This is my go to location because the drinks always taste good, but the 2 stars are because twice now I have ordered 1 large build -your- own bowl and 1 regular sized bowl. Both times I have been given 2 regular sized bowls. It's a small difference in price, but what is disappointing is the fact that I am home and am trusting that my order will be followed correctly. read more

I usually enjoy Juice It Up, but my recent experience was disappointing. I stood at the register for over five minutes without a single acknowledgment--no "hello," no "I'll be right with you," nothing. The staff walked past me multiple times, but no one bothered to make eye contact or greet me. When my order was finally taken, it was done with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. A simple friendly greeting and basic customer service would have gone a long read more

I usually come here when I get off of work around 7:30 to 7:45 pm. i've been turned away at 7:45 pm because "they are taking no more orders"which sucks because the place obviously closes at 8 PM but today they reached the new low got here at 7:30 pm and they were already closing up. and refused to take my order when I asked if they close at 8 PM they said yes, but they were done taking orders. I understand these kids want to go home early, but the owner should really consider changing their hours of operation. read more

I go here pretty often and the drinks are always a 10/10. This time I went and the two girls who were working were the absolute sweetest people. They gave me recommendations for new drinks and we had great small talk. I wish I could've gotten their names to thank them directly but one of the ladies had orange-ish hair and the other had glasses. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a refreshing drink and great customer service! read more

Lousy service going downhill. Ontario born and raised started supporting this business establishment since it was first built and opened. Used to be a top notch product but last year or so, haven't been impressed with the thin watery smoothies. Might as well visit a fruit juice stand. Went in on Sunday 1/11/26 for a couple of smoothies with the wife. Planning to spend nearly $20 as usual, I ordered then asked for the key to the restroom as we have many times over the years. It was closed for a period of time blocked off by a billboard poster. But last year, the wife asked to use it as the gal mentioned it used to be closed but they were told "they couldn't do that anymore ", whatever that means, but it was once again opened to customers. So Sunday I asked for the key after ordering but the gal said I couldn't use it because it's not a PUBLIC restroom. OK but I'm a customer. Not like I'm covered in mud or sleeping in the gutter, mof, when I'm done, the place is usually cleaner than before I used it (always going first and looking out for my wife making sure it's clean, a good husband?) But I guess my regular $20 visits over a 20 year period of business doesn't qualify me as a decent worthy customer. Heck, we were probably spending money there even before the cashier was born but that ends now. Repeatedly spending 20 over years and years is worth losing my business because I'm guessing the cashier was not wanting to bother with maintenance or maybe restroom maintenance is below her job description. Or too darn lazy to clean at the end of the day. read more

First time here. I was at the nail shop next-door and a girl had one of their bowls. I decided to buy one for my husband . The girls were not that helpful as it was our first time there. We've never been to a place like this. So my suggestion to you. When somebody NEW comes in maybe you should take the time to explain what you have there. Offer suggestions instead of shrugging your shoulders. I felt like we were bothering you. Customer service is the most important thing in my book. This is the worst Juice it Up that I have dealt with. The juices are good, but the employees could be better trained. They need decent customer service. I went today at 7:35pm, and they refused to provide me with service because the incompetent and lazy employee told me that the juicer machine was "clean" and they could not make any more juices. Why the hell do you close at eight if you are negligent/careless and stop service almost 30 minutes before close times? It makes no sense!!! This is not the first time I have dealt with the incompetency of the employees here. They even dare to argue with me before when they are the ones who made the mistake. This is wrong on so many levels. It is very shameful because the business concept is good, but their services are the worst. I will never spend a penny here again. I don't have time to deal with their BS. The Worst!!!!!!!!! read more

Great service! I usually go to Jamba Juice but this time I decided to change it up and try Juice It Up. I tried it before when I was younger, but totally forgot. It is more convenient for me since it is closer to my grandma's house and I love the smoothie combos. I wish they had the small boba like they do at Jamba, but other than that great. The staff is really nice, and when I walked in they were playing Chappell Roan, passed the vibe check. It was quick service. Oh and at Jamba, they ask for ID when paying with card, and sometimes I don't have it with me (oopsie) so now I know if anything I can go to Juice it Up! Oh and they offer quick service too! What's not to like read more

Very poor service. The lady working at 1:35 p.m. today didn't even prompt me correctly it was really rude. I asked if everything was OK before I ordered. She said we're all kind of tired mind you I was unsure about what balls they had and asked her. She just pointed at the board and said what we have up there as what we have :( I know it s retrograde but if your tired just stay home smh i don't mean to fib but if I'm paying 12-15$ I expect the service to at least be feasible after ordering the regular açai bowl by then discovered after the order that there's a whole board on the other side of the restaurant that has a list of options for the bowl. I wanted :( I usually have a good uplifting experience with juice it up I guess I picked the wrong location this time read more

Every single time I come into this location, everyone is ALWAYS and I do mean "ALWAYS" nice and pleasant, very welcoming and always with a smile. My smoothie is made just how I like it. Such a sweet owner! He has such awesome customer service. There was a mistake made in our order. No big deal---he corrected it with a big smile. I literally had the biggest smile on my face because he did. But I must say he has a young lady working there who was stellar - my husband and I both commented how lucky this business is to have such great hands. This young lady was busy but on top of her game. She was pushing our orders left and right. Watching her was so cool! I haven't seen someone just so focused and getting done in a while like this at a juice bar. Overall, great job and our bowls were delicious read more

Nice place. The smoothies were very delicious. My sister and I enjoyed them when we went

Talk about straight up jaw dropping, fun filled, and mouthwatering experiences!!! This is the best place I have ever been to in my life. And I need to point out one person specifically. This tan, slender, and strong young man. I did not catch his name but this spruce young man made me the "zone" smoothie and I was jumping off the walls :) My restroom performance was enhanced, my bed drive was on another level, and my anger issues with my kids were washed away all thanks to this young man! 10/10 would recommend to any person in the inland empire!!!
