New place up on the ridge. It's clean, cozy and family run. Crucial part is the coffee is delicious. We're gonna be your coffee shop. You better have good coffee, especially in Washington. I recognize some of the pastries offered are from local ventures was really happy to see them. I was warmly greeted and everyone was very friendly. Check it out

Weekend Coffee is exactly what this small town street needed. Cozy, local family owned shop with the most delicious coffee and speciality drinks. First, I was here on a Saturday morning at 8am. Only one barista and line of about 6 in front of me. She kept her cool and everyone was wearing their patience pants but it was taking about 5 minutes per customer. 20 minutes into waiting, 2 more baristas showed up and they fell into a well-oiled rhythm. Let me tell you the coffee was worth the wait! The house made almond flavoring was the best I've ever had and I cannot accurately articulate the smoothness and satisfaction of the foam in my latte. Olivia Dean's soulful and intimate voice adding to the chill energy in the room was a nice touch.

Weekend Coffee is such a lovely addition to the Snoqualmie neighborhood! The coffee is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care--and their variety of house-made syrups is a fun bonus. While seating is limited, the space feels warm and inviting. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, even when things get busy. Service can be a little slow, but given that they've just opened, they're handling the rush with so much grace and heart. I'm so happy to have this gem close by and can't wait to keep coming back.

The coolest thing about this spot seems to be their rotating specials year round! The lucky charms cold foam my book bestie described from their last year's St. Patrick's day menu sounded drool-worthy. I was super excited to try their Valentine's day offerings. The woman at the counter who took my order was so sweet. She helped me put together the perfect custom drink for me: a 16 oz oat milk dark chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup and raspberry cold foam on top! It was delicious, I loved how fluffy and sweet the cold foam was and the dark chocolate in the mocha was delectably rich. I was also super excited about their diverse pastry selection! I've never seen a raspberry cornetto before and I was super excited to order it. I loved that it was literally like having a croissant with jam which is one of my fave breakfasts! One of my pet peeves is when croissants are too flaky and hard to tear apart with your fingers, but this one was super easy to tear apart and eat, though it still was fairly messy. The cosy atmosphere made it easy for me and my book bestie to spend hours chatting over our drinks. I love the huge windows that allow for so much natural light an incredible view of Mount Sci. I'd definitely love to come back with my watercolours and paint it. Since this is my book bestie's fave coffee shop spot, I'm sure we'll be back here soon! I'm super excited to keep exploring their seasonal drinks.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service…read more We stopped at Huxdotter Coffee in North Bend on Friday and ordered a 16 oz PBJ Smoothie, a 16 oz Mango Smoothie, and a ham and cheese croissant through the drive-through. At the window, we received the croissant and the 16 oz PBJ Smoothie, but were handed a 12 oz Mango Smoothie. We immediately pointed out that the drink was the wrong size. Rather than simply acknowledging the mistake and correcting the order, the employee told us that the order had been entered as a 12 oz drink. We reiterated that we had specifically ordered a 16 oz Mango Smoothie. Instead of saying something as simple as, "I'm sorry, we'll remake that for you," we were told that she would have to refund the original charge and then charge us again for the 16 oz drink. Seriously? Apparently, Huxdotter has developed an innovative new approach to customer service: If we make a mistake, the customer gets to fix it. The mistake wasn't ours. We ordered a 16 oz drink, and the employee or the person taking the order entered it incorrectly. Yet instead of taking responsibility for the error and providing the customer service one would reasonably expect, we were essentially given a bureaucratic explanation of why correcting their mistake was going to require additional transactions. We were on our way to an appointment and didn't have time to wait around sorting out an issue that should have taken less than a minute to resolve. We simply said, "Never mind," and left. What is especially disappointing is that this wasn't about the cost of a smoothie. It was about how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen. Good businesses acknowledge them, apologize, and make them right. Telling the customer that they have to go through a refund and repurchase process because the business entered the order incorrectly is simply poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad impression that we won't be going back. There are plenty of coffee shops willing to treat their customers better.

Their website was easy to navigate to find out which food truck would be there and when. We ordered our food first then handed inside to warm up before picking up our order. The space was really spacious and nice. The vibes were warm and cozy with a large TV projector screen playing sports, good music and all types of seating and tables. They have a dog water bowl near the front where you can also get water with clean cups nearby too! You can also tell it is a beloved location as it was getting quite busy and there were children, dogs, and adults enjoying the space and time with one another. We got two 10oz Diamond Knot root beers which was divine! I recently started drinking root beer from breweries and I am a huge fan, as I think brand named root beer is gross. The drink paired really well with our soul food order. The bartender was really polite and seemed to be good friends with his regulars which is a good sign. I asked him where we should put the drinks and he politely let me know to the side of where he served me would be great and there is a sign to put empty glasses as well. We will look forward to visiting when we can as we are all the way from Tacoma but it is definitely worth coming back to!
