I came in after seeing crumbl's post about receiving a free thin cookie (no purchase necessary). Upon showing up, I figured I would buy something because I felt weird just showing up for it. The shop was super empty at 4PM so I got my order really quick. Upon getting my order, I asked about the free cookie only to find out that they were only doing that starting at 5-6PM...which is weird because there was no sign or anything that indicated so. It wasn't worth fighting for me, but I do feel that this should be noted as a reminder that not all crumbl are the same. I would recommend calling in to ask about promos as it seems they don't exactly to follow other crumbls. Not too sure if I'd go out of my way to come back again. read more

Had not ordered cookies in a while. The pumpkin seasonal cookie caught my eye. Ordered a 6 veriety pack. Order said 20 min. I arrived and store was empty. No one started on my order until I arrived and gave them my name. Then was informed they didn't have the 1 pumpkin one that made me want to order in the first place. Said I had to wait another 30 minutes to bake it fresh. I was like wait...."if you had started my order when it came in, I could have waited 5 more minutes and it would be done". Yet instead made me chose something else. What happened to decent customer service or doing the right thing? Frustrating since I even paid the up-charge for that one flavor and got something else. Updating my review because I was a little grumpy last time. While the bad service I received wasn't OK, overall the staff is typically wonderful and the cookies and drinks are delicious. I shouldn't let one experience bring down my overall rating. However, lately the staff seems to be comprised of just one employee at a time (on Saturdays that seems rough on them) so I'm giving the grace I should've the first time. read more

Great experience again at Crumbl- chino with minimal wait time, which is always a plus. The cookies were fresh, warm, and full of flavor. Some of the sweeter options, like the Oreo, were a bit too sweet for me -- and I definitely have a sweet tooth -- but the quality and overall taste were still really good. I enjoy the rotating menu because there's always something new to try, but I miss that chocolate one I first had. Would be great if they had a few of the previous menu options to choose from as well. Overall, it was another solid visit with great service and consistently good cookies. Definitely a fun treat spot and worth coming back again soon! read more

I use to order Crumbl in Glendale and Burbank and the cookies were always perfect. I moved to chino hills a year in a half ago and this location was great at first . I'm not sure if they have new staff/ bakers but the cookies are 90% raw when I visit towards I took a long break. I decided to grab my birthday cookie today and it was totally raw . The guy working there is nice and I know crumbl is know for half raw cookies but this is RAW. I won't visit this store again . Absolutely ridiculous experience. We stood there for 20 MINUTES and there wasn't a single person ahead of us, yet not one employee bothered to come help us. Not even a simple "we'll be with you in a minute." Nothing.What really made me angry was watching the employees start making a whole new batch of cookies while we were literally standing there waiting to be helped. How does that make any sense? You have customers standing at the counter and instead of acknowledging us or taking our order, you're focused on making more cookies.The lack of customer service and basic awareness was honestly unbelievable. We wasted 20 minutes of our time just standing there being completely ignored. If you're going to have customers waiting, the least you can do is acknowledge them and communicate what's going on. I placed an online order at this Crumbl location, and the app estimated it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived within that timeframe, but my order wasn't ready. Trying to be patient, I waited in my car for an additional 45 minutes, expecting the app to notify me when it was ready so I wouldn't have to stand inside. After waiting that long with no update, I went inside. There were three employees behind the counter talking to each other, and none of them acknowledged me. I stood there until one briefly looked at me, then turned back to continue their conversation. I eventually had to interrupt just to say I was there to pick up an order, and even then, there was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment, just blank stares while they kept talking. After a few minutes, another employee finally asked for my name. When I mentioned I had already been waiting 45 minutes, she casually said their computer wasn't working. No apology, no communication, and no effort to inform customers who were left waiting. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. If there are delays or technical issues, customers should at least be informed so they're not left waiting unnecessarily. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I came to this Crumbl and it was a friend's birthday. There were two people working and we were the only ones in line. I understand being busy packaging orders and baking. But during the 20 minute we stood there waiting for someone to take our order (first and only ones in line mind you) not a word was said to us. After they finished packaging orders they put a new batch of cookies in the oven. After this we thought someone would come take our order but Nooooo they started making a batch from scratch. I absolutely love Thin Thursdays at Crumbl. The thin cookies are so good--rich, buttery, and perfectly satisfying without being too heavy. They have a great texture and flavor that makes them hard to resist. The service at Crumbl is always welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even better. One of the things I enjoy most is that they offer different cookie selections each week. While part of me wishes some of my favorites were available all the time, it's also exciting to wait until Thursday to see which thin cookie will be featured next.
