What's the most PNW thing to do on a gloomy day? Just drive to the mountains just to drink good coffee. This was my first time trying their Twin Peaks coffee. It has honey lavender espresso. It was perfect for the weather. The cafe also serves food. It's really spacious with high ceilings but I'd highly recommend to sit in the patio to soak in the views of Mount Si. It's like an indie movie montage. The staff is super friendly too and patiently answered all my questions. Huxdotter, you have my heart!

Amazing coffee with aromatic espresso. This location has a parking lot and a drive through Highlight recommend it

The $6 iron horse breakfast is so yum, and the refreshers are delicious. It's a great spot for caffeine and grub, though it can get busy, with the drive-thru wrapping into the street. Staff walk the drive-thru to speed up orders, but wait times can vary. The smoothie recipe has changed and they don't taste the same as before, not as good. They have inside seating, and they offer coffee, tea, and kid-friendly drinks, plus breakfast sandwiches, cookies, and muffins. I enjoyed custom energy drinks like: * Baja breeze + raspberry * Blue raspberry, pineapple, blue energy * Coconut, pomegranate, raspberry, red, coconut milk (tastes like a Starburst) They don't provide nutritional/calorie info available, check their site for more details.

This is a prime example of the kind of customer service you want when you walk into a coffee shop for the first time. Right as I came in, I was greeted with a smile! very patient explaining to me the hot tea selection with every little detail. Stunning smile with an awesome attitude! Dollia, thank you for the spectacular service! It's people like you that understand customer service, and people like us that appreciate people like you! We will be back

Coconut cream cold brew with an extra shot and hot americano

Went in on 9/26 and didn't get the girls name who took care of us but she was very sweet. This coffee place is very nice with quite a lot of places to sit at. The coffee I had was the coconut cream cold brew with an extra shot and it was delicious. I love strong coffee and this had to be the best one I had while visiting Washington. My husband enjoyed his americano. I also ordered a croissant and that was warm and buttery. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend for others to try it out.

Huxdotter is a locally owned coffee shop (in Auburn, North Bend, and now Renton!) that always has a line of cars waiting in the drive thru and plenty of customers ordering in as well. Over my many visits, I've tried the: TWIN PEAKS LATTE - I ordered half sweet (as someone who usually likes 50% sweetness at most coffee shops and boba places), afraid that it would be too sweet at full sweetness. However, I didn't find it very flavorful (honestly just tasted like a regular latte), but that was probably my fault as sacrificing sweetness level also means sacrificing flavor. I would get full sweetness/flavor next time when ordering this one. CAMPFIRE MOCHA (seasonal) - my friend and I made a Huxdotter coffee trip just to get this seasonal drink as she had called it the best coffee she's ever had. We both got half sweet and it was the perfect blend of chocolate, marshmallow cream, and graham cracker flavors. It tasted like drinking a liquid s'more! COCONUT CREAM COLD BREW - this is my favorite drink when I go to Huxdotter. The coconut cream is rich, creamy, and has strong coconut flavors that remind me of sipping coconut coffee drinks in Hawaii. I get this one full sweetness with light ice and am always satisfied. MACADAMIA LATTE (i.e. latte with macadamia syrup) - similar to the Twin Peaks latte, I thought that there wasn't much macadamia taste to it, even though I ordered full sweetness this time. Perhaps the syrup just isn't super concentrated... also tasted like a regular latte and not worth the extra $. HORCHATA LATTE - this one I ordered full sweetness and liked the strong notes of cinnamon. I ordered it hot on a cold day and it was the perfect drink to warm me up! Don't forget to enter your phone number to earn reward points! For every 10 drinks purchased, you get 1 drink free. In terms of atmosphere, it's very casual. You get a lot of hikers from the nearby trails who just want to relax after a long hike. There is lots of indoor and outdoor seating making it a great study spot as well. On clear days, you can sit outside on the patio and enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Si- which is my favorite part! They are true to their roots and sell Washington themed mugs, sweatshirts, and coffee too. Service is good. They are prompt to take and get you your order. Overall: 4/5 for drinks, 4/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

    Moroccan Turkey Melt, rating: 4/10

Stopped by this place on a road trip for a quick bite. The cafe itself is a good size with plenty of parking and restrooms for customers - they also have a drive through. Giving this place 3 stars because unfortunately the sandwiches my group and I got were pretty lacking. I personally got the Moroccan Turkey Melt, which was supposed to have caramelized onion and sun dried tomato spread and there were barely any of each. Also there were maybe 2 slices of turkey on my sandwich. My photo says it all.

I absolutely LOVED my drink. For once a latte that actually tastes like the flavor you ordered. I ordered the small iced lavender latte with oat milk, which came out to $6. I also sipped on my sibling's pistachio matcha latte and it was super flavorful as well. I could absolutely taste both flavors. The cashier was SUPER patient and helpful in explaining which drinks, syrups, and toppings were vegan or non-vegan, I really appreciate that she checked the labels on every item I asked about. The drinks came out in a flash. Heads up, the text on the menu is a bit small. There is a drive-thru if you're in a rush, but the space is nice for studying or chatting with a friend and there are outlets and wi-fi available. There is a variety of seating: a pair of armchairs, a large table, hightop seats. The bathrooms are clean and individual stalls. I would totally recommend stopping by if you are visiting Snoqualmie Falls. I will be dreaming about this latte...

A little noisy but still a comfortable place for breakfast and coffee while pounding away at your laptop for an hour or two. It got rather busy with the laptop crowd so clearly, that's the vibe. I did order what I thought was a cheese danish and it ended up being a cinnamon roll. I should have asked as I had to go back for a stir stick just to scrape off most of the sugar icing. HANDS DOWN best coffee shop in WA STATE!! I got there the line was wrapping around the building, I was ready to do some message replies cause I had time and literally less then 7 min everyone in line got there drinks and was out. Their coffee is smooth, strong, but also sweet. A little bit of everything a coffee lover loves. Literally all time favorite spot now!! The ladies there are also so pleasant and easy to talk to. Very open environment!

    Little Si burrito and mocha
    Rebecca B.

Huxdotter had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building and went on to the street. I opted to go inside. They had a wide caristio of breakfast options and pastries! They had so many coffee, cold brew, and energy drinks. I had a breakfast burrito and mocha that were great! I highly recommend the little si burrito!

I have to unfortunately give this place a low rating for the overall experience. We liked that it was conveniently located near our morning hike. First, they list NO prices anywhere, so you have no idea how much things cost and when you pay with a card they don't even give you an itemized list. For drinks we only ordered 1 20 ounce latte to share. It tasted mostly like milk, I get worried when ordering larger sizes and they just add more milk and not more coffee. Also, the coffee wasn't even hot, which I was hoping for since it was pretty cold outside. We ordered a breakfast burrito and a blueberry scone for food. The burrito was literally a kids size, and everything inside tasted like it came from something frozen. The scone wasn't much better, not much flavor and kinda felt stale even though we visited early morning. The staff was friendly, gave us our order quickly and the space was decorated nicely. Otherwise, this place wouldn't be something I'd recommend.

People speak about bland food and just general disappointment. My concern being a Mexican food lover is I have never heard anyone mention this place, which just lead me to believe it's a solid local spot, but not a destination location. No one appears like the ground beef. No many Mexican places even do ground beef anymore, but guess what, ground beef is my favorite, but based on reviews it should be avoided here, so I did so. I went with Carnitas and can tell you it wasn't the worst, but I had had much better. I like a juicy burrito. Yes, they get messy to hold, but worst-case scenario, you get a knife and fork and dig in. You may ask what a juicy burrito is and I'll explain. It's a burrito with either the juice of bean broth, or very moist rice or meat. Unfortunately, nothing here was moist. Also, the burrito had lettuce in it. That's nota burrito, it's a soft taco. A burrito is protein, beans, rice, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. In this case sour cream and guacamole was extra. The people here were friendly, the pricing was fair and the portion was reasonable, I just didn't find the food satisfying. This place is better than fast food and the average truck, but I'm sure every major city in America serves a burrito better than this. I encountered several people working here that struggled with English, which tells me they have to be deep in the culture, but these are not the recipes of true southern Mexicans. I wouldn't tell you to avoid this place, but I also can't recommend them. We drove 30 miles to get here and it was anything but worth the drive.
