The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They carry a lot of authentic and unique ice-cream flavors like tres leches, Mamey, and etc. Do recommend tres leches but it's a little bit sweet for me in general. As a mixed asian man, I personally like desserts to be a little bit on the refreshing and less heavy side. I would give the overall taste of the icecream a 3.8/5. However, the authenticity of unique flavors will be 4.5/8 Parking is very easy. If you like Mexican popsicles and street food, give this a try. The staff were great and worked efficiently. I decided to opt in for the free scoop and got as well. My wife redeemed her freebie cookie too. I had never tried their scoops before, so went with the Dreamweaver as it caught my eye immediately. The purple color is mesmerizing! Apparently, it purple smores based mixed with their double chocolate chip cookies. I'm still a fan of this brand after this visit. The app seems to be worth it for rewards and their cookies have been consistently tasty. Thanks, Insomnia Cookies! ( ^_^)b

Two years on my bucket list, and it completely blew me away!…read more This place has been on my "To Go" list for two years, and I finally got to try it. It was so phenomenal that we ended up coming back twice! Visit 1: I ordered their most popular item--the Thai Tea Soft Serve with honey boba (9oz). Hands down, this is the best Thai tea soft serve I have ever tasted in California. The flavor is incredibly potent, rich, and stays completely true to a perfect soft serve texture. I ate it so fast I didn't even get a photo! My boyfriend got the same thing and added Oreo crumbs, which was a huge hit. Visit 2: I decided to explore the menu and tried the "Fire Dragon"--a black milk tea topped with crème brûlée and honey boba. It was delicious, though to make the tea more rich I recommend brewing the tea a bit longer to give that black tea flavor an extra punch against the rich cream. My little brother ordered the Thai tea soft serve with boba and Oreo crumbs (16oz) and his instant verdict was: "When can we come back?" The service both times was exceptionally kind, informative, fast, and welcoming. Thank you for always smiling and serving up the absolute best Thai tea in the Inland Empire!

(perfect time before closing rush btw) there was no line and one customer was waiting for his order and another customer just got handed his order as i was walking in. i walk up to the register and stood for someone to come take the order. there were 3 or 4 girls on shift and at the time 3 were on the opposite side of the counter. 2 of them stop their conversation and the one with the long dark curly hair, thick eyelashes, green shirt and black apron asks me in a not so welcoming way "do you need something" i nod and say "yes" to which she replies again in a not friendly way with a not friendly look on her face "what" so i said "i need to order" back in the same tone i was spoken to. so she sent some other, very nice girl in all black, to take my order. I've only had one other experience like this a while ago when one girl was rude to her coworkers and customers with her booty shorts hanging out right in front of the nuts and sprinkles. The ice cream is good, the place is cute but the customer service is trash sometimes because one girl hates the job she applied to. and who wants to walk out saying "damn she was rude"? that's makes the ice cream taste just as nasty as the attitude. But regardless, the owner is always nice and hopefully long dark curly hair green shirt girl will be nicer because today she kind of really sucked. Thnx girl

Even at that early hour, the staff were very attentive and friendly, as they managed both the drive thru and the few customers who chose to stay inside (like me). Word to the wise, don't try to park on the right/south side of the building because the drive through lane won't allow you to get out easily. Instead drive around to the left/north side of the building and there are more regular sized and spaced spots. Lots of seating inside and also nice patio tables outside. The music is on very loud so if you like it quieter for staying there (I was there reading for an hour), then you might want headphones. I got used to it though. I should've looked at reviews before ordering--next time I'll try an horchata latte which seems to be popular here. I was a bit overwhelmed with the choices so I ordered a 12oz iced banana matcha latte which ended up tasting pretty good. It was too early for a pastry yet but those looked yummy too.

They have a wide variety of candies, including British and some chamoy/tajin offerings. I found some interesting versions of already beloved candy. What caused me to rate them a three is the massive bulk candy wall which was $16.95/lb. I chose a few options to sample with the intention of returning if the options were fresh. I got four types - green paint ball, buttered popcorn jelly belly, cherry strips, and blue raspberry strips. THEY ARE ALL STALE, some so stale they're inedible. This tells me that the store doesn't refresh the bins or clean them much. For that reason alone, I'd find my candy elsewhere.
