Quaint location with friendly, quick service. Unfortunately, the brisket was almost as dry as the cornbread. The meat wasn't juicy at all and needed to be lathered in sauce just to revive it. The cornbread was like one of those silica packets that absorb all moisture, and the cold butter it was served with didn't help. However, the mac and cheese was a godsend--al dente noodles, velvety sauce, and plenty of cheese stretch. The collard greens were wonderfully zesty and vinegary (which I love). The potato salad was delicious too--flavorful without being overly mayo-y. The pulled pork was great--juicy and tender. They have a small parking lot, but it fills up quickly. The interior of the restaurant is also extremely small, so your best bet is to eat outside on their covered patio.

The bread is so pillowy soft you don't lose all of the meat trying to bite through it.

Finally got the chance to stop in and try Buckshot Honey. It didn't disappoint. Two of us split the Uncle Phil, no sides simply because one we had a short hike planned for afterwards. It's expensive, but something that takes that much time to prepare is going to be. Is it worth, absolutely. The meat was smoked perfectly, the peppers and horseradish mayo subtly incorporated, and the macrina roll is so soft that you can eat the sandwich without all of the ingredients ending up on your plate. Great location, perfectly executed, and lunch for $10/each, that's 5 stars every time.

Super neat joint, collard greens were phenomenal! They were out brisket and didn't have sausage so I went with the pork butt and I was very pleased. Properly juicy with bits of bark, nice complementing vinegar sauce as well. Great beers on tap and friendly folks. Obv will have to go back to sample the rest.

VERY good BBQ!!! Cute atmosphere on the inside. You go in, order, and then sit down and they bring you your food. You get your own water in a huge glass (love that). Liked the selection of beer (and one cider) they had. We enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend someone come out and try it.

Fun spot for bbq! The restaurant is small and is set up in an old bank building in the cute town of Snoqualmie. I got the hoggnaw sandwich, and the pulled pork was tender and juicy without being heavy on flavor. I got the mac and cheese and collared greens as sides, which were tasty as well. The portion was pretty filling. You order at the counter and bus your own table. There is inside and outside seating with bathrooms inside. Parking is street parking

Ordered a Hoggnaw and a side of kids mac n cheese. The bun tasted dry and the meat was smoked but also dry and just not the best flavor. *Hence we did come from TX so expectations may have been high. Mac n Cheese tasted like velvety cheese. Service was good but food was expensive and disappointing, considering the ratings.

Wings with a kind of garlic ranch dip, mac & cheese, & brussel sprouts.

We lucked into this place after visiting the falls. Three of us split the delicious wings, mac & cheese, and amazing brussel sprouts--everything wonderful! We all loved the brussel sprouts (who knew?!) especially after a bite of cheesy pasta! Totally recommend and look forward to coming again in the future.

Well it's time to compare Pacific Northwest BBQ to the Southeast as this Bama Boy made a stop at Buckshot Honey. Down South share horror stories about how bad Pacific Northwest BBQ but what I found was a mix of fact and fiction. What I found was fiction was the brisket. This was terrific brisket as it fell apart easily. It also had the outer trim of fat to add flavor to it. The mac and cheese had humongous shells and was good and cheesy. The potato salad was a redskin variety with whole potatoes in some kind of conglomeration that I really enjoyed. The slaw was pretty good too. There are 2 sauces - a mild, tangy one and a vinegar base. But here comes the fact portion of my review and comparison. I'm sorry if you are the owner and reading this. The pulled pork was dry and tough. I came in late so maybe there is some grace there but it was bad. The baked beans are vegan and I didn't enjoy them. But they were made well. They just didn't seem to have a lot of flavor. The only other thing I can say is wow - this is expensive. I'm not from the area so I don't know about the economy. But one meat and one side for over $20 or just a sandwich for over $20 is over-priced. I have eaten at so many BBQ joints across the South and Midwest (if you don't believe me, look at my Yelp reviews) and there are a multitude that I can get a combo meat plate with 2 sides and a drink for under $20. Overall, go with the brisket over the pulled pork. Some of the sides such as the potato salad and Mac and cheese are great but also be prepared to put some money down for it.

Complimentary bread with olive oil, garlic, and balsamic? Top-notch. Could've eaten just that and been happy. Starters: Onion soup: okay. Not bad, not memorable. Crab cakes: 6/10 -- decent, but not the highlight. Now the mains... Ribeye steak + lamb rack -- and wow. This isn't supposed to be a steakhouse, but somehow it delivered one of the cleanest, most satisfying steaks I've had. Zero errors. Perfect cook. The lamb chops were impressive too -- flavorful, tender, and most importantly: no greasy lamb aftertaste (huge win). Bottom line: Come for the views and service, stay for the surprisingly legit meats. Mom was happy. Steak was on point. Mission accomplished.

One of their specialties is biscuits with local honey that they pour from way up above your head and drizzle onto your individual plate. A fun experience and absolutely delicious treat. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. Fresh ingredients, and lots of flavor. We had a seat next to the window to enjoy the gorgeous view with overlook. After we finished dining, we walked down to enjoy the waterfall and the beautiful day.

What a view!!! I took some amazing pictures. When it came time for our reservation, we checked in, and only waited a few minutes before we were greeted and taken to our table. While we were being brought to our table, the host asked us if we were celebrating anything special, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I told him I was on vacation, and he welcomed me, and asked me how my vacation was so far, and told me to enjoy the rest of it. We were seated at a window seat, with a view of the waterfalls. We waited only a few more minutes before our order was taken. I ordered the halibut and my sister ordered the salmon, both were extremely good. We ordered dessert, and that was extremely good as well. When it came time for us to leave, we were cordially thanked. Everything about this visit was super fantastic. Thank you to our host and server for making this a once in a lifetime experience. This is by far going to be the highlight of my vacation. Thanks for making it memorable

Depending on where you are seated inside, you may or may not get a view. We sat in the add-on outdoor area with metal roof. It was nice. Fairly standard grill fare but they seem to execute well. Kids Fish n Chips (4): Hot and crispy. Felt the fish could use a little more seasoning but thats what tartar sauce is for. It came out piping hot and was crispy and moist. Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich (4): Chicken was pretty tasty and juicy. Breading was good. Solid sandwich. Wish they had a spicy option, but it was still good. They had a cool firepit outside the entrance. Didn't have a view on that side but it was nice to stand around and warm up. Overall, good spot for a bite in a nice location.
