Really weird experience. Parking is always pretty full in the lot and tight and takes a while to get out. Anywho, came in on a fine Friday morning at 10am last week. There was a group of highschoolers sitting a table in front of the ordering counter. Lady at register had a quieter voice and was very, very frustrated. She announced "excuse me can you please be more quiet near the ordering counter" except you couldn't really hear her. Just really weird having someone do that at a starbies. This is a smaller location but the staff are nice and it's usually not too busy. The usual Starbucks drinks and food. They do not have a drive thru. The parking lot is easy to navigate and there is a lot of free parking. read more

This location does not follow the hours posted on the Starbucks home page for this store. However, the mobile order availability still allows you to order as the store is supposed to be open! Placed a mobile order at 6:07 am, location showed 5:30am - 7pm open hours, and walked over. Doors were locked and the employees inside didn't give you a second glance. More mobile order customers showed up, tried the door and asking when the store was going to open only to be ignored. Store finally opened up at 6:45am and mobile orders were starting to be worked on. Half of my order was made and I stood at the counter waiting on the second item, and the male barista rudely asked, "what else do you want!?". No apologies that the store opened late, that the orders weren't ready and our drinks weren't offered to be refunded. Won't return to this location. Never had attentive customer service experience at this store, however, this was the limit. read more

A great location that's easy to get in and out of. For one, there's plenty of parking, so you don't have to circle a lot or fight traffic to get a drink. Second, the workers were super efficient, even with a mid-morning rush. That part was appreciated as you want to stay as socially distanced and safe as possible. Due to COVID-19, there's no indoor seating and it's recommended to put your order in ahead of time via the app. If you don't have it, they have the floor marked appropriately so that there's a good flow of traffic to and from the registers. The staff were all super friendly, wearing their masks, and taking all the necessary precautions so we could get caffeinated safely! read more

I wanna update my review for here. I come here very often. I get Starbucks here almost everyday here because it's on the way to work for me. I usually never complain about my coffee because I don't wanna be that annoying customer and I just let it go. But it just happens too often now where they aren't consistent with my coffee. I always order white mocha with three shots. I come in and I always order on mobile app. I come in saying hi! Mobile order for Joan! And there are these people who can't even say my name right even after I corrected them SO MANY TIMES of coming in constantly. And then, THEY TRY TO CORRECT ME, ON MY NAME... Jeez. Or even though I ordered it really early, it's still not ready and then I'm late to work. No thank you. I'm just tired of it. I'll just go to a different coffee place or different location. This location has no drive through. Workers are very kind, but seem to rotate constantly. Never the same person making the drinks, which makes it hard for your drink to be perfected if it's not something simple. A lot of times I will receive my drink only 3/4 full, and that is a big pet peeve of mine. If I'm paying for a venti, I better receive a venti amount of the drink. Wait time is close to 10 minutes, but if you order on the app ahead of time, they seem to get it done quicker. read more

Update: the employee messaged me via Yelp. 11 months later. See pics for the screenshots. Poor customer service continued. I ordered a total of 6 coffee travelers today for a company training. When I was 30 min later than expected picking up the afternoon round (because our work schedule ran behind) I walk up to the front counter to hear the young man complaining to another co-worker about the lady who was late for the coffee. "I mean, hellooo? Are you coming or not?" Lots of attitude and sass. So I responded, "Are you talking about me?" Are you Michelle? "Yes." He tried to play it off like he was worried about me going to a different location, but that is definitely not what he said to the other employee. I'm not stupid. Our business spends a lot of money at this particular Starbucks, but there are several in the area that we will now be taking our business to. I have never had less than exceptional service before, and this was absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. Go in the back and whine if you have to. I don't need to be vocally reprimanded from across the store for grabbing a lid from behind the counter that she failed to put on my coffee in the first place. This is a decent Starbucks that happens to be attached to the FedEx shipping center. How convenient because the wait times for this particular FedEx can be pretty ridiculous thanks to bad staffing and/or incompetence, and thus you have plenty of time to grab coffee. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been to many Starbucks around the US- including ones located in airports. This is by far the WORST Starbucks I've been to. Customer service is horrible. They do not acknowledge you at all. No one writes your name on cup so other confused customers grab your drink. My drink was grabbed and sipped by another customer and the person behind the counter sat it back up on the counter for me to get- as if I didn't see the man drink it. Horrible. read more

This is a terrible Sbux. I was expecting better. Nice Safeway, nice neighborhood...doesn't equal nice Sbux. My friend ordered her frappe an hour before I ordered my drink. She didn't like it. But I didn't think much of it because it was a "skinny" and I thought, well that can't be good to start. But when I ordered my drink, standard iced coffee with 2% and five splenda, I figured that it can't be screwed up. WRONG. It's the worst iced coffee I've had from an Sbux. The coffee tastes almost burnt and bitter. And are they running low on their food budget that they have to skimp on the 2%??? It's a relaxing enough place to hang out, but I'm not sure if I'll ever order another coffee from this one. Two drinks in one morning...not sure if they should get another chance. If only I could find an indie coffeeshop within a short distance from my office. This Starbucks is staffed mainly by highschool students. If you ask for a machiatto (a real one, that is... espresso with a tiny dab of milk/soymilk) they think you're nuts and go talk amongst themselves. This location seems designed for people to run in and run out again. There are only a few tables and chairs, and none feel very comfortable. I come here occasionally on my lunch break to work on my laptop, and people often seemed surprised to see someone sitting down and hanging out for any period of time. The music is truly horrible, so it's not shocking that they're confused about how somebody could stand it. It's especially awful at this time of year... nonstop Christmas torment. All Starbucks tend to be the same to me, but what makes this Starbucks stand out is the staff. They are always cheerful and upbeat, making every experience I have there very pleasant. Today they were exceptional. I order (via mobile) here maybe once or twice every other week, and always add on a pupaccino for my fur child. Today during the morning rush I was waiting for my drink and without even having to say a word, one of the staff members grabbed my mobile order, handed it to me, and asked if I wanted the puppacino. I usually come here on weekend afternoons and it's never too busy. The line, if there is one, is never long. Parking is readily available. The one time I came here on a weekday morning, it was packed. Long line, long wait for your order. I typically don't go to Starbucks on weekday mornings but I assume that's the norm for any location. The employees here are very friendly. Back when I was between jobs and I came here too often, a few employees learned my name and my usual drink. Plenty of seats are always available on weekend afternoons. There's one big communal table, but I do wish the individual tables were bigger. The smaller tables barely have enough room for both a laptop and a drink. read more

By far the WORST Starbucks I've been too. I come here every day before work to give it another shot, I'm a person that believe in chances, but nothing has changed. I've tempted to make small talk to see if maybe they just need some small talk to brighten up their day. Nope, one word responses, and no smiles. Um.... ok, nevermind.... There has been multiple times where I have come to this location and there are about 5 people in line, and I see about 4 baristas behind the counter.... Don't see anyone waiting for their drinks on the other side.... Why isn't this line moving? Who knows. I can deal with a couple of bad days, because we're human and we all have bad days, but if its every time that I come to this location and the experience is exactly the same, not sure what this location can do to fix this problem. While I am enjoying slow walking throughout the city, I often stop by here to get a tea or a coffee. Baristas are nice and so does the taste of their beverages. I especially recommend their TEAVANA offerings. One thing to be aware is it's connected to FedEx Office next door, which makes it convenient to stop by for a drink after fulfilling my shipping needs. read more

This is probably my least favorite location. Both times I've been here I've had a bad experience. First time I asked for a caramel apple spice and they put way too much caramel, I told them it was too much and they told me to stir it more so I went to a different Starbucks and the staff at he Bellevue square location made it right for me. This time I come in while 2 employees were chatting and laughing behind the counter; I cleared my throat to get their attention, and one approaches the counter to take my order, I said what I wanted and while I'm waiting for almost 10 minutes, while other customers had been helped and on their way, calling out their drinks/names; mine was never called out. I go to the pick up spot and there my drink is, watered down. I feel that if this staff was trained correctly, like the staff in the Bellevue square location; their customers would have a munch better experience. Please Starbucks; do right by your customers and retrain your staff that was working on 3/20/2019 at the 2:30 shift! read more

When I pay for something I expect them to offer me a receipt but something about this location forbids this sort of business practice! And once I tried to purchase a small amount g/c, the cashier asks me "are you sure? our drinks are at least $3-4" as to imply I'm being a cheapskate???
