Extremely pleased with Royalty Cakes from start to finish. They have great customer service! I sent pictures of what I was looking for and they delivered exactly as requested. The chocolate cake was super moist and yummy. They even helped me bring it to my car and gave me tips on carefully transporting it.
Beautiful cakes and Beautiful work, cakes are an Art work and that's what Royalty cakes does they meet your creations in design taste Looks and most of all the service and friendly people in ( chino) you just can't order your cake or cupcakes, they meet you Greet you talk a a little, they get to know you and boom and when you pick up your cake wow they " saw" you they really Listen to what you needed. I haven't ordered a cake from a while and then the COVID hit the world" and today July 13 my ( wife) walks in to order a small cake for my and he talks a little to her ( remembers) me and pulls together a Lovely cake and tastes Delicious to Boot and doesn't even charge and ( wishes me a Happy Birthday) wow that's Good people ( still) out there, I just I want say Thank you thank you .... Made my Birthday
This was our second year in a row using Royalty Cakes. Last year we did a Minnie Mouse theme and our entire party loved it! What is amazing about Royalty Cakes is you tell them a theme and they custom design it for you! We chose a marble red velvet cake with cream cheese layering and buttercream frosting on top. Everyone again loved this cake and I saw people going back for seconds! We will definitely be using Royalty Cakes for all our parties going forward
Cakes are so amazing you almost regret cutting them. That is till you taste it. Then it's just an all out how much cake can I get in me. The service is great. I been getting cakes professionally done from them since 2008. And they always come through with just amazing cakes. My most recent one was for my daughter's 16th and just wow. My daughter gave ideas they drew it up. Did some amazingly delicious taste testing. Almost wanted to just have cake for dinner. Everyone at the event loved the cake. And honestly you guys great service is why I always choose you guys first. Great establishment highly suggest for every one. Prices are also very adorable.
Best cake I've ever tasted! They are a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for! I also love to support local businesses so that's a plus. 100% custom cakes and the cake is so moist and delicious, which is definitely worth every penny. Ordered a surprise cake for my grandparents' 50th Anniversary. Everybody loved it. They did an amazing job! I will be ordering two more cakes from them for upcoming birthdays. If you're in the area, you'll definitely want to contact them for your next party. It is by appointment only, so make sure to contact them ahead of time. They respond in a quick and timely manner. You will not be disappointed!
Royalty Cakes has been my go-to for custom cakes since my son's first birthday! The owners (Paul and Andrea), are the sweetest and kindest people you'll come across. What really stood out to me was the business is family owned and operated, and both husband and wife run the show! I've ordered three cakes from them (to date), and my brother has also ordered from them as well and they have never, ever disappointed! Paul and Andrea have always listened to my crazy ideas and have delivered each and every time. The cakes are what made the parties! Not only did they deliver on design, but their cakes taste amazing! You cannot go wrong with Royalty Cakes! I highly recommend checking out their work on Instagram. Once you start going to them, it's impossible to stop! The cake itself was delicious and so many people asked me where I got it from. Definitely the most expensive cake I've ever purchased but if you want the job done right then that's what you're paying for and it was worth it to me.

They paid attention to all my requests and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. You can immediately tell they genuinely care. The cake was such a hit! Everyone was asking where we had it made because it was so moist and flavorful. I can't wait for another excuse to have a cake made by royalty cakes. They are amazing I am so thankful I found them! I was looking for a cake company that would make an amazing cake for my dad's 60th birthday party. I had tried royalty cakes in the past and was very impressed with the taste. I went to royalty cakes and the owners were so sweet. I showed them a pic, picked the flavors, and they did a sketch for me. They knew exactly what I was looking for. We got the cake and everyone was so impressed!!! Once we cut the cake and everyone got to try it everyone started raving about it. It was the highlight of the evening. I highly recommend trying this place out. They are going to be my go to for all of my cakes!! I also wanted to add the owners are such sweethearts and very accommodating. They have been bakers for generations and really take pride in what they do.
Most of my interaction with them was via text. I explained what I was looking for, and she asked for photos so she could get an idea of my thoughts. Just look at this cake.. where do even begin... they answered with such kindness, patience to listen to what I needed. Very fast and forward to what I needed ! Wasted no time! I called 1 week ahead and they said yes! Not only that, But the I sent an inspo and omg they did it even better!!!! !!! And then I get there and the staff was so sweet and walked me to my car. Ugh I can't express how happy I am not only with the cake outcome but with the service. And then all of the guests loved the cake! Flavorful but not too sweet!!!! Just so yummy and Rich in flavor ! Andrea made the most beautiful cake for our wedding with dried pressed flowers! It was incredibly vibrant and even more delicious! The cake was also delivered right on time, She really came through for us in a huge way! Tried cupcakes at an event that were SO good, and had to find out which bakery they were from. Once I learned they were from Royalty Cakes, I ordered cupcakes for my husband's 30th birthday party. Everyone loved them! Super professional staff who helped me bring the 4 dozen cupcakes to my car at pick up. The ordering process was super easy as well. read more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! Their cakes taste just as amazing as they look. I contacted Royalty Cakes maybe 3 days before my son's birthday and they were able to take my order and perfectly execute exactly what I was looking for on super short notice. Royalty Cakes will now be my go to for cakes. And in addition to a great product, the customer service was ON POINT!!! They were super nice, very responsive and super professional. Even carried the cake out to my car and gave me tips on how to pick it up and set it down so that I wouldn't ruin the icing with the side of the box. I had a short notice request for a 9 yrs gold's bday party. The team at Royal lakes was fantastic. They took my order for cupcakes in the shape of a 9 over the phone and had it ready in time. My nephew loved it. It was as 9 with dragons on top. The cupcakes and frosting was delicious. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again! read more

We are having our daughter's first birthday party at the Chino Youth Museum and on one of our visits there we stumbled upon Royalty cakes! We had tried a few other cakes in the area and were not impressed. We ended up going in on a Saturday to check it out and we were not aware that you need an appointment to order on Saturday. But we were soooo delighted with the way we were treated anyway. They were in the middle of delivering a birthday cake and wedding cake and could tell that they were extremely busy, but they gave us the sweetest customer service! The owner himself and the staff stopped what they were doing to put something together that we could try since my husband works during the week. They explained they understood how important our event was and that they were eager to devote more time to us during the week. We got to try the confetti cake with French Bavarian cream filling and buttercream frosting!! Everything was amazing! The buttercream was slightly sweet so I may ask about whipped cream instead but I'm so excited to order from this amazing small business and since we are new to the Chino area I'm glad to know we have now found our go-to bakery! I will update after the party! Update: this place is simply AMAZING!!!! We went back to order our cake and we had a great experience! We actually felt like we were treated like 'royalty!' We got to try some more cake and I was reassured that we made the right decision! The owner sat down with us to go over design and details, they took the glimmer of idea I barely had and turned it into something beyond what I could have imagined and still and gave us options to work with our budget. It came out better than I could have dreamed and tasted amazing too!!! They also included the most adorable giant cupcake for the baby to smash! Every detail seemed like it was added with so much love. Also, they now take credit card and they give you options for when you would like to pay. THEN, the day of the event the cake was delivered BEFORE the scheduled time, I was greeted with a smile and cake that blew me away and didn't have to stress about anything! I am amazed at how well our experience went and I can't wait to order another cake from here!!! It's addicting...I might have to make up events to order cake for! Andrea is amazing! Took my cake order, I sent her several pics of my vision for my husbands birthday cake, and she truly exceeded my expectations. The cake was better than pictures and it tasted sooo good! Not only that, but my order was last minute but she was able to accommodate me still. From the cake tasting, to designing our cake, to the actual delivery. The entire experience was seamless and I enjoyed every second. I already cannot wait to taste our cake on our 1 year anniversary. Andrea and Pablo made us feel so special. Andrea brought my vision to life and the cake matched perfectly with all the other elements in my wedding. She nailed it! We first met Andrea and Paul a couple years ago before Covid, and unfortunately because of Covid our wedding was postponed. When we reached out again, they remembered us and still had all of our notes! They were so helpful and our wedding cake came out AMAZING and tasted great!!!
