I drive past it every day for work and decided to try it out for the first time on Wednesday morning. worst customer service they didn't even say hi when I got up to the window and when the girl took my order outside it seemed like she was new so no hate on her but she asked if I wanted whip on my drink and I said yes. $8 almost $9 for a 16oz pretty outrageous. but when I pulled up took a min bc the three workers (brown hair, blonde hair, and purple/blue short hair) where just talking to each other and then homegirl gave me my drink no words at all and it didn't have whip. I was already over their whole mood so I just drove off and didn't say anything bc I'm not usually a confrontational person. but they should stop hiring fresh outta high school mean girls. read more

Mercurys is my guilty pleasure. I get the redbull soda with white peach, strawberry, no cream, no whip and I don't know what they do to it but it tastes better than any other coffee shop I've tried. Also the banana bread is so yummy and doesn't have any nuts or raisins which I feel is a rare find. read more

took son there today, first of all they made the wrong order, I asked for iced drink, they made the hot one. they offered to remake the right one and keep insisting to give back the wrong cup. i don't care about that, but while it was happening, son accidentally spilled hot coffee on himself. I wanted to attend to my son, but the two ladies just kept on and on about returning the wrong order cup. I told them, give me a min so I can attend to my kid; on top of that told them that I was not sure which one is the wrong cup, since I had multiple order. but gosh, they would not stop bickering about it. Best coffee I've had in a long time! Seems like many coffee shops is cutting corners on quality these days, but what I had at Mercury's yesterday was rich and fabulous. Organic and fair trade, I think, which is always worth it, but no more expensive than Starbucks. I tried the honey cardamom latte and it was MAGICAL. My oldest got the Mexican Mocha (they grew up in California and love cinnamon and chocolate together) and they said it was great too. Also, they people were very naturally friendly, not fakey, and still efficient, which is a great combination. I'll stop any time I'm in the area but might take a side trip sometime just for that honey cardamom again!! read more

Pretty pricey but nothing crazy in comparison to a Starbucks however it's coffee is so much better and it is really good in general. The coffee here is amazing! My personal favorite is the vanilla cream cold brew but there are plenty of things for people to find. The service and people that work here are super nice and have a lot of good energy! read more

Mercury after a long track record of excellence, boy did you fail today! After waiting a half hour in line, I was given coffees that were mediocre at best, and to make it even worse they were the same coffees that were given to the car in front of me as an incorrect order, and then passed back into my car. I usually love their coffee and the staff but, today, I felt like I got the B team in the D experience. I want to add that I fully respect the business owners reaching out to make my experience right. I did not take them up to "right my wrong" because everyone can have a bad day and, more importantly, they are focused on improving any weaknesses. This is a cute little place that you can really only drive through to get your coffee (not too sure if you can walk up or not). But it's just a tiny 3-person operation in a small town. We were passing through after hiking up the rattlesnake ledge on a rainy/snowy day and their coffee really hit the spot in our achy and cold bodies. The coffee was good, nothing too out of the ordinary for a Washington coffee place. What's really great about this place was the service. The ladies in their made our little 10-minute exchange of ordering and receiving our coffees nothing but pleasant. They asked us where we were from and made light conversation with us while they brewed up the hottest cups of coffees I've ever laid my hands on that wasn't from my own home. I went through the drive thru and the establishment is infested with BEES. There are thousands!!! They are swarming around the syrups and I saw approx 30 just on the stack of napkins. The baristas are doing their best to take orders outside and keeping the bees out, but the infestation is inside and out. It is unsafe for the employees to be subjected to conditions and to even think customers should tolerate this. This location should be shut down until this swarm is taken care of. This place is "hit or miss". I've been here a couple of times. The first time I went, my drink was perfect. However, very over priced. It was over $7, and I can get that same drink at dark horse brew for $4. I came back to mercurys the other day and my drink had a horrible, almost rotten taste to it. I couldn't even drink it. On top of that, when signing, accidentally hit the $5 tip button. The barista said she would fix and never did. Total waste of money :( read more

To start off the huge pot hole is ridiculous in the middle of the drive through. Second they will serve your child dangerously hot liquids, not even a sleeve will help. They will charge you extra even if you want a drink they have on the board they advertise to look like the one on it. They advertised specific cold brew creations but make sure you add $1 to make it have the cold foam on top like they advertise it's extra. Lastly waiting almost 25 minutes behind one car that ordered one drink is a joke! We literally can go park and walk in the other coffee store before getting through the drive through, this place needs some work. Good drinks bad service read more

I use to go to the Sammamish location all the time but the lines are so long there that I would wait 30+ mins so I quit going and when I was driving by this location in Fall City and saw someone outside taking orders I figured I would give it a try again even though the line was kind of long and I'm glad I did because it went pretty fast and everyone was so nice and and upbeat. I went here for the good reviews on the blended frappes. I hadn't had coffee at this chain before, and a lot of coffee places tend to make their espresso drinks pretty sweet, so to be safe, I asked for half sweet for my blended frappe. When I received the drink, it was extremely sweet. so painfully sweet I couldn't take more than 2 sips. When I asked the barista if it was possible to just take half of the cup's contents, and just blend it with ice (so wouldn't cost them extra , just half a cup of ice), she said no. She said she already added 1/2 the amount of sweetener and refused to do anything else about it. It seems like most coffee places would definitely go the extra step to make sure their customers leave there satisfied. Some coffee places will even make the drink over again. Here I was just asking to have 1/2 the drink blended with ice to make it less sweet, not costing them another drink. The barista was also very grumpy and unpleasant during the encounter. I don't like to waste things, so when I got home, I just blended half the drink with a cup of ice, and it was STILL extremely sweet. If this is 1/4 sweet, I can't even imagine what full sweetness level is. maybe it was just an off day, or she accidentally slipped and put too much sweetener. Since there are so many great coffee options in the area, I would not return here again. I'm writing a review so I can remember my experience here. The reason for 2 stars? Well... I only reserve 1 star reviews for the worst of the worst, so this one doesn't quite reach that level. read more

Never have I had to wait 25 minutes in line at a drive up coffee stand! With three staff members, one of those taking the orders in advance by walking the line... one shouldn't have to still wait for said drink to be made upon arriving at the window. I also don't agree with giving priority service to those that park and walk up to the side door. read more

Super sweet baristas, fine coffee, and awesome specials that make you want to veer of 202 into fall city and into this mobile establishment! They are open super early and are very fast in getting your coffee available. The coffee never tastes burnt and the shots are pulled nicely. Although 2 shots are fine for me on most days, this coffee is so strong to me that I need to cut down to one sometimes to keep up :) I especially love the double punch days where I can be one step closer to victory (in the form of a free iced nonfat mocha :) ).
