I went into the Queen Creek Staples today. I wanted some pictures printed on heaver paper. Zoey was so helpful and printed the pictures and cut them to the size I needed. To my surprise she didn't charge me, and I took up15 minutes of her time. I went in on Saturday looking for a computer chair. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had the chair assembled to pick up when it was ready. I was called later in the day telling me it was done. I picked it up today and the kind gentleman put it in my car. I was greeted both time with the manager acknowledging me. Way to go Queen Creek Staples! read more

great customer service, went out of their way to assist me with a project I was working on. Favorite Store for sure

Ijah was great. If you need anything I would recommend asking for him to help you out. Very helpful. Nice guy.

I have been into the Queen Creek stapes several times over the past couple of months. Each time I have visited Jim in the print shop has done an amazing job with helping me with my printing needs and making sure my projects have turned out well. Recently I was having technical issues uploading my files from my computer to the Staples website for printing, Jim went out of his way to help me with my issue and insured I was able to get my project printed. So grateful for his patience and help. Really appreciate his wonderful customer service and continued help with my printing needs! Thank you Jim! You have been AMAZING!!! read more

The copy center is a joke. Went in to have a copy made on a specific type of paper. She directed us to the copy machine. Was absolutely no help. She was sitting doing nothing and we ended up spending a lot more than if she would have just helped us! Horrible service! read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. Last time we went to purchase a new printer. The young man working there was friendly and clearly did his own research when it came to electronics. He gave some feedback on the products so we could choose the best option. We like the ease of our new printer and we were happy with his great customer service skills, which is a rarity these days. If Staples continues to employ great staff like the young man who helped us, I'll gladly do the majority of my office purchases there. read more

Great experience with the print center. My son and I was helped by Daisy with our printing solution. You talk about customer services. She tooled the time to walk us through the process and helped when needed. It was more about her attitude that really mad the stop pleasant and a great experience. There were two other employees that stopped by as well to see if we needed help. Big thumbs up to staples and the print customer service team read more

Ordered an office chair online and it arrived broken. Brought back and had no hassle. Got offered extended warranty which made great sense. Helped me to my car. Great service. read more

Go to the OfficeMax/OfficeDepot near San Tan Village. This place has poor selection and bad customer service compared to that place. This next section is directed to Alicia who works at this location. I already addressed this issue with management, they are the ones that gave the poor customer service. They didn't care about my questions, they didn't care about me being on hold for 30 mins while I could hear the person on the other line talking to their friend laughing and dismissing their job. You're apology is an empty script you give so that you can save a little face. Because of your companies mishap, OfficeMax/OfficeDepot will be my consistent parternship for office supplies for my classroom and firm for the years to come. Because they are consistent, and they don't give useless apologies. They resolve the issue when it happens, not months later. read more

Been going to the Staples in Queen Creek since it's opening over 10 years ago I think. It always has a good selection and everyone is always helpful. read more

Drove to the Queen Creek Staples to print 1 photo..they came up on Google when i searched 'where to print a photo'...the store was empty tonight .. Jim in the Print/copy dept told me he was 'too busy' to print my photo..that he had 'so many orders'.. So I left - all those printers and all of that paper and you cannot accommodate a walk-in order ⁉... Bummer. - He was chatting on the phone when I came in, so I'm thinking that he did have time, not sure why he chose not to help me. read more

The employees here aren't as helpful and knowledgeable as at the other Staples stores. The store closes at 7pm. read more

Did you know that you can go to Walmart or target and get things for half the price of Staples? For example calendar is 9.99 at target and $30 at Staples. File folders are about half the price. Paper at Walmart is about 2.99 vs 7.99 and up at Staples. It's just ridiculous. read more

Not real sure how these places stay in business, though I'm pretty confident it is because of their business/commercial accounts.. it definitely is not due to their retail business or customer service. Been here a few times, nothing special or really unexpected. I left a little more irked than normal this time.. for the second time here I ordered something on their website to be picked up in the store. Said it would be "ready in an hour" & "you will receive an email when your order is ready".. neither happened, two times in a row. First time called to check and the guy told me "oh we didn't see your order", second time, no call or confirmation email but when I called he said it was ready. What irritated me more this time is when I showed up i was the only person in line, and my new office chair I ordered is during right there ready to go, easy peezy right? Well mid-checkout another customer comes up, so he stops my transaction to get the other customer real quick.. "do you mind?"... After a few minutes i think he saw I was getting impatient and finally got me back in line to leave. I don't fault the cashier here honestly, I fault management for not having a good process for picking up, also for not holding employees accountable for customer service. This is the culture at this location, the norm, not an exception. read more

If there was a negative star, this is the one I would choose! My wife and I went into this store to look to buy an office chair. Because I'm older I thought perhaps I could buy a "floor model" already assembled. The floor model we wanted had a noticeable spot on the seat. I asked a female associate, very nice, if we could get a discount because of the floor model and the spot on the seat. (They had one new Temper-Pedic 6400 in the back.). She went to ask her manager, Scott Urich. Instead of coming out of his cubby hole himself, he sent his sweet female associate out to deal with us. We all were pleasant. She came back to tell me Scott would not only NOT give a discount on the floor model but, he would ADD an amount on for assembly? WHAT? Bad, crappy, managerial skills all the way around! No wonder this store is ALWAYS empty. Needless to say, We WON'T be shopping at this Staples on Ocotillo/Rittenhouse in Queen Creek, AZ again! I'll be following this review up with the Corporate Offices. Thank you. read more

I love office supply stores but this one I am not so sure about! It always looks like it is in a state of complete disaster. Are they reorganizing? Are they having a closing sale? What is happening to this place? They seem to have low inventory of items and the aisles are usually clogged with unpacked merchandise. I think it is the only office supply store in QC/STV and one would think they would be better prepared to service this area. I usually end up going to an office supply store out of the area, (Mesa. Tempe) than try and find what I need in the mess they have. read more

Makes perfect drinks every single time I come!! Fast drive threw and super friendly customer service!

How does STAPLES run out of staplers? SMH. I use there copy and fax center often. That is great and reasonably priced. the employees are nice and helpful/friendly. Kinda wondering why they have so many job openings on the internet for this particular store, yet they are fairly slow... The parking is weird..lol...there are 5 spaces in front of the store, but more across the parking lot. OTHERWISE....I have been in better STAPLES. *TODAY, there was a cricket crawling up the wall...guess that added a nice touch to the decor read more

I went here for an office chair today. I was helped by a nice man and two sweet, beautiful ladies. I think I might have to go back more often ;) Oh yeah, the chair is pretty good, too. read more

It's a nice, large store but in have a sour taste in my mouth because of their false advertisement. Went in for some file folders...the store is compacted-every aisle full of every supply one would ever need. Found the folders, thought they were $6.99...actually $16! Overheard a customer talking about the deal of buying on pack of card stock paper get one free! As a poor teacher I went in for the deal. Get to the check out and the less than enthusiastic gal said "that like doesn't count for this color" well I didn't see anything about color being a part of the deal. Whatever. So I try using an online coupon, she hits the code and says "not working". And that's it. No double tries or anything. Since it has so much I'm giving it the rating I'm giving it. I'm also not holding any ill feelings to the teens that work there because I'd be miserable too if i had to work there. read more

I am a fan of the Print and Copy center. The clerks are very friendly and knowledgable. I like to email my documents to them for printing. I have never had a problem with them, Very accomodating and ready to teach you about their products when asked. I use their fax service, print service and copy service. open early, close around 7 or 8pm. OVERPRICED supplies, awkward parking and dirty restroom - not a fan of those.... read more

I went in for some copier paper. They had some at a high price, but there was an "easy rebate". I assumed they would discount it at the cash register. Not so. They give you about two yards of that printed tape you can mail in or go on-line. I tried on-line, but none of the numbers on the tape worked. Oh, yeah, they only gave me a receipt for one of the two reams I bought. They are counting on you skipping the hassle and they pocket the rebate for themselves. By the way, Walmart, I have found, sells very nice Boise Cascade copier paper for much less and it is the same quality as Staples paper. And, if you have Amazon Prime, you can get most office products cheaper there. I used to like Staples. However, I have found better sources, particularly for laser and ink jet refills which Staples sells for crazy high prices. Skip this Staples and shop around for much better deals. read more

They need to hire more employees.one employee trying to help all the customers. Looonnnggg waiting time for little things.

We ordered a iPad on thanksgiving via staples . com. Never heard from them our conformation said a pick up date at the local location on dec. 2 went to the store to pick up on the 3rd. We were told the order had been canceled. We still do not really have an explanation for the cancelation. We were treated terrible in the store. I mean awful ! They said that staples.com was acussing us of stealing credit cards. We have now lost out on the sale price ,and a very bad opinion of staples. read more
