I would pay for it and she ignored me and didn't even acknowledge me after. I asked for cones as well. Same thing as last time happened. She didn't even bother to put it inside a bag. She left them out on the cone holder for me to grab. I asked for extra spoons and gave me a dirty look and she gave it to me almost throwing it at me. Not to even mention that the ice cream shop was empty with just one other customer inside. Wow! I could not believe this worker had no customer service and no manners. Please Baskin Robbins stop hiring people who are not going to treat customers right! Or at least train them right! I buy baskins Robbins everyday. I worked all over inland empire, so I've visited many many baskin robbins. Today i visited baskin Robbins and ordered a oreo cookie cappuccino blast and for many baskin Robbins I have to ask for the oreo crumbs to be added and blended. Eventhough it is part of the receipe. However I got charged food tax for the first time. I questioned it because I've never gotten taxed before and the guy manager tells me the reason he charged me is because I put the straw in the cup, he said it is considered an open canister. I said ok that something I've never heard. He said it is state law that if anyone orders anything from them and they sit inside or put a straw in any drinks before leaving the store he has to charge tax. Now if I buy a cake because I am not gonna eat it there he will not charge me tax. But that I have to tell him ahead of time before charging me, yet he had already charged the tax before he even finished blending the drink. Has anyone have any issue with this? read more

This past weekend we decided to stop by an grab some ice cream 10 mins before closing. Upon arrival the employees looked displeased that we came in. The employee who helped us was Sabrina who appeared to have been sick as she was coughing... She seemed lost as to what the menu options were when she should know the menu well working there. Anyway, what disgusted me was that she placed a spoon inside the ice cream and once we told her it was to go and needed a cap she proceeded to place the wet spoon with ice cream on the dirty counter. She then wiped it off and gave it to us as if her wiping it off with a napkin meant it was fresh brand new. No that's not what you call clean. It's more like she was too lazy to get us a new spoon. I would not patronize this business even if it was the last ice cream store in the world. The customer service was horrendous. I was yelled at, verbally abused, and hung up on when I wanted to make a simple change to my order two days in advance. They tried to pawn off a two week old cake to me for my son's birthday. The cake I ended up getting I could have decorated better with my feet. The "cake decorator" was especially rude and had no customer service skills.
