The Ube and matcha lattes are solid drinks. The prices are very affordable and the drinks are solid. Staff here is always pleasant and drinks are made quick. For me, they are a suitable option for cafe drinks and pastries inside of H Mart's food court. There were two self-service kiosks to the right of the entrance. Seating was limited to a countertop at the front window and a few tables in the dining area. Prices have gone up over time, however many of the beverages were still less than six dollars which would be considered cheap nowadays. The drinks, shaved ice, and acai bowls were listed across three screens hanging above the service counter. Some fried fare was also available, but they were only viewable at the two kiosks. Desserts like cake slices and macarons were on display in a refrigerated case to the left of the counter. On this occasion, I picked the Beef Gyoza and a large Caramel Milk Tea with boba and less ice. Eight fried beef dumplings were provided in a cardboard box lined with waxed paper. I used a sweet chili sauce as a dip for the gyoza that were hot and crispy from being freshly fried. The milk tea was surprisingly less sweet than I expected despite the caramel component. The boba pearls were slightly chewy. One negative about this place that still exists is the lack of free WiFi access. Nearly all boba tea shops offer this amenity so it puzzles me why there are holdouts like It's Boba Time. You want customers to hang out longer because the chances are they would be willing to spend more. For the quality and cost of my order, I gave a three star rating.
