This place never disappoints. I come in town to visit and this is my closest location to grab a juice and Açaí Bowl. They are always so quick and never lets me down, taste is always on point. The employees are always kind and greet right off the bat. It's extremely accessible from the parking area and a lot of delicious food around as well. Prime location!!! See you next visit. read more

That's what I'm talking about.... Just ordered a large zone protein shake after two hours at the gym They went back to the heavy duty green straws. I appreciate it I can finish a whole drink without the straw collapsing splitting and having to utilize two or three straws as in the past . Thank you Owner it is noticeable even if it is a few cents more Your customers do appreciate it read more

I've visited this location many times and have always had decent service, until today. I entered the store in a good mood to order a smoothie and greeted the employee at the counter. She (her name is Gatavia) ignored me completely. I stepped back to give her a moment, but instead of acknowledging me, she rolled her eyes. When I commented on the lack of greeting, she shrugged and claimed she had said hi, then rolled her eyes again when I explained I hadn't heard her. The interaction felt dismissive and rude, and I decided to leave without ordering. I've never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer. I'm sharing this because this type of behavior drives loyal customers away. Until this is addressed, I won't be returning. read more

Smoothies are always good no matter what, with that being said the service here really disappointed me. Customer service is extremely big to me and being cut off and telling me before I ordered it was going to be a couple of minutes before a hi how are you or any greeting was said is crazy. I couldn't get one sentence out without being cut off because she was busy. Which is fine, but making the customer feel uncomfortable and rushed is never okay. Ordered a mighty-c immunity juice with the vitamin boost, which is a powder. I get my juice and there's a giant hard rock of a ball of what is the powder. So I go in because it's not mixed it's just dumped in so it became a giant ball. When I go in they tell me "it doesn't mix because it juice" which just isn't true because that's not how liquids work, so then they "mix" it for me which happens to be her dumped the drink into a new cup with a strainer which took all of the powder from drink out of it and not mixed it and basically took away the vitamin boost and my money. read more

I ordered ahead through the app and was runing late for my order. The employee was kind enough to put it into their fridge and when I picked up mt drinks, iit wws as if they just made them! Always clean inside and the girls are friendly. Evergreen to trick my toddler into getting his veggies. Cali cooler for me, tart and a hint of cucumber. My older son gets the lucky lemon punch. Cools us down in the heat and a nice treat year round. read more

I love the fact that Juice It Up has a variety to pick from... The customer service is good but the poor two girls who were working, could have definitely used an extra hand to help them out although they were very professional and kept their cool even though they had a store full of customers!!! I will be back for sure to try different smoothies... read more

Came to this location instead of my usual location on Schaefer and Euclid (I order almost every weekend) because my usual location started being stingy with toppings and the consistency of the bowls was so watery I needed a straw instead of a spoon. Was even more disappointed by this location. The bowl was watery and had few toppings again but the worst part was the bananas were so hard and bitter. Feels pretty obvious they cut up green bananas instead of ripe yellow ones. I am usually not one to complain or bother with reviews but this was so disappointing. read more

This place is horrible! They had to remake my drink over twice! It had zero flavor and I asked why she said it's probably the oranges they don't have flavor! I said that's not right ! She offered to make me a different drink so I went with something that I thought would have more flavors just to have a crappy drink again! It seems like they are watering down the juices! This drink had somewhat of a berry flavor but what i was really dinking was an ice yogurt drink! What is wrong with some business owners! This place is a joke they don't have one care about their customers let alone the community. This owner should be ashamed of themselves!! I should've mentioned when we walked in the door they had their thug music so load it was like we were at a club! Just so many things wrong with this place ! So if you're down with handling your money over to a "business " with less than subpar drinks this is your go to place ! Nasty AF ... read more

This location needs help, the female manager here is so rude and definitely needs better customer service. They also gave me a frozen waffle. Which grossed me out. Here at 10am on wed may 7th and dealt with the rudest employee I've encountered this year. Do not come here if you want to be treated poorly by the "manager" this woman is very rude for absolutely no reason . Dont come into work if you don't want to be there read more

Seriously good smoothies! I usually go to Jamba cus its closest to my place. The smoothies taste so much better here!! This place was super busy on a Saturday 6/28 afternoon So many people were there and there was no place to stand inside. I didn't get their names cus they were so busy, but the team and management there deserve a compliment!! read more

Nilam the manager is very nice. I got one of the green raw juices and it was delicious. Thanks again !

The drinks are delicious and the employees look really disappointed when anyone walks in - the idea of having to make one more smoothie must really be unnerving. "Size" point to cups on display, and then you get your drink. That is their customer service. For the franchisee's additional info, you need a manager onsite. PS: No one is trying to sell customers your extras like bagels and the like... they just want you out. read more

I honestly don't take the time to review most places but this time it's ridiculous. I went in with high expectations and never will I do that again. I am 99.5% sure it was the owners assisting me in my order and they were so rude they didn't even know what the menu was because they kept going back and forth on what ingredients they had and didn't have. On top of all this, my order took so long to come out and I didn't the like the environment there as I saw how they were speaking back to their employees and it made me uncomfortable. Overall, I got out of there as fast as I could after I got my order and it was not good and threw it away in the end. Save your time and money and go to Jamba Juice down the street. read more

Walked in here while the wife went next door for her food. Ordered and proceeded to wait as I witnessed the three groups of customers after me getting their order before I did. I was keeping track of the orders, they didn't make it in order of when we place them. By the time I got my drink, my wife already finished her entire Chile releno meal from next door and picked up 5 sandwiches from Lee's. Ridiculous how slow they were, even the person who was waiting after me felt bad. While it was busy, I think such a long wait with orders not coming out in order is crazy to me. The employee who handle food with very low hygiene stander, she wearing glove to protect her hand not to protect customers, handle money with that hand and use the same hand to grab ingredients! This is unbelievable and unacceptable. The service is okay depending on who's there! Bunch of younger girls are very friendly but few are very cold. Like im not welcome to this place. I hope owner can tell her employees to watch what they are doing, I'm pretty sure they don't want to eat or drink something with dirty hand that has just touch dirty money 5 second ago!!! I appreciate the idea of health drink but will never recommend to go to the place doesn't care about hygiene and customers health read more
