On August 1, 2026, around 11:00 a.m., I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. While waiting in line, I noticed the employee, Aubree, seemed impatient with the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, I showed my order on my phone because I have a hearing impairment and it is the easiest way for me to communicate. Aubree repeatedly said, "Don't put it in my face," in an irritated tone, even though my phone was not close to her face. She also kept asking me to repeat my order despite it being clearly displayed on my phone. The interaction made me feel embarrassed, unwelcome, and disrespected. Based on what I observed and experienced, I was left feeling that I may have been treated differently because of my hearing disability and/or my race. I hope Starbucks reviews the security footage and reminds employees to treat every customer with patience, respect, and professionalism. read more

This is a relatively new Starbucks that replaced the location down the street inside Crossroads Mall. It is a standalone location with a drive-through. The entrance is only accessible if you are traveling northbound on 156th Avenue NE, so you will need to do a U-turn if you are traveling southbound or turn into Crossroads before exiting. When exiting, you travel northbound, but there is a U-turn stop at the next light. Since the parking is limited, I feel this location is less preferable to the nearby Kelsey Creek store. I will say that the store interior is lovely. It has a nice mid-century modern type of look. There is even covered seating outside the store. However, that does not seem too appealing when the parking lot is full of cars in the drive-through lane and you are breathing car exhaust. Overall, it is a good location if you can find a parking space here. The interior feels like a good place to lounge and/or work out of while enjoying a drink. read more

Super fast to order and getting my frapuccino. Staff is very friendly. The location is very cozy and not that noisy. I was looking for a good sizable coffee shop to rest and enjoy a cold drinks. Originally, I did not want to go to Starbucks because they are small or inside a grocery store. On my way to French Bakery, I saw this new to me Starbucks. I immediately turned around to check it out. It is big, newith nice space and furniture. It is true that there is no T Mobile Wifi connection in here. I am force to connect with Starbucks wifi. It was slow to connect but it served my purpose to listen to my musics. So at first I tried to order it ice but they said they "weren't aloud to modify it".. ok.. so I kept getting it hot until they said we could make it iced because enough people complained. Store was pretty quiet and yet they were still able to forget my order. I went up to ask about it and they kept telling me it was coming. I returned only to be told that they had lost it. They said they would work on it right away. I waited another ten minutes and they said it was still coming. Ten minutes later I finally got it. The biggest issue I have with this place is a complete lack of attentiveness to issues brought by customers. The panel with AC jacks has fallen off the wall a few months ago. I reported the issue and was told that it's being taken care of. Two months later nothing still has been done. My Favorite Location. Customer Sevice Is Amazing! This location is something SPECIAL! I am amazed & l humbled at the service here. Very rare on our the (customer) own request drive hundreds of Starbucks customers pay it forward at drive-thru in Bellevue Washington.... often even for hours! She seems to be newer there in the last few months, but every time she is making my coffee or iced tea it's perfect! A lot of times other people can't seem to get it right. Frustrated again with very poor connectivity. T-mobile cell service does not work inside this former bank building and I could not get a WiFi connection with either my phone or laptop. Today was my first time going inside, but I have used the drive thru a few times in the past. The staff was friendly as usual and my orders came out fast as well. It must be very certain times of day that the drive thru gets busy. Every time I've gone through it, and sitting outside today watching the cars go by, it's been empty. Huge fan of Starbucks but this place missed the mark for me. I ordered a simple tea and and it's was made wrong. I turned around to go back to have them make my drink right and the barista made it over immediately. Great!...until it was made wrong again. After I told her it was wrong she proceeded to tell me I was wrong not the drink. Being a Starbucks is barista i would think you would know the clear difference in color or smell of tea. After making my drink 3x they figured out I was right from the start. I didn't get my money back or even the gesture of credit from the store. Britney was the only helpful person who figures out what was wrong and noticed the difference.
