The coolest thing about this spot seems to be their rotating specials year round! The lucky charms cold foam my book bestie described from their last year's St. Patrick's day menu sounded drool-worthy. I was super excited to try their Valentine's day offerings. The woman at the counter who took my order was so sweet. She helped me put together the perfect custom drink for me: a 16 oz oat milk dark chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup and raspberry cold foam on top! It was delicious, I loved how fluffy and sweet the cold foam was and the dark chocolate in the mocha was delectably rich. I was also super excited about their diverse pastry selection! I've never seen a raspberry cornetto before and I was super excited to order it. I loved that it was literally like having a croissant with jam which is one of my fave breakfasts! One of my pet peeves is when croissants are too flaky and hard to tear apart with your fingers, but this one was super easy to tear apart and eat, though it still was fairly messy. The cosy atmosphere made it easy for me and my book bestie to spend hours chatting over our drinks. I love the huge windows that allow for so much natural light an incredible view of Mount Sci. I'd definitely love to come back with my watercolours and paint it. Since this is my book bestie's fave coffee shop spot, I'm sure we'll be back here soon! Every time I have come in the last year (1x a week or so) I am met with a feeling of judgement, annoyance and entitlement from the employees. Even asking a simple question when ordering or at the pickup bar seems to be met with immediate annoyance and defensiveness. I will say Dalia is a sweetheart, and her coworkers could learn a thing or 2 from her..... "Hux energy" which I think is just lotus are okay but are $7-8 which seems a little ridiculous for sparkling water and energy base lol. My father still paid because he didn't want to cause a scene and hadn't informed me until we left. We had to toss the drinks unfortunately and visited another coffee shop. I reported it and heard nothing back this was about 2 months ago. Update: RVC claims I had not emailed them, and correction on my part it was over a month ago. I emailed the info@rvcoffee.com and the Puyallup location directly and told them to check their cameras. While I was a regular and know that the counters are "large" I also know when suspicious behavior occurs. I tried giving the barista the benefit of the doubt due to being a regular but given the way the owner just responded which was highly dismissive and minimized our experience, it just made it clear you guys don't actually care but want to save face. The website also doesn't give clear information on who to reach out to in regard to any customer experience but I did absolutely email you guys to 2 different emails and I did try calling the phone number but no call would go through to number attached to business.

It didn't even taste like coffee, which makes me wonder what white coffee means. The little coffee shop also has a variety of other drinks some of them involving red bull or lotus energy. I liked the creativity, but I'd personally only come here for coffee and maybe a smoothie or one of their baked goods. They also have sandwiches. There was a daily special sign that said specialty drinks are 10% off, but I didn't see the sign until after I ordered and idk if my drink counted as a specialty drink or if I got the discount. Haha. Parking was easy and the service was helpful and friendly. We ordered a rose cardamom latte (a seasonal special) and a hot chocolate. I loved the rose cardamom because the flavor was there but it wasn't too sweet and I could still taste the espresso. We also got a tasty cinnamon roll which they make onsite. Finding fresh made bakery items had been a challenge on our trip to Olympic NP. There is seating outside and a ton of seating upstairs!!
