Came to this Starbucks for my usual coffee. The espresso tasted really bitter and gross, I only took a few sips of the coffee, ran an errand and came back to see if it was possible to get a remake. The barista who took my order, Chris was super nice when he first took my order but when I came back for my remake he was super rude and condescending when I complained about the taste of the espresso. This is a coffee order I get almost every day and this interaction was one that honestly made me feel really unwelcome at this Starbucks. Jess the barista who made my drink was super kind and my drink was made perfectly by her and very speedy. She even connected with me at the hand off plane. read more

It's Starbucks, not the best coffee, but it's consistent so you'll know what you're getting each time. I'm not a fan of the beans that Starbucks use for their espresso because it's beyond bitter/burnt, but if it's mixed with a syrup, it's fine. I am a huge fan of their matcha green tea latte though! It stopped coming with sweetener so make sure to add that in if you like it somewhat sweet like I do. There's 2 Starbucks in this shopping plaza, it's the one on the corner located next to Subway. It's convenient to do quick coffee meet ups, there's more outdoor seating here than the other Starbucks, but the interior of the other one is cozier so just depends on your mood. The customer service here is phenomenal and I've found out if you are a regular the staff treats you like a king. That being said I've tried the pumpkin spice latte and I just it's just not for me. Salted caramel mocha every day all day. The manager needs to be used as an example because the employees all look very busy and even during rush hours they are slamming drinks out with a smile. Bathrooms were dirty and one mention to Joey and they were cleaned in minutes. This is by far my personal favorite Starbucks and going back! Stopped by to get my usual drink. Taste is usually consistent everytime I go to other starbucks locations. I get the same thing each time, so my taste buds are very familiar when I take that first sip. My iced quad espresso definitely didn't taste right. It had an after taste compareable to burnt espresso that's been sitting in a metal container. Since I had them throw in a couple pumps of vanilla, it kind of made it sweet but it still had an after taste. Ended up throwing my drink. And, the main reason why I'm giving this place 1 star is mainly because staff definitely lacked good customer service. Started off with the lady who took my drink, would've been nice to acknowledge customers or smile, atleast. Especially if you're the first person each customer encounters. After waiting for a couple minutes, here comes my drink. Store wasn't that busy. Just 3 people waiting for their drinks. Barista who made my drink didn't even call my name (I thought that the main purpose when they ask for your name is so they can call you when drink is ready) but barista decided to just leave it on the counter. Wasn't so sure if it was mine so I had to go up close & read the label on the cup. I said thank you with a smile, & she just looked like I was non-existent. Trully disappointed. read more

Four stars for friendly and knowledgeable baristas along with consistent coffee. This location is located in the Loehmann Plaza in Bellevue and is pretty busy with the T-Mobile crowd rushing in the mornings and lunch time during weekdays. The downside of this location is that they are understaffed at times - for example, this morning there were about 8 people waiting for their coffee and only one barista to meet that demand. Did someone call in sick? Also, note that if this particular Starbucks is packed, then you have the option to go a couple doors down to another Starbucks located next to QFC - but that Starbucks will probably be just as busy. You're better off just choosing a location and sticking through it. read more

Service at this location is unprofessional, the barista didn't know how to answer my questions about the app and didn't ask anyone but just told me they didn't know? The time to find parking is crazy! You'll look for at least 15 to 20 mins. I think t-mobile employees are parking here. Then the line inside will take you another 10 to 15 mins. The chairs and tables are small as well as old. This place could use a remodel. Along with new and trained employees. read more

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen! People sneer at the multiple shops in one strip mall phenomenon in the PNW but this location just proves why it's necessary. That said, my drinks here are always perfectly hot, perfectly iced, and I have never gotten a bad drink. We order for our office here and come pick up, and they have never messed up even one order, which is impressive considering how intricate and annoying our orders are. Props to their online ordering system btw! They always deliver within five minutes. Oh and one of the baristas wrote "Cheska" on my cup, which my friends have now deemed to be my new name. read more

I came in on my way to work on a Sunday. 4 people in the store total. I stood behind 2 people. The person ordering, the annoying person on his phone talking on speaker the whole time and waiting to order, then me. As the first person finished and walked away, a new person walked into the store. The annoying man on the phone evidently was just standing in line for no reason and didn't immediately step forward to order. The new person walked right up and ordered........so irritated. I had been standing in that line long enough to be irritated with the speed. I wasn't irritated with the customer that just walked up or the guy on the phone. It is the employee that was oblivious to me standing there for at least 5 minutes waiting to order. I'm a tall, large guy. I guarantee I was noticeable had she even looked once at her customers in the store. My complaint is a poorly trained staff that managed to ruin my coffee experience for the day. I hold no I'll will...it was a mistake or oversight. Just identifying that training failed or wasn't given. Small things can change an entire outlook. I'll now go to work, forget about it and enjoy a coffee tomorrow. read more

Probably one of the smaller Starbucks locations I have ever been to. Tables are strategically shoved into corners to vye for space and seem to also be small tables when they are set up with four chairs. The condiment bar is very small and oddly laid out with room for, in my humble opinion, maybe two people at a time comfortably. Summer here looks to have plenty of room for outdoor seating which may make this a better venue to relax and enjoy your time. read more

Went in today and I have been in this Starbucks only a couple other times but was really appreciative of the service today so I needed to speak up about it. I put in a mobile order online and when I got in they were pretty busy, when I did finally get my drink it wasn't dairy free even though I had tried to change it on my order, but for some reason it didn't keep the edits, maybe when I changed drink size I'm thinking. But the lady working today completely remade the drink even though she made it how the label was printed. It was just awesome and she made it within minutes, which was good because I was in a hurry. I really appreciate Starbucks employees like this woman. It's what Starbucks originally started with costumer service above all, and even though they generally still provide this I haven't always had good experiences with baristas at any given location. So it's always nice to see one who goes above and beyond. read more

I am not sure if this is the same Starbucks that i go to every morning but the address seems to be close. i go here every morning for my latte fix. i would say that the service is impeccable! the store manager Carly remembers my name and my exact drink. even if it has been 3 months without seeing her, the next time i see her, she still remembers! they make great coffee in a jiffy which is a plus because i always have 7 minutes to kill before heading into work. :) wonderful tasting coffee and nice and friendly staff. read more

it's starbucks. the one on the corner by subway. it's by t-mobile offices. it's always busy. (and i'm telling you... DON'T go between 6 and 9 am... for your own sanity... don't go.) the service is alright... not super friendly, not snobby... but, it's starbucks. you know what you'll be getting. This store is conveniently located right off the main drag. It's easy to pull off the road, grab a hot coffee and get back to it. Unfortunately, the store is super small. When I stop by on the way to work, the line is usually 7-8 orders deep which makes moving around the store a bit challenging. The store is located in a strip mall, so there is no drive through. I appreciate the fast and warm customer service in this cramped space. I highly recommend a Poor Man's White Mocha (see my tips for further details). read more

This is probably the Starbucks I go to most often - ie the "coffee break time from work" Starbucks. Decent atmosphere for a Starbucks, has a fireplace and a decent amount of tables. I'd have to say service here was quite horrible. I went in with intention of using a promo for a free drink. But the gal didn't understand that. We ordered 2 drinks but charged us for 3. Then admitted she charged us for three. She fixed it but I ended up paying for 2 drinks and when I asked her about if she used promo she got confused and kept saying things I didn't ask her. I left. Poor girl. I hope she makes out better in life. It's only three bucks. But understanding customers is not just vital working as a check out girl at Starbucks. read more

I'm not 100% positive, but I believe this is the better of the Starbucks that are within 50 feet of each other in Loehmann's... the one on the corner (which I assume this one to be) is freaking awesome! The lines are never quite as bad in the mornings as the other location (the other one being right by QFC).... While the clientele of this location may be 80% T-Mobile employees, the other store is about 99.9% T-Mobile employees and if there's one thing I've learned, you don't mess with a T-Mobile employee. Those that work in the call center (and you can totally tell which ones do based on the angry, tired, zombie-esque look in their eyes) look so desperate for their caffeine fix and are so ruthless you don't stand a chance of escaping alive if you interfere with them in any way. Thankfully, this location tames and sedates these crazy individuals pretty darn well and allows me to get my cup o' joe slightly faster than the other location. Making a Caramel Machiatto is a science. Employees really do have to understand the ratios. Too much milk really does ruin the taste of the entire drink and it's a shame to pay $4 for a milky, flavorless beverage. Also, put in too much vanilla and caramel and you have an overly sweet beverage. Not cool. I personally feel that anyone responsible for making my Starbucks should be a chemist or something... But, I'm glad to say this location makes an awesome beverage... the portions are always correct and my drink ends up being the perfect amount of coffee and sweetness. Parking is even easier at this end of the strip mall. Does it get better? read more

Parking is a major issue, not just because of on-going constructions but primarily because of all the T-Mobile contractors who park here for entire day. T-Mobile needs to provide parking to folks who work at their buildings and stop negatively impacting local businesses. read more

Nice store, but beware of parking. I stopped in the buy a pound of beans and when I returned to my car there was a $40 ticket on my windshield stating that I had "walked off the lot".
