The meat service at the start of the dinner was admittedly slow for what looked like the entire restaurant, there was a solid 10-min where no meat was coming except for a chicken sausage. I think that is because they were cooking the meats, because soon after, a bunch of meat started coming out of the kitchen all at once. The quality of the meat was great! The salad bar I think is better than Fogo: I felt the veggies and salads tasted fresher and the area around the salad bar was cleaner. The cheese bread and plantains were amazing as well, much better than Fogo for sure. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and if I am craving Brazilian BBQ again, I'll head over here.
