Everytime I come to the Starbucks Something is always wrong with my order the only reason I go is because it's close and convenient to my house. today I ordered a simple venti Carmel Apple spice. As well as a couple breakfast items and a venti ice water. When I got to the window the girl handed me my drink and it was a grande size I proceeded to tell her I ordered a Venti she says well we have down a grande would you like a Venti. mind you if I had the time I would've exchanged the drink but I'm a single mom that has a take my daughter to school so I just let it go even though I paid for a Venti so being that I was already annoyed by that i forgot that they even forgot to give me my ice water. As I drive away n exit the parking lot I take a sip of my drink AND ITS NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ONE. like I said if I had the time to drive back I would have but I didn't. I'm so disappointed in this location that I'm going to start avoiding it all together which is a shame because I love Starbucks. read more

John and the staff are always friendly and ready to serve . Never had a problem with my orders. This store is in a good safe location and clean , parking is not a issue. In and out quickly with some good hot coffee. read more

There is no drive through and the employees act like are snotty. I wouldn't choose to return here due to the poor service.

Pretty good and fast service, I guess its nothing special. They just do what they have to do but I've had poor service at the drive thru one down the street so this one gets good reviews. Parking is a lil problematic because of Wells Fargo is ALWAYS packed. read more

I like that this starbucks is always open late and there is plenty of seating. They're pretty good about giving you your drink quickly but of course sometimes they get really busy. The reason why I rated this Starbucks so well is because as I was preparing my island at the island I spilled it ALL OVER THE PLACE. I somehow even managed to get it on the display keurig. I wanted to cry. I let the baristas know that I had spilled so that they could mop it up - I didn't want anyone slipping. I didn't mine having to pay for another coffee, after all it was my fault. However, Stephanie was so sweet and told me not to worry about the spill and gave me another drink for free. She was such a sweetheart and her great customer service made my day. read more

It took a while to get on friendly terms with everyone but the customer service has definitely improved and everyone is really nice!

Friendly baristas and paid attention to my need for decaf in the evenings. Nothing wrong with this location, but I'm only giving it 4 stars due to lack of amenities - no drive thru and very small with limited seating. read more

I went to Starbucks on Central and Philadelphia and the cup was defective and the hot tea it burned my leg. When corporate called me about the incident the were very nasty even after the manager agreed that the cup was defective. Be aware when you have a hot beverage at Starbucks the lid can pop off and the cup unravel and the hot liquid can spill out burning you. Corporate states they do not pay for bills our money to you. Pretty good. Service is quick, not too crowded. Could use more tables and seating, but overall I get what I order no issues.

If you plan on going through the drive thru, don't. It's actually slower to go through drive thru than to actually get off which is insane. Every time I go they are always out of something or the person I drive thru is rude. They've charged me twice on my account, given me the wrong size drink, and drinks are made not as well. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Wifi and some expresso make this place like peas in a pod.

Every time I've gone in there the employees have been very attentive and courteous. Can't complain.

I enjoy this location very much because they are always super quick especially when they are very busy! Which is almost always! I love how they have the drive thru, and the employees are all very sweet, the only one thing I have to point out is every time I get the reduced turkey bacon sandwich ( at least 4 times a week because it's so delicious) it's always cold :/ I wish they would warm up the breakfast sandwiches a little longer. That's the only negative thing I have to say about this location, other than that they are great! read more

I love Starbucks & go to this one on central & walnut cause it's the closest, usually the baristas are nice. But I think they hired all new people or got new people from other locations but they are so rude. They don't greet, when I was placing my order I asked if she could fill the rest with milk in my cup cause they always leave a gap & she didn't respond to me she just starred at me so I was starting to repeat myself but before I can finish she said "I HEARD YOU" wow I don't normally have issues at Starbucks that I go too but it sucks cause I go to this location more & now I'll have to deal with the rudeness. I usually receive good quick service here. My drinks always taste good. The drinks I get here are pretty standard though. The most complicated thing I get is my iced tea unsweetened. Everytime I go it's not really busy but I also don't go during peak morning hours. It's not a drive thru store, which I like. When i first started coming to this Starbucks I was a bit disappointed, I didn't give them a chance in the beginning but I seen all the potential in the employees and with that I kept returning a few more times. The team has definitely lived up to their potential. By far the best Starbucks I have been too. They display what all Starbucks should look like unfortunately they don't, Especially the drive threw down the street. I recently started coming to this Starbucks daily and on my second day there one of the barista Justin had already remember me and acknowledge me. I must say all the Starbucks I have ever been to this would be my favorite one and its not only me that Justin would acknowledge you can tell he makes a lot of regulars feel very comfortable and welcome every morning. gotta give this starbucks location 5 stars just for the nice blond who works the drive-thru on the weekends. she is just awesome, she takes your order quick and always has it right the first time, no need to repeat yourself. she's also super friendly but not in that over-the-top annoying way that many of espresso overdosed coffee house employees can be which just kills me because no one should be that happy that early in the morning before i've gotten my caffeine fix. amazing how 1 employee makes the whole establishment worth going to. read more

I really like this Starbucks! All the staff are really friendly and always greet you with a smile. All the girls are so nice and always seem to be working hard. They messed up my order by giving me only one espresso shot when it asked for an extra. So not only did they charge me extra but gave me less caffeine. When I asked them to fix it they just added espresso instead of redoing my drink and I lost all the chai flavor. read more

I went to this starbucks on 8/2/11 about 7pm and the service was really bad. All the employees that was working that time had really bad manners and bad services and the coffee tasted really bad. I always drink ice coffee but this place is the worst. I think I went there 4times but all 4times tasted bad. I hope starbucks employees learn more about it read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks frequently and never had an issue until today. I got there at 8:10am and ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato. It was taking longer than usual and there were not a lot of people in there. I started to wonder why the people that ordered after me were getting their coffee before me. I still waited and nothing, come 8:24am I went to the cashier and told him to just cancel my order and give me a refund as I have already waited too long. He looked at the barista and told her, hey her cup is over here. She responded with, the machine is not working. Really, it's not working and you don't have the decency to tell me instead of making me wait like an idiot!!!!! The cashier girl Amy said come over here I will refund your money and apologized, but the (big Asian) Barista never did, just shrugged it off. I didn't get her name thats why I refer her to the Asia barista. Never again will I stop here on my way to work. Never has my patience been tested like this. SHAME ON YOU!!!! read more
