Lousy service going downhill. Ontario born and raised started supporting this business establishment since it was first built and opened. Used to be a top notch product but last year or so, haven't been impressed with the thin watery smoothies. Might as well visit a fruit juice stand. Went in on Sunday 1/11/26 for a couple of smoothies with the wife. Planning to spend nearly $20 as usual, I ordered then asked for the key to the restroom as we have many times over the years. It was closed for a period of time blocked off by a billboard poster. But last year, the wife asked to use it as the gal mentioned it used to be closed but they were told "they couldn't do that anymore ", whatever that means, but it was once again opened to customers. So Sunday I asked for the key after ordering but the gal said I couldn't use it because it's not a PUBLIC restroom. OK but I'm a customer. Not like I'm covered in mud or sleeping in the gutter, mof, when I'm done, the place is usually cleaner than before I used it (always going first and looking out for my wife making sure it's clean, a good husband?) But I guess my regular $20 visits over a 20 year period of business doesn't qualify me as a decent worthy customer. Heck, we were probably spending money there even before the cashier was born but that ends now. Repeatedly spending 20 over years and years is worth losing my business because I'm guessing the cashier was not wanting to bother with maintenance or maybe restroom maintenance is below her job description. I usually come here when I get off of work around 7:30 to 7:45 pm. i've been turned away at 7:45 pm because "they are taking no more orders"which sucks because the place obviously closes at 8 PM but today they reached the new low got here at 7:30 pm and they were already closing up. and refused to take my order when I asked if they close at 8 PM they said yes, but they were done taking orders. I went today at 7:35pm, and they refused to provide me with service because the incompetent and lazy employee told me that the juicer machine was "clean" and they could not make any more juices. Great service! I usually go to Jamba Juice but this time I decided to change it up and try Juice It Up. I tried it before when I was younger, but totally forgot. It is more convenient for me since it is closer to my grandma's house and I love the smoothie combos. I wish they had the small boba like they do at Jamba, but other than that great. The staff is really nice, and when I walked in they were playing Chappell Roan, passed the vibe check. It was quick service. She said we're all kind of tired mind you I was unsure about what balls they had and asked her. This tan, slender, and strong young man.
