We thought this was a brewery that a friend recommended so we gave it a try. Turns out it wasn't. The first disappointment was there is absolutely nothing vegan on the menu and there was a lot of hesitation when we asked the server if a few simple things could be made vegan. Ended up ordering a regular pizza for my husband, and a make your own for myself and my daughter. We explicitly said no cheese and added some vegetables. The make your own pizza that was supposed to have no cheese came out and had the vegetables but had an addition of pepperoni all over the pizza. We still can't figure out why that was just randomly added, but it resulted in my husband waiting for a new pizza to be made, which resulted in his pizza getting completely cold. He was so upset about it, he didn't even eat the pizza, which was mediocre at best. The manager came over and told us that they comped the pizza that was made wrong, which was the right thing to do. They were dog friendly, which we greatly appreciated, but the lack of vegan options or ability to modify something to make it vegan was pretty disappointing. read more

Two very unique experiences. 1/9: first visit was 5 star experience. Service was quick and friendly. The Brisket Sandwich melted in the mouth upon eating, definitely good enough to come back for round 2. The selection of beers was reasonable. It was the middle of afternoon so it was quiet and enjoyable. There are TVs to catch up on sports and I'm sure to catch a game when it's on. 1/16: if this was our first visit we would most likely not come back. This lunch experience was a 2 star rating. Service was still great but the food was disappointing. The nachos were burnt, the pizza crust was hard (almost like frozen pizza dough) and the brisket was not melting in the mouth like before. Great new spot in North Bend by the WA DOL and Ace Hardware. They opened up November 2025. Large space with plenty of tables and a long bar with lots of bar seating. They offer tap beers, bottled beers, wine, and they have a full bar. Menu is decent. They are only equipped with an oven, so mostly pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. My kids ordered the baked wings and the giant pretzel. Husband got the brisket sandwich (10/10) and I ordered the house salad (arugula beet salad) Service is kind and friendly. Our Bartender Cooper was extra helpful by answering all my questions. Restrooms are unisex and are nice and clean. Kid and dog friendly. Although they are kid friendly, they don't have a kids menu yet or high chairs. Live music on Saturdays. Can't wait to stop by in the summer time when the garage doors are open! read more

The beer is wonderful and has a great variety. It's so much more than just IPA's which is hard to find these days. Pizza is great as well, haven't tried any of the other food. Love the Happy Hour discount, makes it very reasonable pricing. Everybody hates the name, they keep thinking of the tank in their RV. read more

This brewery and restaurant recently opened and will be a great place to hang out, especially in the summer when they can open their huge windows! They have great service, they offer big samples and are very attentive. They even refilled my dog's water bowl twice, so yet really pay attention. They are still dialing in their beer, which is good but needs a bit more experimentation to be great. I haven't gotten a lot of food here but they have heat pretzels, with an even better cheeses sauce. That sauce is incredible. read more

Beers were incredible--we ordered a flight and loved every one. Our waitress was attentive, kind, and made the whole experience even better. What really set this place apart was how welcoming they were to our dogs. Not only were they allowed inside, but the chef even came out, asked about them, and made each of them their own plates of brisket and bacon. Such a thoughtful touch! We truly can't say enough good things about this spot and will absolutely be back. read more

Disappointing visit. The salads were lackluster. I ordered the Cobb. The chicken tasted like cubed lunch meat and the bacon looked and tasted like bacon bits from a canister. My daughter's chicken Caesar was mid, also. My husband liked his brisket sandwich and lager, though his potato salad also tasted like it came from a Costco container. A star is added for the lively waitress who was bartender, waitress, runner, and table clearer. read more

Desperate to quickly find a place with good beer and pizza after a North Bend hike, we called to see how long waitlist was for party of 7 (Father's Day). Through the phone a friendly female voice said they could seat us immediately. Turns out she might have been our server - the only server that night! She did great. Recently had lunch here. Service was quick but the food was very underwhelming. Pulled pork was bland with the Cole slaw on top of it. That should be served separately. I would have preferred a hamburger bun instead of a hot dog bun. I repositioned my plate and the underside was all greasy! WT? Served with potato chips. Blah. Pickle would've been my preference. It's a brewery but very little is mentioned about the beers. Is the brewmaster on the premises? And what's the story with the pig at the front door. Did a liquor sales rep. drop it off? I did appreciate the variety of the sports that was shown on their several large screen TV's. Holiday decorations would've made a much more welcoming experience. I'll go back but I will not order the pulled pork again. The beer was delicious however. I hope they expand the menu. No hamburgers to offer?? That's just weird. I've been here a few times now, both when it was busy and slow. The beer was good and wait staff attentive. Ive ordered the pizza twice and both times it came out fine. I don't really come here for the food since it's a BREWERY. So if you're wanting a gourmet meal it's probably not that and there are plenty of RESTAURANTS that serve good food locally. read more

As a longtime North Bend resident, I'm happy to have another brewery in town! I've been here 5 times now and have had deteriorating experiences, unfortunately. At first, service was great but it felt like the ambiance was lacking local flavor. The ambiance has improved a little, but the service hasn't been able to keep up with the demand. My past two visits were both this week and neither visit was great. On Saturday 3/28, the whole place was full, with a large party occupying the majority of the dining room. Encouraging to see! But the staff was completely overwhelmed. Our orders were taken and beers came in a timely fashion, but we waited nearly an hour and a half for pizzas. It was obvious they were doing their best to keep up, since the dishwasher was helping deliver beers. This evening, 4/2, on the day of their official grand opening, they had only 3 staff on hand. 2 servers and one cook. I sat at a table and ordered my first drink with the server, and then she never came back. We ordered the rest of our food and drinks at the bar to try to move things along. I saw my food order come up in the window and after watching it sit for 10 minutes, I went and picked it up myself. Needless to say, it was pretty cold by then. I think the beer and the pizza is pretty good, the rest of the experience is lacking. I hope they figure out how to staff appropriately or maybe expand the kitchen capacity to accommodate busy times better. read more

We've tried this place three times. Drinks are good. Ambiance is good but we are done ordering food there. Pizza was terrible. We really expected it to be great seeing as though they have a woodfired oven.. I think maybe it was a frozen pizza. The crust was terrible. Then we gave it another try and had the nachos. They were burned and barely had anything on them. The pretzel was satisfactory but only if you're really hungry. We may be back for a drink because we are limited on options in the valley , however, I would never order food there again. read more

So glad something like Blackwater is finally here in North Bend!! This is not just a brewery. They have a full bar and great wine list. We were surprised the menu wasn't your typical bar food...rather great handmade pizza, fresh salad, tasty sandwiches and more. Will definitely be back. read more
