This was a huuuuuge plus for us Flavor Options - We went with Lemon Raspberry (Lemon Cake with Raspberry flavored Swiss Meringue Buttercream), Gansito (Vanilla Cake filled with Strawberry Compote and Cream, topped with a Dark Chocolate Ganache) , and Horchata (Horchata Cake Filled with Dulce de Leche Flavored Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Fresh Strawberries) Cake Tasting - As soon as we met Griselda, we knew she was going to be the one. We met up near the Anaheim Packing District. The cake tasting was such an elevated experience. Griselda carefully packed each slice and as we took a bite of each flavor, she described it to us and told us what she loved about it. We felt like we were at fancy wine tasting! Day of Cake vs Tasting - The cake was just as delicious as the first time. Consistency and flavors were the exact same. I know that sometimes people are worried that the tasting may be better or different than what you receive, but it was a 10/10 both times.
