First time here after spending three hours at Color Me Mine--honestly I was attracted to the ad out front displaying the chicolate strawberry sundae. I asked for a refresher was given a shot bottle ( need more training on the menu) then took another order once they were about to make the 2 orders after the first one previous customers were waiting to obtained utensils to eat their food.. finally received my order and it was melted... seems like staff needs more training and not leave ingredients/toppings out to make it easier to make /grab because then food is melted when given to customers. read more

Wanted to try out a juice cleanse so I ordered online. The pick up was super easy and fast. It's located by the shoppes so you can also walk around. The juices were refreshing and light. After trying lots of different samples decided on Açaí berry fruit bowl. Everything was freshly made with healthy ingredients. Place was clean, simple modern look. This place reminds of yogurtland, they have acai that seems to be premade on tap and can make the bowls real fast. Its a nice open space design with a minimal seating. Service was a bit slow with only one worker serving and taking orders. We ordered the super acai and original acai bowl and it tastes pretty generic like all other acai bowl places. read more

Yesterday, was my first time at Pressed in Chino Hills. I placed an online order for a 1-day cleanse and upgraded it with an additional shot of chlorophyll and aloe vera and ordered 6 other drinks for a discounted price with my VIP membership. When I arrived at their store, I was greeted by Alyssa and my pick-up order was ready on time! Alyssa was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Before I left, I ended up ordering two of their frozen treats one for my dog and one for my husband and I. What I learned is that their dragonfruit and açaí frozen treats are dog-friendly! My dog, Maui LOVED the açaí topped with blueberries and coconut. And my husband and I enjoyed their mint chip dessert topped with granola, chocolate drizzle, and chocolate chips. Ordered no one made my smoothie. I guess that's how it works. Or nothing happens. So it's bad

I ordered 4 juices cleanses and did a pickup order so I did not see them being packed up. When I started noticed some of juices did not look like they had in the past. The last one non- dairy almond milk smelled sour and was thick and chunky. So out of the four of those that I got only one was good. I don't have a store close about 35 min drive one way so taking them back was not an option during the work week. So disappointed. I did email but no response. read more

I love this place and have always had amazing food and good service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case last Sunday. There was one young woman working in dirty blonde braids who was very unfriendly as soon as she saw my friend wearing a maga hat in the store. I wouldn't jump to that conclusion normally but she acted very short and unfriendly and then when she gave me the large freeze the cup was half full. Normally the size of the swirl comes above the cup and you are given a generous amount. But this was so obvious she was triggered and this is what I got. Pathetic. I should have said something at the time but because she was so unfriendly I couldn't be bothered. So I'm letting everyone know here. Be careful of this girl who works there on a Sunday. read more

When she came out she had a sour attitude. I placed my order, and her response was...is that it? No "your order will be right up", no "thank you". I continued to be polite after spending $33 and after we got our açaí bowls...I said thank you and still no response from the sour attitude employee with pigtails. Honestly, if you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers. I won't be coming back as I can overpay for an acai bowl at another establishment w/out the bad attitude. read more

There are a good number of reviews regarding the poor service, and my experience was no different. When I went to the pick up counter I was surprised to see that my order was prepared "for here." That in itself is no issue, and I politely asked for my order to be for to go. This is no complicated task- just put a lid on my açaí bowl. Unfortunately the workers there are lazy and rude. The guy places a lid on the counter rather than properly capping it (mind you that takes 10 seconds max and it's not labor intensive) and just walks away, continuing to chat with his coworker. This is definitely a first for me to have someone expect me to service myself for a Togo order. The work culture here appears to diminish the experience of customers and makes me unwilling to bring my business here. It's rather concerning that there are MULTIPLE reviews regarding poor service and it still has not been resolved. This business is sending a message that they do not value their customers!! read more

The new manager here, Michelle, is extremely kind and took her time going through all the product information with me, I got some samples(which a lot of places don't do nowadays), and is very bubbly and sweet. All of the staff was super friendly today, I didn't get the other woman's name but she was very efficient, and even with sampling and asking questions, I felt like I was in and out of there. Never again will I order from this location. Workers here lack training and customer service skills. It was my first time placing an order from Pressed Juicery and upon pick up the 2 workers behind the counter told me my order was in the fridge. I stood there pulling up the bar code for them to scan only to be told that they didn't need to scan it. I opened the fridge and my 7 bag order with 42 juices were all tied together with curling ribbon. I pulled out one bag from the bottom of the fridge and almost dropped it because all bags were tied together. I struggled to get the bags out and finally asked for help while both workers just stood behind the counter looking and doing absolutely nothing. I was the only customer in the entire store and both workers looked bothered by the fact that I requested one of them to come help me. Seeing that I had both hands full, not one of them came to open the door for me to exit. Bottom line, this is crappy customer service. Will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

After eating their energy bowl, which I normally love, I ended up having food poisoning symptoms (nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea) about an hour after eating it. Thankfully I went straight home after eating, as it would have a been a nightmare having this happen in public. I am sad. I loved this place, but I cannot risk getting food poisoning again at an establishment that doesn't follow food & safety guidelines. There were no paper towels in the bathroom. The açaí bowls and freeze are delicious. You can choose your toppings. While it is limited, they're many ways to create great bowl that is sweet and healthy. The freeze tastes great without the guilt. Juices are great too and I prefer the greens. Staff are friendly and helpful when I don't know what to order. Have you been Pressed yet? Everytime I come to the Chino Hills Shoppes, I always stop by this place to get a good cleanse. If you're indecisive of what to order (like me), the employees are eager to help you choose a drink based on what kind fruits/veggies you like. I have to say.. it is a bit pricey here but the quality of the drinks are top notch and healthier than going to any other beverage shop in the area. The interior is very clean and modern, with some seating area. Always a great selection of music playing in the background.
