This is my go to spot for Starbucks coffee. The employees here are always nice and it's great to know the baristas! They always deliver great service and are smiling :) they make my day, the ambiance is nice here, I sometimes enjoy my coffee at a table and people watch or read my book. It's quiet but also has the ambiance where you can have a conversation with someone nearby. I recommend coming here for a cup of coffee! read more

EXTREMELY rude staff all around! Came in and ordered a drink for my co worker and I. We sat down at a table. I drank all of my nitro cold BREW so I went to order another for a free refill like I have done occasionally over the years and never had an issue. Marta wasn't taking my order but over heard I was requested a free refill and but chimed in inquiring if I was going to be staying in the store for a while in a short, irritated, and put out tone. I responded yes and why she was asking when she was very quick to point out that it was against policy to get a refill and then leave the store. I had let her know I hadn't heard of that in all the years and she said it wasn't enforced due to Covid. I mentioned that I wasn't aware of this even before Covid but said yes we are going to stay. I when and sat back down with my co worker and they called that the refill was ready, but it was a regular cold brew and not a nitro. I inquired that there was a slight mistake of a regular cold brew and not a nitro. Taro the employee proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that it was against company policy to give me a refill of the nitro cold brew. I mentioned that I get them previously at other stores no problem over the years and have been told by Starbucks customer service previously several years ago that nitro's are included with free refills. Taro then proceeded to tell me in the rude manner it was my responsibility to find where it says that. Completely caught off guard on this continuous rude conversation with multiple employees I tried finding the email change saying this. I wasn't able to find the email so I called the Starbucks customer service line to get an answer. A representative came online and I told her what the question and the issue around the situation. She then agreed like the previous customer service agents that nitros are part of the free refill. I then asked her to speak the Taro and the team where she told them and Taro argued with the representative that it wasn't, then Marta brought a tablet out and the product manager or something and was quick to show the the policy to me that according to it Nitro's aren't included. At this time I couldn't believe the team was so quick and insistent to argue in a rude and unprofessional manner when I was told by the current and previous Starbucks customer service opposite. Not ONCE did the on site team say sorry for the mixed communication and we can see why you thought that. I continued on with the customer service person on the phone where she was apologetic and left the store. read more

My friend picked up this Starbucks for a meet up while he was in town. We were there around 15 mins before their regular closing time. Staffs were super friendly and awesome! Sometimes I try the drive thru location nearby but usually regret it because the drinks aren't as perfectly made. I may have come on an off day. This seems like a Starbucks that is popular for mobile orders. Came in late Wednesday morning to grab a couple drinks to go. Everyone already in the shop already had their drinks and pastries so I figured I had maybe 5-10 min to grab my stuff and head to my next appointment. Maybe the mobile orders out prioritized mine, who knows? Took roughly 25 min for the Americano and cold brew. I wasn't irritated about it, just noticed the flow of things. No big deal, this store just has a different pace. There's a couple 2 seat tables in the back, stool seating up against the window, and a few more tables near the entrance. Starbucks has their system and recipe for what makes their brand so that was consistent. This place is overall so so yet consistent. read more

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks I have been to in a long time. I was in the area and stopped by to order two drinks and a bakery item. There was 1 guy taking the orders and 3 others making drinks. There weren't that many people and there weren't too many mobile orders. I think the baristas are just very disorganized because I saw primarily 1 guy making the drinks very slowly and the other 2 guys wandering in the area not sure what to do and the cashier standing at the register staring off into space. Waiting there for 15 minutes for a drink really makes a person notice that the store is extremely filthy and needs a good sweep with a broom and mop. Maybe lazy cashier should have stepped up and out to tidy up instead of day dreaming. The barista made my drink wrong twice and it's a super easy drink. I walked out of the store after receiving my drinks and strapped my toddler into the car then realized they didn't give me my bakery item. Grrr! I had to unstrap my toddler then walk across the parking lot back into the store to request my cake pop. The cashier said sorry and handed me my pink pop. I mean..that's it. These people need training. If the branding and representation is to thrive at this location then Starbucks needs to do better! read more

This is a small Starbucks in the same shopping complex that Total Wine & More and Uwajimaya are located. It is across the street from some office buildings, so I am sure this may be a more popular location on weekdays. Though it has its fair share of customers on weekends from shoppers at the aforementioned retailers. There isn't a whole lot of seating here, but it seems cozy inside. Outdoor seating in front of the store is available and good if it is nice out. If you are looking for select offerings like Starbucks Reserve coffees, this is not the Starbucks for you. They have the usual Starbucks menu here, though I did notice that they still had many sandwich and salads late in the day. As opposed to the Lake Hills one which seems to often be out of salads when I visit. Came here for a tall vanilla bean creme Frappuccino ($3.25). The Starbucks Rewards program has got me hooked! The taste of the drink was fine. It was like drinking a vanila ice cream shake. A decent option if you are looking for a Starbucks drink without caffeine. This is not a Starbucks I would usually frequent as this location is small. But if I was shopping at one of the big box retailers nearby and wanted a drink, I would consider coming here again. read more

I came in on a Sunday morning 8/18/19, 8am. (Manager please take note of the name and make sure employees wash their hands). Store was almost empty just family sitting on one of the tables and 2 employees. Tall Black lady was sweeping behind the counter. She placed her broom against the wall and took my order. Without washing her hands, she got my wrap and put it inside the oven. Then went ahead and start making my drinks. I was trying to locate her name but she didn't have a badge! I've never give any Starbucks bad reviews but this one is not like your normal Starbucks. They only have 1 cashier and 1 barista on a Sunday, every one has to wait more than 15 mins for their drinks to be made after ordering. Not many sitting areas also. I ordered the pink drinks( the strawberry Acai refresher with coconut milk) I asked for 10 more scoops of the strawberries and it came out like this. Limited hours of operation (closes at 7pm), so don't expect great service after 6. Knowing this, I walked in one evening at 6:45 for a grande pike drip, and was handed a cup of sludge with coffee grounds at the bottom (almost undrinkable). I would have thought that the first cup in the morning should taste as good as the last cup of the day... Not here. 4/20: Just "attempted" to purchase a cup of coffee on my way into work (8:45am)... Line is extending out the door. Lord knows how long I would have to wait for a simple drip coffee. Weighing my chances of another mediocre coffee against being late for work... I'll choose being on time every time... UPDATE: 5/21 8:50am Walked into the same location only to see a one person standing in front of me in line (who had simply grabbed a bottle of frapaccino and was patiently waiting to pay). I grabbed a bottle of water and waited behind him. And waited... and waited... All while employees passed back and forth doing who-knows-what without the slightest notice... Finally after three minutes a worker finally helped us... Or I should say him... Since when I finally got up to the counter I was informed that the 12 oz bottle of "water" was $2.48... Bad experience at this location! Except for one employee, everyone else was mad and not polite. My order wasn't correct. I asked for a medium hot chocolate kids' temp and received a hot chocolate kid's size. The mistake might be understandable except for my kid asking for the right size and they confirmed the order was right without any intention of clarifying it. I was in a call with the Dr. Had to hold my call and intervene. People should be polite and kind to everyone despite the age or color of their customers. This was wrong! PS. Thought for sure I'd reviewed this Starbucks - it used to be my regular weekend Starbucks...... Now I sometimes stop in the mornings. It is crazy busy in the mornings and last time I was there - there were 10+ people in line and 1 person making drinks at 8am! All of our drinks were fine but the wait was much to long (hire more people!). It its definitely way to small of a store for the volume they do and with Uwajimawa moving in across the way they are bound to get even busier - they should have bought the eye store that closed next door and expanded.... read more

Ok so the woman at the front was very nice which is why I will give them a 4 start instead of 3 or 2, but the "barista" wasn't so kind. I guess if you want a good portion of drink in an iced drink you need to ask ahead of time otherwise you will be paying for primarily ice and very little product. What a waste. Super busy. Super slow. It many places to sit And if you are looking to work for a bit or to charge your phone/device while you eat or drink there are only two outlets available and they are in kinda weird places. This is the location to go to if you just want to pick up a coffee and go. I was also a little sad that they didn't warm my pastries or out a sleeve in my coffee. I've come here a lot over the years and the staff has always been really friendly, and sometimes they even remember me and my drink! (I'll change things up from time to time). I like that it's so close to my work so if I ever need a quick afternoon cup of joe, it's only minutes away. The place itself is a little small, and sometimes their mornings can be a little cramped. (I've seen their line go OUT the door some mornings!) I don't come here as often as I used to, but they were always really friendly and would serve coffee as soon as they could. read more
