Great coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches! Their matcha cake and almond croissant are absolutely delicious. The "Miss Figgy" sandwich is genuinely addictive. The only downside is the sourdough English muffin on the breakfast sandwich is often undercooked and has almost playdoh-like texture. I'd recommend skipping that one until they fine-tune it. Otherwise, everything else is consistently fantastic!

Was a beautiful sunny fall day and decided to go to the Snoqualmie Subway for a quick late lunch…read more This was at 3:45 p.m. on Sunday October 5th! No hello or signs of being welcomed in. Felt like we were intruding into someone's home. The one and only employee was clearly annoyed when we walked in. Probably due to interrupting his time sitting at a table and being on his phone. The first sandwich was a a simple 6 inch tuna. Every part of the process seemed to be infuriating for him. Granted we were the only customers in the store. Asked for toasted... tray was aggressively thrown in the oven. Oil and vinegar was asked to be put on after the vegetable toppings went on, but that request was ignored. We asked for what we wanted only to have the toppings thrown on the sandwich. The second sandwich was the same experience. We felt like we were inconveniencing the employee and were just counting the seconds until we could get out of there. And I'm sure he was doing the same. I get having a bad day, but this was on another level of discomfort being so unwelcome in the store. I would be so humiliated as an owner to have such an unfriendly and impatient employee. After the sandwiches were completed we presented our coupon which was clearly valid and was for a free six inch sub alongside the purchase of any footlong sub. The coupon was denied and there was no reasonable explanation as to why it was not accepted, as we have been many times before and used the coupons with no issue (the coupon was also not expired so there was no reason it shouldn't have been accepted). All communication with the employee was a mumbled frustrated grunting and so we cut our losses and payed for both subs which were made with no care or integrity. Didn't think a visit to a subway could dampen a mood so significantly. Or course we moved on with our day, but it was a remarkable experience. Not in a good way! I would reconsider who you are hiring because we will not be revisiting if this employee is working.

Eggs Benny is one of my favorite breakfasts!!! My wife ordered the little si Benedict which uses a cheese sauce instead of the traditional hollandaise sauce. I ordered a Country benny, which uses country gravy, sausage Patty's, biscuits. Before our food came, the waitress convinced us to have a bloody mary and mimosa. Apparently, for breakfast, they always have $6 drinks, which is nice! (We were pretty easy to convince since it was the last day of snowboarding, and we definitely wanted some alcohol in our systems). The drinks were good and the food came out shortly! Both the Benny's were delicious. The cheese sauce on my wife's was honestly a really good style. Next time we go, I'm going to get that one for sure! Damn, now that I'm writing this I'm craving eggs Benedict. Anways, Little Si is a great place for breakfast! While we paid, the barista had already started preparing our drinks, so they were ready in just a couple of minutes. I got a HORCHATA LATTE, one of their classic drinks. While it uses a house-made horchata powder rather than traditional rice milk, I could actually see specks of cinnamon and taste notes of vanilla in every sip. It was a bit sweeter than I prefer, so next time I'll ask for half-sweet to let the espresso shine a bit more. They executed my request for "light ice" perfectly and it tasted like a dessert in latte form. At a little over $6, this 16 oz. coffee is an average price. My companion got two espresso shots over ice with one pump of white chocolate and one pump of wild berry, inspired by their seasonal drink menu. She could still taste the quality of the coffee, though the flavorings were also on the sweeter side. My coffee was a delightful treat on the go and I would return again to try more of their menu, remembering to decrease the sweetness next time!

I get takeout about once a month from here as part of our weekly rotation of "I don't feel like cooking tonight." Typically we get a hamburger and a cheeseburger, fries and onion rings. We split the very large portion of fries and the onion rings as well. Last night the guest in front of me ordered the jalapeño burger and I thought "Jalapeño? I didn't know they had that!" It's listed on the menu, but when you go to a place for a long time (for us, since the early 1990s), you kinda stop looking at the menu. So I tried the jalapeño burger, and I very pleased that they didn't just throw raw slices on the burger but instead grilled them a bit. It packed some heat, but without that raw grassy taste that you get from an uncooked pepper. The fries are usually quite quite good, and the onions rings can be a bit too well-done, so we ask for them "not too crispy!" and they're much easier to eat. You can get sauces such as ranch dressing for the onion rings at an extra cost. Other condiments like mustard, mayo, and ketchup are either on the burger itself or come as a free add-on. They have bison chili, and I've always wanted to try it, so I'll get that next time. The place is like one of the old-time burger shacks that you found on the side of the US highway system back in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, which makes sense, because the main drag through North Bend used to be US 10 (which is replaced by I-90 3 miles to the south). It has a bare bones inside seating area, a front patio that is great in the summer but yikes it's cold in the winter, and their public bathrooms are available only from the outside. Prices tend to be midrange to a bit higher than a chain fast food place, but the food is better IMO and you're supporting a local business.

My first time here, although I visit Northbend quite often. This is a cute spot that I have been meaning to check it out for quite sometime. I was the only one in line and ordered a double hamburger. I looked away from the girl at register for a moment to double check the menu to complete my order, when I looked back I caught her giving mocking hand gestures towards me suggesting she was extremely impatient that I was reading the menu. She tried to cover it up, but the point was taken. Again, my first time here and nobody was in line behind me. I was trying to see if they had a combo option, which they do not. Not a positive experience, to say the least. I will not be back. Extemely rude. I'm sure others have had positive experiences, but there is no way I can justify supporting this business again with that type of customer service.

We stayed on the spa floor and having an in-room fireplace made for such a cozy addition to an already great stay. Spa treatments and dinner, while a bit pricey, were well worth the cost in our opinion. Even the waiting/relaxation area for the spa felt luxurious with a lit fire, snacks, and a tea station at the ready! And for the Twin Peaks fans there are a variety of great nods to the show without feeling like you've stepped into a tourist trap.
