First visit after nine years (3/20/26)
Marie B.

Despite Third Culture Coffee being established since 2017, this was my first visit (3/20/26). It was vouched by another fellow Yelp Elite (thanks Peter!) and provided a nice three hour meet up with a college friend. There was nearby street parking zoned for up to 2 hours (I was lucky not to get a ticket or towed!). The baristas at the main counter were efficient, just kind of dour. Maybe it was due to the blustery weather outside? The indie cafe had plentiful natural light and glad it felt cozy and inviting. Aside from the usual cafe fare, there's baked goods, coffee roasts, and a variety of other merch. During our visit, it was a sea of laptops. It was not as busy coming up on 1pm. I was glad we were able to snag some comfy seats, since DS arrived ahead of me. There's also a variety of table seating and also a really large swing. That's unique. My 12oz mocha was decent. Looked like DS got a pour over or filter style iced beverage. A lot of catching up to do, I was actually surprised how fast three hours flew past! Great indie cafe near Bellevue's Downtown Park and the retail business corridor along Main Street.

New Orleans iced coffee

Love this place! Has fantastic coffee - we tried the New Orleans iced coffee & the traditional coffee with condensed milk. The atmosphere inside is also very nice, and there is plenty of seating. Baristas were very kind and helpful :)

Pistachio rose cake
Lisa L.

Has a big swing inside, as well as regular tables and chairs. The latte with oat milk was good. My friend got a slice of the pistachio rose cake, which was the only baked item available at the time we visited. The texture is a little gritty, likely because of the ground nuts in it, but it was nice that they used real nuts and it didn't taste like pistachio extract.

Very unique place. I was really excited to go here and happy about the concept of the place - coffee all around the world? I ordered 3 coffees- 1. Indian Filter coffee with the jaggery sweetener 2. Spanish Bombon 3. Vietnamese coffee I was impressed by the variety, different beans, and the quick turn around time of service. I give it 3 stars because I wish they didn't pre-add condensed milk into them. All three of the coffee's were WAY TOO sweet for my liking... which ruined all of it. Would definitely increase my review if they were asked about how sweet I'd like it, or even just offer the sweetness on the side... Unique cafe. Maybe I'll go again one day

Grilled cheese with ham sandwich
Kenny D.

This is a unique place with good coffee, average food, and below average customer service. I tried the rose honey matcha, cardamon rose latte with oat milk and a Vietnamese coffee. I really enjoyed the tea, and thought the cardamom rose was nice as well - with a bit of biting flavor that was overall quite pleasant. The Vietnamese coffee was served in a unique dish and, while not my favorite, it certainly didn't disappoint. The avocado toast was very heavy on avocado, and I said yes when they asked if I wanted hot sauce and, in retrospect, I should have declined. It didn't help the flavor, and the avocado was a bit heavy and too much for my liking. The grilled cheese with ham was better and had lots of goopy cheese on it, but I tend to be disappointed when the chips added are a store bought bag of chips rather than something more store made. The chips were ok but for their price point is rather buy them at the store than be served something a little less unique. The service was lukewarm at best. They did the basics but not overly friendly and without a smile. Most notably, when I ordered the grilled cheese with ham sandwich I mistakenly asked for a ham and cheese sandwich. She told me they didn't have ham and cheese sandwiches. So I re-looked at the menu board and said it looked like you could order a grilled cheese and get ham on it. She confirmed that was true, so I asked for that instead. Maybe those are two different things, but I would have hoped to not have had to be so precise for such a simple request. It's a cool vibe place in a cool vibe area, but not sure I would return.

It was cute inside. The service was okay, not really nice or friendly. Avocado toast was good and the turkey sandwich was pretty good but not $16 worth good. The Vietnamese coffee was really fun to try!

Mushroom coffee

Being an adventurer , I love the variety of coffee they offer. Today I tried the mushroom coffee. Quite good. A little pricey $7.5 but the experience was very good. The barista was well versed in coffee art. Love the parking validation since it's not easy to park close to the park. Atmosphere was inviting. Would be back. Recommend it for people who enjoy variety of coffee options.

Chocolate Croissant (aka Pain au Chocolat). Very good: airy with good amount of chocolate.

We two stopped for coffee and a pastry. COFFEE: 4.5. Excellent Cafe au lait (decaf with soy milk), and excellent Americano. CHOCOLATE CROISSANT (aka PAIN AU CHOCOLAT): 4.0. Nicely airy with a good amount of chocolate. SERVICE: 4.0. No issues. AMBIANCE: 4.0. Inoffensive atmosphere. Indoor and sidewalk seating. Many people camped at the tables with PCs and a cup of joe. High industrial ceiling. Music at very low volume.

Honey Rose Matcha
Don B.

Had to stop in here because of the consistently good reviews. We had the Caffe Greco and Honey Rose Matcha in large sizes and they arrived in some solid glasses, perfect if you're drinking them inside. Both drinks tasted great. If you like your espresso on the stronger side, an extra shot is needed. We hung out for about 90 minutes in a couple of cushy lounge chairs. The place has a good vibe, plenty of outlets for plugging in your devices, and plenty of seating in various configurations. The place does get loud when it's full. Depending on the time of day, be forewarned if you want a quiet conversation.

Turkey pesto sandwich, almond milk Chagaccino coffee, oat milk Japanese matcha rose latte, pistachio rose cake, samosa

Absolutely love love love this place! Such a cute cafe in the heart of downtown Bellevue, next to the park. Lots of indoor seating (including a swing!!) and open late, making it the perfect stop before a morning or evening walk. All the treats are internationally influenced and inspired by the founder's own journey being exposed to different cultures. During my visit I had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was so kind and passionate, and tried a variety of treats/drinks! Drinks: - Oat Milk Japanese Rose Matcha Latte (Matcha is a tough ingredient due to its pungent properties, but this drink was perfectly subtle without a musty essence, indicating that it was prepared correctly) - Almond Milk Chagaccino Mushroom Coffee (yes, you read that correctly! This is made with Chaga mushrooms which were used medicinally by Siberian tribes back in the day. This drink had a slightly wood-y essence but was also reminiscent of a regular cap) - Indian Filter Coffee (as someone who grew up in an Indian household this made me feel at home/India. What makes filter coffee so yummy is the chicory root, which gives it a nutty and almost caramel-like aroma) Pastries/food: - Budapest coffee cake (I usually don't like raisins in dessert but they actually added a lovely burst of sweetness to the tender coffee cake. I would've preferred Craisins bc I like the sweet and tart combo but this was still yummy) - Indian Samosa (and it was vegan! I, + my lactose intolerant tummy, was soo pleased to hear it was DF! Super impressed by the texture & buttery flavor of this vegan pastry) - Pistachio Rose cake (reminded me of my visit to Turkey where I tried a ton of pistachio desserts! Slightly crumbly & would be a good tea cake) - Turkey Pesto sandwich (just YUM. Sun-dried tomatoes, fresh pesto, perfectly grilled sourdough. Most importantly, all the ingredients were pronounced in each bite!) Overall, I highly recommend a visit here if you want to travel without actually traveling!

Employee bag seating... NO CUSTOMERS.
Derek K.

Impressively unwelcoming service. So on a rainy morning, I go in for comforting overpriced $7.10 oat cappuccino. But that's okay, bc at least it's a well executed cap.. and the cafe is pretty full with every table taken... so I grab an empty seat by the bar/window (pictured) and one of the baristas takes the time to promptly kick me out of the seat insisting that "the entire bar and 3 empty seats must be kept empty bc they're "staff seating". Literally nobody is sitting there, it's a busy day, so folks are working... so what I'm being told is that all 3 seats at the window cannot be sat in bc their bags need a chair... and the seating of their bags is more important than the seating of their paying customers. As I point this out, she remains insistent that I need to get up bc the seat next to the empty seat I sat in has a bag sitting in it. I would've walked out on the spot but I'd already paid $8 (tip) for this cap so I was going to finish it. Included is a photo of the semi roped off area bc it's more important for their bags to have seats than their customers.

My friend and I stopped in for a coffee and pastry before walking around the park and had such a nice time! I personally am such a sucker for a good pastry selection and YUM. The lady who took my order was so sweet and the decor/atmosphere inside is so freakin cool. I do wish they had more size options for hot coffee, but that's my only complaint. :)

They do have a good wine list, but the pricing is HIGH. Think $25-$45 PER GLASS. Some of the wines this made sense for, but they really should consider adding a wine or two below $25 per glass. I have my WSET 2 and know a decent amount about wines so could understand why some of them were priced like this, but the whole menu being this high was strange. $32 for a glass of pinot noir didn't sit right with me. We asked to do flights so we could try a few things, but they said they were only doing glass pours. We asked for a rec for an acidic, fruity red and felt like the gal just told us the most expensive non-tannic red on the menu. Fine. For $32 a glass, I would not order what I got again. We headed to a restaurant after and got $14 glass pours that we preferred. This is a great place to go to impress someone with the chic vibes, but good wine can be found elsewhere at a fraction of the price. I do see the appeal though. It was also pretty loud when we went, so we chose to finish our conversation elsewhere.
