No drinking marks to prove that these are the original ones I got from them and they are at least 1/4 empty.

I love this coffee store but I am so disappointed today. I got 2 16oz latte and found out that they are at least 1/4 empty And they could not maintain their coffee's taste, sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's really bad. Buy the coffee beans and do it yourself would be better choice.

This review is specifically for their tea..I felt like it was mediocre and overpriced. I think this was a seasonal apple-mint flavored tea or something but it was NOT refreshing at all, and there was no taste. Now, I'm not expecting anything crazy from here, I would just like to be able to say, hm..this drink is decent. I'm not sure about their coffees, but if when I do get to try their coffee..I'll update you.

Cup lid options!! Thank you bc your original styled lids leaked.

I love this coffee...it's my got to spot at Seatac's C gate w Beecher's right next door....so I really feel fortunate to have a "C gate" location in Bellevue Square Mall! Caffe Vita is some of the smoothest coffee I have ever tasted! Today I'm writing this review because I have noticed this location offers different lid options. Personally, their original styled cup lids (at Seatac location) leaked all over the place. We used to trade them at the Starbucks as we walked to our gate. So THANK YOU CAFFE VITA for the option to go with whatever lid suits our lips. Much appreciated!!

Nice storefront!

Highly recommended for a quality cup of coffee at Bellevue Square! I ordered a classic iced Vanilla Latte which was the perfect sweetness and strength - a wonderful balance between all ingredients. I truly enjoyed the flavor of the coffee, which was somewhat nutty, smooth and didn't leave a bitter aftertaste. However, at $3.75 (+50 cents for flavoring) for a 12 ounce latte, pricing is a tad steeper than your typical shop. I noticed that the baristas have a different way of crafting iced lattes, compared to other coffee shops. They first add the flavoring and then layer on the milk and ice. After pouring in the shot of espresso, it's served, leaving the customer to mix it all up themselves. At other shops, I've seen the barista stir the steaming shot of espresso together with the flavoring to ensure it's well-combined before adding the milk. This helps ensure the sweetness is dispersed throughout the drink instead of residing at the bottom of the cup. Just thought I'd share my observation, but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of the delicious latte. I just gave it a few stirs and I was on my way. Next time, skip the waits at Starbucks and Woods.... stop by Caffe Vita, where the coffee truly shines!

Love love love this place. Coffee is always as I remember....tasty! Friendly and fast service and if you're not sure what to get they will totally help you out by asking a few questions, you can't go wrong here.

Best coffee in Bell Square! Don't go to Starbucks nearby - go here instead. Caffe Vita is one of my favorite coffees, so when I saw that there was one in Bell Square, I was elated! Sure, it's coffee in a mall, but it serves up quality, bold coffee. Since the coffee itself is so full of flavor - I usually get it drip or as a cold brew, to really savor the coffee, with nothing else. It's always smooth and has that jolt of caffeine needed. In addition to drip and cold brew - they have their own specialty coffees and all the classic beverages like lattes, cappucinos, etc... As for food - they carry some pastries by Essential Baking Company, but Caffe Vita is next to Beecher's Handmade Cheese, which has more savory eats. For seating, there are a few tables and chairs outside of Caffe Vita in the middle of the mall.

Strawberry creme cold brew and a double shot espresso on ice!

Great little local coffee shop. It is connected to a cafe with food from local sources. There coffee was great and they were very accomadating to our needs and wants. I tried a strawberry and cream cold brew and it wad weirdly great! Workers were funny and great to talk to. Would definetely reccomend for anyone in the Bellevue area.

Ordered cappuccino, good if you like it little bit on heavy espresso side. However, prices were high-ended too.

Good drip coffee and a most welcome coffee spot when the vast majority of malls have just Starbucks for caffeination.

I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and needed a quick coffee fix. When a spot popped up…read moreon Yelp with some great photos, I figured I'd give it a try. Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. The ambiance here is great for catching up with friends, studying, or stopping by after a long day…read more The drinks were okay, on the sweeter side than my preference, though I usually enjoy a more bitter matcha. The service was friendly, quick, and very understanding when I asked for a bit more oat milk in my matcha.

Realistically, my review is a high 3 stars, like a 3.7-3.9, and is mostly weighed down by the fact…read morethat the matcha latte was meh. Not awful, not I'll-never-drink-again-bad, but meh. I've been here twice, once a few years ago with my cousins, and another three days ago. The people working were attentive and quick with their service. The ambiance of the place is cute, a lot of pink and green, very instagram-worthy, and I saw a few people with friends or working on their laptop so it seems like a great place vibe-wise. To expand on my matcha critique, I found the color to be a little on the green-yellow side, which isn't the end all- be all quality indicator for matcha, but I find matcha lattes that are more rich in color tend to taste better and this tasted like a matcha drink I could make with costco matcha. I've made some decent lattes with costco matcha but once I switched to the more higher quality ones, well, it sorta refined my tastes. There isn't a lot of parking, and to be fair, a lot of people who are in downtown Bellevue are parked elsewhere else and likely just meander their way to the cafe. However, if you're coming in by car, I'd suggest parking by the apartments nearby, DO NOT park at the Chase Bank lot, even if the bank itself is closed (learned my lesson...). Overall, a 3.7-3.9. Could be better. Maybe with other additives like cold foam or strawberries, the drink is better, but I'm judging based off the basic latte.
