She (her name is Gatavia) ignored me completely. I stepped back to give her a moment, but instead of acknowledging me, she rolled her eyes. When I commented on the lack of greeting, she shrugged and claimed she had said hi, then rolled her eyes again when I explained I hadn't heard her. Ordered a mighty-c immunity juice with the vitamin boost, which is a powder. I get my juice and there's a giant hard rock of a ball of what is the powder. So I go in because it's not mixed it's just dumped in so it became a giant ball. When I go in they tell me "it doesn't mix because it juice" which just isn't true because that's not how liquids work, so then they "mix" it for me which happens to be her dumped the drink into a new cup with a strainer which took all of the powder from drink out of it and not mixed it and basically took away the vitamin boost and my money. read more

Came to this location instead of my usual location on Schaefer and Euclid (I order almost every weekend) because my usual location started being stingy with toppings and the consistency of the bowls was so watery I needed a straw instead of a spoon. Was even more disappointed by this location. The bowl was watery and had few toppings again but the worst part was the bananas were so hard and bitter. Feels pretty obvious they cut up green bananas instead of ripe yellow ones. I am usually not one to complain or bother with reviews but this was so disappointing. read more

I am 99.5% sure it was the owners assisting me in my order and they were so rude they didn't even know what the menu was because they kept going back and forth on what ingredients they had and didn't have. On top of all this, my order took so long to come out and I didn't the like the environment there as I saw how they were speaking back to their employees and it made me uncomfortable.
