Starbucks is just Starbucks. This location is very beautiful because it's inside of a common area of the Bellevue Square mall called "Lodge". Lots of seating available right outside Starbucks (as well as inside). Starbucks here is quite clean and employees seemed nice. I am a bit sticker shocked by the price (5 dollars for double tall Americano - it's just espresso and water) but I will be hanging out here working for a bit this morning (or writing more Yelp reviews), so I guess it's "worth" the money. read more

Standard chain ambiance with courteous service. Drinks came out quickly and the Sunday crowd was light, making for a relaxed visit. The only hiccup was that our food order was initially taken by someone but never made it to the kitchen. Once we flagged down a staff member, they promptly prepared a new order and made things right. My experience at Starbucks was mixed. The wait line was long over 15 minutes which was frustrating when I just wanted my coffee. On the plus side, the barista made my drink very nicely and I like the screen that lets you monitor your order. The retail selection was good, but I noticed they didn't have regular milk out--m only half and half and oat milk. Staff: They were a friendly crew. I was helped by kwenia I think is what I read on her name tag. Logan was a great guy who walked around and offered a sample of a cold brew that I really liked. Quality: Standard Starbucks coffee which was good. The next morning I got a coffee and a donut. Value: Always reasonable pricing here folks. Overall: My experience was a 5 star until the second visit when I was helped by an older lady wearing a mask but I forgot her name. She wasn't rude but seemed a bit disinterested in helping me. 04/16/2025 I went into Starbucks to get a coffee, but their credit card machine wasn't working. They were only accepting cash or Starbucks app payments, and I only had my debit card. I asked if I could use the restroom while I figured out how to pay, and the employee refused, saying I had to buy something first. When I explained that I wanted to buy something but couldn't due to the payment issue, he accused me of coming in before, asking for the code, and never buying anything. That was completely untrue. I've never done that, and I was shocked at how quickly I was judged. It felt like I was being profiled--this person assumed I was someone else, likely just because I'm Black. The comment "you've been here before" felt rooted in ignorance, as if he assumed all Black people look the same. That is offensive and unacceptable. No one should be treated this way. This kind of treatment makes it hard to feel safe or welcome as a customer. Starbucks needs to do better. read more

This Starbucks has one of the friendliest staff in the world who honestly have one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I work nearby but since I work so early, I never have time to actually go inside, but I do every now and then. When I order on Doordash, the staff would always write "thank you" and one time they even drew a cat! These are the kind of things that just brighten up your day before it even start. Their coffee is excellent and I'm obsessed with the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso drink and I always make sure to grab a cup from them every now and then. The ambiance of the cafe is pretty comfy. Right now, there's many construction happening in Bellevue so don't go in expecting the workers to do something about the noise :( Many office workers, and construction would dine in every now and then and the atmosphere is overall nice! read more

Honestly been coming here so often lately to work after work. The spot to keep me fueled mid day- or for a snack. Like any ordinary Starbucks, but this one a reserve so they have more options for bagged coffee. Starbucks is one of those places that you go in having a certain expectation since it's a brand that you can trust to hold to a specific standard. That being said, the coffee is spot on. The food is great as always. Now why did I give it just an average rating. It's because the place wasn't kept up as I would like for a nice neighborhood like Bellevue. Specifically the bathrooms should be kept clean but they are comparable to a fast food place in a lower end of town. I'll hit up another location next time because this one disappointed me. This is a larger Starbucks, it has a lot of space and seating. I haven't quite learned how to predict how busy it will be on any given day. Sometimes it seems too packed to find a seat and other times it seems like there's plenty of seats available. Regardless, I've never been here on a weekday and experienced a long line. I'm usually here more between 11 - 4. This location offers a lot of stuff. They have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, lunch/snack boxes. The added calorie info is a nice touch that can be found at most Starbucks I believe. They have a few healthier selections, so I appreciate their options. They offer Clover, Cold Brew, Nitro Cold Brew, Starbucks Reserve Coffee, and everything else. I love the nitro cold brew with sweet cream! The times I have been here service has been friendly, fast, and consistent. They have the wifi that you have to accept the terms to online before use. It seems pretty fast. While I prefer independent coffee shops or smaller chains, sometimes Starbucks is convenient. This is a pretty good one to sit and work for a bit in between meetings, classes or before or after work. read more

Micah is a god! We were in around 6 am today, he and the young lady were awake and friendly. I wanted coffee but went in with no thought to what I wanted and didn't want the usual mocha I order. I asked them to surprise me and what I got was brilliant, never in my life have I ordered white chocolate anything because I'm against in on principle (not actually chocolate) but I got a white chocolate toffee something that was great. I love any location with a Clover. It's my favorite way to enjoy coffee other than a french press. The barista running the clover was delightful. She talked up some of the other roasts they had on hand. This store is huge. There is a lot of seating and space to add additional seats. It's a very distinct looking store. It has an artisan feel. I did not like that the parking lot has an hour limit and the lot is small considering that it shares with four other retailers. read more

Every time I've been to this Starbucks it's been either hit or miss and I have to say, after my last venture there, I'm not interested in going back any time soon. I had extra time this morning and wanted to reward myself after a long week back at work. Well, it was good I had minutes to spare because their snail like pace was a patience tester. The sluggish speed at this location is not uncommon, I've gone in before and had to wait up to 15 minutes for my beverage (but I digress). Once my order was called I was a little unsure because the label did not say my name or drink, but the barista called my exact order. So, against my better judgement, I trusted her. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find out the reality of what I was about to sip on until about an hour after I got to work. Needless to say it was not my order...at all. I had ordered a decaf, black and white mocha, with almond milk. What I ingested was a regular tall latte. Now, generally this wouldn't be such a problem if I wasn't pregnant and didn't have a sensitivity to dairy. So unfortunately I'm now stuck with an drink I can't enjoy and a $5 shaped hole in my pocket. Sorry to this location, but I think I'll hop across the street to the Starbucks inside QFC. read more

Not much of a line here at 8:20am, but the place was packed with people already. I suppose this is where people come to study and work. The service was quite nice. I had gotten a panini. But when I looked up to the menu board, I noticed on it there was a new Thai style peanut chicken wrap. When I inquired about it, as I had no idea what it looked like, the lady behind the register, I think her name is Tina, came to the front to look for it for me. "It's orange," she said. As I sheepishly admitted my tendency for being drawn to items labeled "new", she said, "It is really good," She later asked if I needed a butter knife for the sauce when I paid for the wrap. The things she did were nothing big but I recalled at another Starbucks when I wanted to try the Chicken Artichoke Panini. Again, the same scenario occurred (told you that there is a pattern). I had something else in my hand when I got to the register but saw the "new" labeled next to the Panini on the menu and got enticed and wanted help finding the item. That time, the person simply pointed to the front and said, "All our sandwiches are there." That's pretty much what I expected at a chain, efficient yet somewhat impersonal service. So it was nice to just get service that had some personal touches on a Tuesday morning. The wrap themselves tasted pretty standard (I do like how they pack grapes with the wraps now!); but the service left a nice warm feeling when I think about it. As often as I am here, I've concluded I deserve my own reserved parking spot in front of this Starbucks location. Oh, and I want my name on the parking space in ALL CAPS, plsthx. Here is why this particular Starbucks location is my chosen *bucks and why I am here a little too often: 1. Service - The Cashiers and Baristas are friendly and make me great drinks. 2. Location - I have everything I need around me and the Pasta & Co next door is great since this place tends to run out food quickly. 3. Size - this Starbucks is quite large so there is *usually* seating when I come here... and a fireplace even, yeay! 4. Popularity - I consistently run into friends, colleagues, and even relatives here. 5. People watching - In the heat of the afternoon, come watch the teenagers pop in after school with their Gucci and Chanel bags - only in Bellevue. Only in Bellevue. 6. Parking - there seems to be ample parking and I don't have to pay for it. A few streets over and I'm dealing with lot tickets and validation. Blech. The only complaint I have is that more often than not, the food case is cold empty. It seems due to the hungry crowd here, the supply needs to be adjusted per the demand just a little bit better. I like this Starbucks, I do, and I think it's a great place to catch up with friends over some clover, or sit back put your headphones on and work the day away on your laptop. The WiFi here rocks! How can Clover not rate a business an extra star for the Clover machine? I started out hating Starbucks, all of them. Then, I came around, mainly due to the convenience factor, a geniune experience with the CEO himself and a great article in the Portland weekly that debunked the myths I'd been assuming about Starbucks. My personal experience with Starbucks workers, other friends in the coffee slinging biz and lastly with Mr. Schultz himself have all swayed my ability to simply walk in and enjoy the homogenized coffeehouse experience. I hate a lot of things about the way they do business, but I also love what they've done lately and I love that they have consistently good products (not including the flavor of their espresso which I don't really care for) and I can always count on a bathroom to use in a pinch. This Starbucks is alright, tucked between Pasta & Co and See's Candy, across from the Bellevue Mall, I've found myself taking refuge here a few times. OK, it's in a convenient location and it's a Starbucks, which for better or for worse, may mean very standardized coffee and food (although somewhat improved after the acquisition of La Boulange), but also consistency and for the most part solid service. The big downer with this location, however, is parking or rather a lack there of. And this is Bellevue, which means that many of the customers will be driving so finding a spot can be challenging. But the location is centrally located and you don't have to enter a mall. read more

Yes, I know reviewing a Starbucks is like reviewing a McDonalds. They are on every corner and I don't come here very often because there are better alternatives. (Ahem...Petes!...Ahem...Tully's!) That being said I choose to come here for one of their seasonal drinks(peppermint mocha) mainly because it was close to where I was shopping. And hey, while I am here I will pick up some Christmas Blend as a gift for a friend for Christmas. A two for one! Well, I was mighty disappointed. My drink tasted like straight syrup and my service was awful.The snooty young girl that took my card didn't say thank you or pretend to smile or even offer me a bag for my purchase. Then I went to go find a seat and there were not enough chairs for my group at the table we wanted to sit at. As we looked around for chairs so we could sit the girls stared blankly at us and did not offer to any help. You know, because they were so busy with 0 customers in the store. The baristas, while very friendly, seems less focused on making great coffee. Also, I don't care for the din of the crowd mixed with the music. Always crowded but good service overall.

This Starbucks is one located in one of the yet-to-be-demolished strip malls of yester Bellevue. While devoid of any real character it still holds on to its charm like that forty year-old cougar across street in the lavish Bellevue Square. I don't want to admit that I capitulate to large brand name corporations like Starbucks, but I do and denying it doesn't mean I'll stop going. The espresso drinks are consistent, not great, not bad but consistent. (McDonald's of the coffee world.) I can get my breakfast sandwich, NY Times and mints all in one place. However, the pitfall of this particular Starbucks is that it's too popular. It can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to get a drink not to mention the confusion/frustration should someone else order a grande sugar-free nonfat cinnamon dolce latte with whip. I would rate this place with two stars but the friendly staff is awesome and deserve more than my dollar tip. read more

Starbucks is an institution, not just in Seattle, but in Washington state. While there's a Starbucks across the street, who wants to cross the street for coffee? That's right. No one. While there was no sitting room inside, I didn't have to wait in line and my raspberry steamer came up promptly. My cousin and I sat outside to talk and sip our drinks, and it was actually a nice location for people watching. If I'm over on that side of the drink, I wouldn't mind staying for my jolt of caffeine. read more

I saw last night that they have a clover machine - I may have to go back to try that. Staff here is either super nice or nonchalant (borderline rude). It's a 50/50 chance.
