Passing through the town and came across a cute cafe. Stopped in and the owner was really kind and the cafe was quaint. We order the besto pesto panini and vanilla latte. The panini was sooo delicious! It had a homemade potato salad with it and the bacon was delicious. It was panini pressed to perfection. The coffee bean for the latte was nutty, chocolatey, and had a nice strong coffee taste to them. We also had some cute company (a doggie) in the cafe to enjoy our meal with us. The owner also made the panini and latte's himself!He was very cleanly wearing gloves. Overall we were so impressed by the talent of the owner, the coziness of the cafe, and the great food! Small with little indoor seating but nice outdoor area for summertime eating. Breakfast and lunch with limited menu of salads and bagels and bagel sandwiches. My daughter and grandchildren's favorite because of the different bagel sandwiches. Large number of coffees and syrup. Service is fairly slow when crowded because there is no separate kitchen, just a small area where everything is made, but it is clear from the number of returning locals that the weight is well worth it. read more

We waited 40 mins for a Panini which was served cold. Although we had ordered our food to have it at the cafe, the server somehow presumed that it was a to-go order. No one apologized for the delayed order. We sat in the outdoor space hoping for a nice time outside, but we were greeted by trash bins. The Panini was decent though. The bread could have been a little more fresh and the portion a little bigger, considering that it was a $13 sandwich. I wouldn't recommend this place to my fellow foodies. read more

We got a Besto Pesto panini to share and it was perfect for two not too hungry adults. It came with a salad -- greens drizzled in oil and vinegar. Kid turkey melt sandwiches weren't too melty, but generous in turkey. Service was a bit slow, but with only two guys working, it was expected. Live music was a nice bonus to this chill little place. What a fun and friendly little, but more than coffee, house in downtown Snoqualmie. Always a great selection of coffee, always hot n tasty. I've been here a few times already, overdue for a review. I apologize, a picture of the coffee menu soon. Great choices for breakfast and lunch meals, always adding specials of the day. I tried the 'less boring grilled cheese, and with bacon and locally made apple butter it was definitely NOT boring, lots of flavors going on! Along with coffee, they serve kombucha, ciders, and local beers, so a little bit for anyone. Backside is an open patio for nicer days, nice n cozy on the inside. Art on sale hanging on the walls, and a friendly barista behind the counter ready to take your order. Always great to support local businesses. Confusing experience! While we were waiting in line, the person working loudly expressed not being happy any time someone new walked in. She rushed us to make a decision on food and then when I ordered a bagel sandwich she said she was out of everything bagels, totally fine except she offered and served one for free to a regular who came in later and had forgotten his wallet. They were also out of avocado, so she offered a panini that also was supposed to come with avocado, but sadly didn't and no discount on price. It sounded and tasted pretty okay, but for the price of $13 I expected to be full after. It was really small and not filling. While sitting there, we listened to her loudly complaining about her boyfriend to the regular who was eating his everything bagel. Overall wish we had chosen somewhere else for lunch. read more

Stopped by post lunch on a rainy fall afternoon, looking for a nice hot cup of coffee. The store is a small neat shop with a nearby parking lot. I ordered the spicy mocha. This place was genuinely terrible. I've never written a 1 star review but I had to this time. We arrived and ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and were told it would take 15 minutes to prepare. Our food was not brought out for over 40 minutes. We took them to go and after leaving we realized that not one of the sandwiches was made with all of the listed ingredients. The lox bagel literally just had cream cheese, mustard and a few small pieces of lox that tasted awful. The greenie girl bagel was literally just mashed avocado with nothing else on it, and the other two sandwiches did not contain the meat that was ordered. Found the perfect little spot to eat lunch after visiting Snoqualmie Falls. The woman who helped us was so kind - she told us she would turn on the fire so we could enjoy our drinks while waiting on our food. Very cute little coffee and quick-bite breakfast spot. I can't speak to the beer or other menu items as we came here in the morning specifically for coffee and a little food for breakfast. If you dine in, as we did, you'll have a choice of your coffee cup hanging from the wall. I ordered a latte and my boyfriend had an americano. We both had the ham, egg, spinach, and cheese, mine on a croissant and his on an English muffin. Was tasty and not heavy or greasy. Overall food and coffee would be 4/5. Overall it's a cute shop, pleasant staff (only one person this morning but she was very nice) and seems that there were quite a few locals. Would come back if we lived in the area. read more

This place was ok. The menu was limited really just breakfast sandwiches and paninis. Besides espresso drinks and italian sodas I think I counted 3 types of canned sparkling water and 5 different canned beer selections. Probably 6-8 that they had for tea bags, so not the worst but I remember being there thinking, this is it for bevy's? But now that Iv'e written it it seems kind of extensive. Sandwiches though, still limited. I was happy to see vegetarian options! Like the sunrise sandwich and the Mediterranean panini. The sandwich was basically an english muffin with egg cheese and spinach. It was gone in just a few bites (small portions) my panini probably could have been pressed a few minutes longer, the cheese heavily portioned but not really melted all the way, the bread was too soft like it was underdone, guess its better than cutting up the roof of my mouth though. Nothing was wasted, boys don't let food go to waste! You are given a complimentary fun size bag of Tims Cascade Potato chips (only option), this I doth not protest about. Service/ambiance- the guy was chill, if I had to guess he was Bindlestick, albeit distracted asked us what we wanted a couple of times even being the only 2 in there. He was still pretty laid back. The sandwiches were pre-made and just thrown into a press, which is fine I am just letting you know if case you care about that. There were probably about 6-8 tables inside and maybe twice as many places to sit outside which we chose. Very mixed seating out there, no consistency with the furniture, tables chairs etc but there were some options for shade which was nice! On a road trip from Seattle to Post Falls, and needed a breakfast nosh. I can only eat so many donuts!! I had an iced Americano (no cold drip available) and a breakfast panini - ham, egg, cheese, and spinach. I LOVE finding hole-in-the-wall kind of places like this! My fiance and I were exploring downtown Snoqualmie and decided to come in here since we didn't feel like trying to find the brewery in town. This place is fairly small but it does have an outdoor beer garden/play area. We happened to come here when there were a TON of young kids (yes, it's family friendly) which was a tad annoying but I know it must be nice for parents that a place like this exists so I won't complain too hard. ;) They have some great beers and ciders on tap, as well as bottled beers and ciders. They also have coffee as well, but we came here exclusively for the cider. I was STOKED that they had Schilling's on tap! My fiance and I often go to the Schilling's tasting room in Kent, so it was cool to find a brand we knew and that they stay local at Bindlestick. We had the Ginger Cider... Deeelicious. For two of those it was a little under $10, which is a bit pricey I guess, but whatever. Definitely a cute place to stop if you're passing through town, for a date, or even if you want to work. A great little spot. The inside itself may be a bit small, but they have a good sized beer garden out back. Didn't have a chance to try their coffee or breakfast food, but both looked good. If they still have it on tap, highly recommend Black Raven Cemetery Souls IPA. The staff was so friendly and loved our dog. They even gave her a couple of treats. read more

Beautifully located just next to the Snoqualmie River, across the street from public park access. Very relaxing with an outdoor casual area where you can actually enjoy a cup of espresso, coffee, or alcoholic beverages such as beer and cider with a cigarette! A girlfriend and I came across The Bindlestick by chance. After a full days adventure we were both in the mood to enjoy a brew-ski in the sunshine - there were a few other establishments that offered adult refreshments in the area; however, Bindlestick offered those refreshments with the option of outdoor seating. The bar was on the smaller end (I would say they have seating for 10) but they had a decent selection of both adult beverages and coffee options. The outdoor area was a little on the dive-bar side but all around pretty nice. They have plenty of seating outside and allow children and dogs. I will be checking them out again for sure next time I'm in the neighborhood. read more

I like coffee -- a lot. I enjoy socializing. I also like to support locally owned businesses. But I live in a neighboring town, so I only make it into the Bindlestick every couple months or so. Today was the day. I was struck again by its uniqueness, even as a PNW casual eclectic coffee shop. The vibe is part corner coffee shop and part corner bar. If you want to exercise your northwest "I'm both engaged and apart" pathos, you can get your drink and retire into the corner with your laptop. And that is cool. No harm, no foul. But The Bindlestick has seating around the bar. That's where this place shines. You can think of it as northwest "Cheers" if you like, but that's a bit too cliché, and doesn't do it justice besides. But again today, I came away with a couple hours of engaging conversation, funny banter, and a little bit of renewed faith in humanity. That's pretty darned good for a little coffee shop off the beaten path. Oh. And the service is excellent. read more
