Always friendly service, great on a warm day! Thanks for the tip of saving money by ordering a sundae instead of a scoop with multiple toppings! (Got this tip a while ago) read more

Horrible experience! My niece turned 7 yesterday. All she wanted for a her birthday was a Baskin Robbins Cake. My sister in law ordered it 2 weeks prior as instructed by the Baskin Robbins staff. Imagine her surprise when she arrived for pick up 2 hours before their family dinner only to be told she had already picked it up. She asked to speak to a supervisor, a man who said his name is Andrew offered no alternative solution and further more humiliated my sister in law stating that for all he knew she and his employee were somehow complicit in some scheme to get a free cake! My sister in law was in disbelief that he would accuse her and the employee, she told him she would not do that. After much back and forth she simply asked for her money back which he did reluctantly. My sister in law left this place crushed and embarrassed about this whole ordeal. We will not be returning to this shop and sincerely hope that Andrew takes a hard look at himself and his line of work. Customer service does not seem to be a priority and if he is this unhappy with his current employment he should look at alternatives and not use past experiences to drive his current interactions with customers. read more

Baskin Robbins is dang good ice cream. I crave pistachio almond and chocolate chip like a druggie craves crack. Since all 31 Flavors sell the same ice cream in all shops, my review for this location isn't about the ice cream. It's about the measly servings for the price we pay and the owner's crappy attitude. If I'm going to pay $10.99 for 2 sundaes, the man needs to stop being so dang frugal. Sometimes I go in there and the kids aren't so stingy, which is why I walk in there dreading to see the old man. When I don't get my money's worth, it makes me pretty mad. read more

Nice neighborhood BR. Other reviewers are right about the owners. They are tightwads & dress their employees down in front of costumers. I overheard an older Asian man scolding one of the young girls (employee) for being generous with the scoops. The girls (workers) are always nice and friendly and provide good service. I always make it a point to give them a tip. read more

I am never returning to this location again! I like to sign up with different email addresses on the app so I can take advantage of the coupons but the again lady wouldn't let me use it because I'm the same person and trying to explain it to her was useless! She barely understood English I hate dealing with foreigners! I was buying an almost 40$ cake and she wouldn't honor my 1 free scoop coupon it's ridiculous! Never again will I be back and I will tell my family never to visit again! This experience makes me understand why they are going out of business! I'm genuinely angry at the lack of care for customer service! They lost a life long customer! And the non foreign girl didn't know sh** either like train ur employees! Bottom line dont go here! Nasty nasty nasty! Once I saw a girl blow her nose and then scoop up ice cream! Gross! This place needs to be shut down! read more

Great service and the staff are quite friendly. Baskin robbins never fails to serve me my jamoca almond fudge! Thank you

Ice cream is okay...wayyyyy overpriced here though! Id hit up a rite aid for a couple scoops of thrifty ice cream any day over this place...better ice cream and way cheaper! read more

I totally forgot to order my husband's favorite cake until the night before his birthday and I thought there was no way I would be able to get it time, but sure enough, Baskin Robbins Chino made it happen. I called them at 5:00 Monday night and at 3:00 Tuesday afternoon, his cake was ready. We ordered the fudge round with white cake and cookies and cream ice cream. I had some of the pickiest eaters and they ALL said it was the best cake they had EVER tasted. My husband was so upset with me because I gave some away to our guests and he said he had never tasted a better cake and could not believe I would give away his BIRTHDAY CAKE LOL, but it really was AWESOME.and the service at this location was incredible and made it so easy for me to make everybody happy. Thank you Baskin Robbins, and I am sure I will see you soon...my husband says I owe him one...LOL read more

I only go here because it's the closest one to my house besides the Rite Aid across the street from it. It's alright, slightly overpriced, but the only place I can get my Jamoca Oreo ice cream.....so for that reason, it gets 4 stars! read more

Very friendly. Of course price was high but expected. Clean place with enough seats. I hope they get more better reviews.

It's a Baskin-Robbins chain so you know what to expect, but the service is always very friendly at this location, they accept coupons, and they make the best mocha blast in the area! I recommend it with Jamocha ice cream--- scrumptious! read more

Came here to get some ice cream the other day and was extremely pleased with my exp. I highly recommend the flavor of the month, "Oreo Malt Madness". The staff was very friendly and even gave my nephew a regular size scoop when we asked for a kids size! Overall great experience. read more

I think they should find some other people for the night shift... or they might lose a lot of business. Terrible service.

Great trip to Baskin Robins, Denisse and Emilie are very welcoming, they both have great customer service! Also, The ice cream flavors are all amazing, highly recommend Oreo Malt Madness, flavor of the month. read more

I have been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. My family enjoys a good dessert after a satisfying meal and baskin robbins always hits the spot. I understand that all baskin robbins are basically the same interior and same everything, but what makes this location my favorite is the staff. Andrew, the manager, has been so kind to my family and remembers our orders EVERY time. That is a great trait and definitely makes the customers feel welcome. If I lived closer to home I would definitely make it a routine to come more often. Keep it up guys!!! read more

This place sucked. The lady was very rude, sucked at icing my cake, and didn't pay attention to me until after I said "hello excuse me" for the fifth time. read more

Baskin-Robbins - What the heck. THIS is what I got from baskin robbins. A picture is worth a thousand words. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Chino, California

I went here the other day to get my 2 scoop Gold Medal Ribbon and Pralines N Cream in a waffle cone. Awesome as always. My family has been coming here for a very long time. Every time we have come, we have been treated to great customer service and awesome ice cream. We always get our cakes here for our three kids and cousins. Cakes are always fresh and they do a good job of icing and personalizing. The owner even allowed me to purchase a cake past closing time once which saved me from having to deal with sad kids. I was reading some of the reviews on here and its really sad that people feel the need to complain about pricing when they are posted everywhere. If your buying a cake, there's pricing indicating how much something costs. Its common sense people. Baskin Robbins is not always the cheapest option, but its premium ice cream. There's a reason why you pay more for steak at Ruth Chris as opposed to Norms. In my experience, this place has always provided a smile and great customer service. read more

What more can I say about this gem? I am a regular customer here and I have never been unsatisfied. They already know what I get (small mocha cappuccino with extra cinnamon please!) so usually I'm always in and out when I'm in a hurry. The best there is, and will continue to be a regular. read more

I bought an ice cream cake for my grandmother for Mother's Day. The cake was fine, really nice looking too. The problem is the lady (not a young kid, so I'm assuming she was the owner) asked me if I wanted a message on the cake. "Sure," I say. "Please have it say, 'Happy Mother's Day, Grandma." She takes a few minutes to write the message in small red frosting (It was a pretty small cake.), rang me up, and I left. When I got in the car I looked at my receipt and realized she had charged me $7 to write those 4 words on the cake! If that's what they charge (The cake was already $25.99!), then fine, but she should've told me about the extra charge. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've argued it. Yeah, this is an ice cream shop and not a bakery, but every bakery writes a message on the cake for free! Not here-- they charge an additional 25% to write on the cake. Booooo! read more

Worst service! Looking forward to a banana split in this hot weather and what do I get.... attitude from a minimum wage teanager and jewed on all the toppings. Apparently no manager on premises, won't ever go back, I'll drive a little farther to make sure I get good service. read more

This used to be a pretty good place before the new owner took it over he's very unfriendly and very's stingy on the ice cream you get I mean I I don't mind paying $13 for little bit of ice cream but I would like my moneys worth out of this Baskin-Robbins you do not get that I will not be returning to this Baskin-Robbins I think I will start going to handles ice cream they are much friendlier you get more bang for your buck read more

My total disappointment last night inspired me to create a Yelp account and finally take a stand against poor customer service. I decided to take my wife and 4 kids to Baskin Robbins last night for a rare treat. We had a coupon from a local fund raiser for a free soft serve sundae with the purchase of another soft serve sundae. After filling the kids ice cream orders, we presented our coupon and attempted to place our order. We were told that they do not accept these coupons (despite that coupon indicating that it was available at all participating Baskin Robbins) I briefly pleaded my case to the young ice cream scooper to no avail. I would have thought that paying full price for 5 desserts would have been sufficient enough to kick down for a free sundae. Hey Baskin Robbins-you aren't the only business in town that sells ice cream. In the future, if I'm craving a particular Baskin Robbins craving, I will make the effort to go to one of their other locations. read more
