This is actually the worst Starbucks I've been to. I was trying to find a study spot near where I was working. They were blasting their music, and I could not concentrate on studying for my graduate school entrance exam. Not only was the music loud, but it was also screeching high-pitched music. I usually just suck it up if it's loud, but I actually could not stand it this time, and I asked the staff if they could turn it down. They definitely just ignored my request. I'm super disappointed that they were not respectful of the people studying in the cafe. DO NOT come here if you want to study. The music will give you a headache. If I could give this Starbucks a zero star, I would. read more

They don't have a drive thru, unfortunately, but the barista inside was very friendly and helpful a little after 6 in the morning, they had cups on sale as well. I only deducted a star because I was price shocked that an iced coffee with cold foam cost me 90 cents more than what it does at the location I normally go to in my city. Paying $6.40 for a grande iced coffee is mind blowing to me, I didn't even notice until I checked my receipt later. 70 cents more for the coffee and 20 cents more for the cold foam. read more

Least welcoming staff for sure. Lucy and and the other 2 young ladies gossiping about the customers. Not a good look my girls. Putting your tablet over your face while the other young ladies turn and look at us and when you put it down look and us as well. No others sitting next to us nor outside in the patio. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Not the customer service starbucks is about. Someone needs training again. read more

This is the non drive thru Starbucks on walnut and central, S of the 60 fwy. Our group (11! ) showed up around 11, and they were SLAMMED! But boy did they handle it well. We each got drinks and a food item! They actually messed up on my friends order but gladly made her the correct order after it was brought up. There was about 4 workers per usual, and they were hustling! Great experience catching up with friends sitting inside, even though the store was very crowded and chaotic. read more

Not a good Starbucks, this is the closest one to my house, literally a two minute drive e but not worth it. There are two older gentleman working there frequently that actually have customer service skills. Aside from them the rest of the employees are lacking. Especially the curly haired girl at the bar. Told her it had been a while since my drink were ready and I was still waiting on a danish. I sear of asking anyone or looking into it it she said it would be a minute. Another 10 minutes later I go the the register and was told it sill had to be made. Had the first girl just acknowledged me they would have caught their error read more

While yes this is another Starbucks, this location is very calm compared to other Starbucks. They do have their rushes but they are able to get the orders out on time. Very friendly staff. I prefer this Starbucks that's on central and walnut vs the one that has a drive thru on central. There isn't much parking available but usually people come in and out so normally when I get there someone is just leaving. Great location. read more

By far the best Starbucks ever. The ladies here are amazing. So welcoming, great communication, have great smiles, and truly enjoy great service with their guests. That's what a location should be like. I only come here because of Nina, Angie, and Dana. Those 3 make me feel like I'm family. Like I'm important. Genuine service. I don't normally mind coming to this Starbucks when I'm in the local area, but today 02/13/2024 is a different story. The barista handling my drink didn't seem to have the best attitude ( Michael) when I asked for the Carmel drizzle to be added to the top ( mind you that I asked the cashier twice to make sure was there bc obvi I was getting charged for it) had a unwelcoming demeanor. As for the Cashier woman( didn't happen to see her name) she was lovely. Overall my drink wasn't not bad either. But coming to the part that I am disgusted and concerned by is the gentlemen behind the counter JEFF wearing the black apron. He Proceed to chew his hang nail then further pick it out his mouth and throw it onto the floor. Mind you he wasn't making drinks but still is very nasty. He was still behind the counter talking and proceeded to act as if he did nothing. He didn't bother to wash his hand after putting them in his mouth to chew his hang nail either. ( mind you also while chewing his hang nail another barista is refilling the whipped cream canisters) so unsanitary And for that reason I won't be coming here again. read more

Not the first time I've had an order wrong, this location screws up our drinks every time and I've had it. Multiple calls from corporate, manager, etc. still no improvement. Today I asked for a mocha cookie crumble frap- creme base. The cash register literally said 2choc chip, which is double choc chip frap and I asked her TWICE- that's the mocha cookie crumble right? Just crème base? she said "yeah, but since it's creme base, it's a different name." (WRONG) I used to work at Starbucks so I knew. But I didn't argue. Of course as expected, I got a double choc chip frap instead of a mocha cookie crumble. Again, not the first time this has happened. another time was asking for a choc creme foam and it literally had no choc taste even after remaking it... idk if it's lack of training or what but this location literally fails me every time. I went in today at this starbucks at 5:00 AM. I can't remember the guy that took my order and made my drink but he was very kind to me . I told him I was feeling sick and wanted a mango passion fruit black tea . He made a custom drink for me and it came out so perfectly. He made the drink not sweet and put less ice . This Starbucks location is off of Central Ave & Walnut Ave. It's often mistaken for the Starbucks across the freeway off of Central Ave & Philadelphia Ave. This location is Cafe only there is NO drive thru. Many of these reviews should not reflect on to this particular location as they talk about the Central and Philadelphia Drive Thru Starbucks. As well as some reviews that mention employees names are also reflecting that Central and Philadelphia location. I'm a regular I know who works there. Danielle, the cashier working today, was not happy with me and my friend ordering at her store the moment we came in--this is our first time visiting this Starbucks. She had all white customers before her and smiled and asked for their orders, but when me and my friend approached she scowled at us, didn't ask us for our order and lied to us about items not being on the menu. Danielle kept telling us they were out of certain items but they clearly had enough as people before us had them in their orders, and while waiting we noticed that people that were ordering after us had the items given to them as well. Not sure what is going on with Danielle the cashier. read more

Came here on a Monday afternoon to get some work done. There's about a total of four tables and a bar stool area towards the back. Not many outlets available either. The service is great as expected from Starbucks. However finding a place to sit is a bit of an issues esp if you're here to work. Tables outside a plenty with umbrellas to cover from the sun, not sure about outlets there. Parking is great, free in a private lot on the corner of Walnut and Central. read more

After dropping off our cars for oil changes, a short walk led us to Starbucks on Central Avenue in Chino. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by an employee, and I knew we were off to an excellent start. I ordered a fancy iced tea, and my wife ordered an even fancier iced tea that was pinkish in color (I know there's a name for it). Moments later, an employee called out my name. I get a Tall Americano with sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup and extra heavy cream at nearly every Starbucks I hit up. It's more than enough caffeine for the whole day. It's ketogenic friendly. It tastes delicious. It's a great chunk of calories when I don't have food handy. For ordering this about once a week(give or take) for a few months, this was my greatest experience. Fast. Came to this Starbucks to study and was really impressed by the customer service here! The barista who helped me was very kind and accommodating. There aren't a ton of seats as it's not a big Starbucks, but there are seats on the way to the restrooms that are tucked away and perfect for studying. I like that the music isn't too loud here too. Lots of plugs for those who bring their laptops. Would recommend stopping by this location if you're in the area. read more

Every time I order here there are issues with multiple peoples order. This evening I stood around for my mobile order for 15 minutes. I gave my name when I walked up to the counter. When the Barista asked my name after being there for awhile, she pulled my drink from the back area. Then, I seen no caramel drizzle. So because they seemed so backed up and a hot mess the barista just drizzled the top and gave it back. They definitely need some more seasoned employees in this location. It wasn't the usual happy barista attitude in there tonight. read more

Probably my favorite Starbucks locations. It's close to my work so it's always easy to just hop on my motorcycle and ride down 5 minutes and grab a drink after lunch. The staff is also super amazing and friendly. One of the workers there always knows my usual and it only took 2 go's for her to remember my order and name. My trips are always really efficient and fast because of that. I walk in and all I need to do is give her my tumbler and boom, next minute, she's done. She also always makes my drink just the way I like it so I never have to worry if it's going to come out delicious or not. If I have time to blow off, she's always open to having small talk as she's making my drink for me. I always feel so welcomed here, every time I walk in everyone greets me by name. It feels really nice, like I'm coming home rather than to a store. :) read more

The coffee was earthy and had a very unique bold flavor that made me wanting to sip more to try and figure out what exactly was in it. It wasn't too sweet nor too bold and it was very smooth. Definitely a coffee I look forward to in the mornings. The Turkey Pesto Panini was hot and fresh. The pesto wasn't overpowering and shared the flavors with the turkey very well. The bread was the star of the show as it was real and fresh. The bread was crunchy on the outside, yet soft on the inside and held together well. However, the panini was dry at times and I think a nice sauce would go a long way. The price is expensive, even if the quality and service is great. I like the style and enjoyed my time at Klatch Coffee; just wouldn't be a go-to spot every week or so in my opinion. Otherwise, there are two small tables outside with chairs. Very limited with seating so staying to drink is difficult. The staff were friendly, helpful, and sweet.

Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. I saw several flat screen TVs playing the baseball game with English captions. Upbeat, playful music chimed. And there's a Gender Neutral restroom several feet away. In addition, the location is spacious. There's over seven nearby tables. And there's two available electrical outlets nearby the stall. However, if I had to nitpick, there's a very faint scent of the Asian grocery store in the background. It's very faint, but it's noticeable. Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I'm a huge fan of the sushi and sashimi, which are a great deal for the quality of the fish (and which I would not get at 99 Ranch).
