The copy and print center here is just so horrible. They have no care and concern for customer service. This department always handles shipping too. It should be a walk in and walk out kind of thing showing up with prepackaged boxes- wrong! Seriously UPS shouldn't allow them to represent their brand. It makes UPS look bad. And the store manager just doesn't care. Mention it to him and he'll just say their short staffed and not even offer to help. read more

I called Staples to follow up on a print order and he told me he was going to have to call me back because it was time for his break. I then went to the store and ole Leonard was too busy on his cell phone to help me. The only upside to this place is the nice female that works in the copy/print center. read more

Went to this store today. Wanted high liters and markers. I was walking around looking at different things in the store. A employees very nicely asked if I need help and I said no. I can't looking. I noticed someone who appeared to be a manger following me. He caught up with me after a few minted walking in the store and asked if I need help, I said no. Gave him the items I wanted to buy and told him he did not need to follow me I do not steal and I left the store. I will not shop at another Staples. read more

I have been doing business with Staples for years! I have never had such horrible service as I have had today! I will no longer be doing business with Staples ever again. The staff here is completely rude, clueless and unwilling to do anything to help you. The staff is completely unaware of what's going on or how to do their job. I needed help with the printing service and the girl rolled her eyes and acted like I ruined her entire day by asking her for help! She was very rude and clearly unhelpful. I ended up using the self service center to take care of my copies myself. I then proceeded to the checkout where the gentleman at the front was extremely childish and acted like he had no idea what he was doing... He ended up being just as rude as the girl in the printing center. I did not even end up making my final purchase I was so frustrated! I have never been in a business that has had such rude and clueless stuff! I will be relaying this experience to my business partners and vendors so they will not use this Staples services! read more

Wow it's so crazy that you carry a $20 cord corral but you don't carry zip ties. That's a really basic thing that you guys should probably carry that a lot of people use an office setting to control wires and cords. And it took me almost 10 minutes to find out that this location didn't carry them because there was really no help available at all. Thanks for wasting my time today. Went to this location to buy a paper shredder. They didn't have the one we wanted in a box so we asked the guy working there if he could help. He was helping someone else and said he would be able to help us in about 20 minutes! Lmao! And it was a $150 dollar shredder. She wasn't even buying anything. Ok. It's close to my home. It's close to my business. But it's not close to my heart. While I find most of the staff passibly friendly, some are frankly, annoying. Case in point. Employee is ringing up my order and asks if I want the extended warranty. I decline. She asks me if I was having a good day. I said, absolutely, I always have a good day. Then she informs me that this was her Friday. And I said, me too! Here goes. She asks me if I was going to "take my work home with me" and I responded, sort of channeling Whitney Houston from Being Bobby Brown, "Oh, hell no!". She immediately, shusshes me while raising her hand, eyebrows furrowed (sp?) and says "Don't say words like that!" I knew she was offended by my use of the "h" "e" double hockey sticks word, was embarrassed slightly for a moment and then just pissed. I could only muster up the stink eye for her as any clever words of disdain eluded me. All I could think of when I got in to my car was, "Oh hell yea, I'm yelping her ass as soon as I can." I don't wanna name names but it starts with R, has an L and a V and a few vowels in between. Oh, the power of the internet. read more

I'll preface this review by stating that I worked at another staples in the valley for 4 years, several years ago. I went here one afternoon with a coworker to look for a specific cable for our video equipment (we work at a surgery center). My coworker was going to start looking, and I had to pee. I figured they had a public restroom because every location I had been to in the east valley had one (and I had the joy of cleaning the one several times at my location). We ran into a store manager and I asked him which side of the store the bathroom was at. Rudely, he replied, "no public restrooms" and turned around to walk away. We stopped him to ask if he had the cable we were looking for; he seemed annoyed, probably because he didn't know wtf we were asking for and didn't want to look like a dumbass. He simply said that they probably didn't have it and to look online. We went to look ourselves and found it, but decided we'd give our business elsewhere. Unknowledgable, rude and arrogant manager. Sounds pretty consistent with the rest of the morons who ran the locations I worked at. read more

Nothing great about this place. Sometimes they have too many employees following you around like a puppy, Sometimes they are short. Today they were just plain unpleasant. No thank you. No apology for their rewards system not working - just a "you might want to call the number on the card." On top of that, they have some ridiculous card you can buy for 10 dollars, but you get a coupon for 5 dollars, then you get 15% off. Hey guys, don't make it complicated -just give us a reasonable price and stop stroking us it on ridculous reward systems. BTW Staples brand product sort of suck. So what I'm saying is... if you live in the area and need a pen, go for it. Just don't your hopes up for any more than that. read more

I stopped by to use my rewards to buy a few things. Turns out they can't look up my rewards by using the card, they need me to print out the email they sent me and then bring that back to them. That's really dumb. I would certainly never buy a computer or anything expensive from a store where they're that dumb. read more

Sat at the Copy & Print Center for ten minutes, behind some poor lady who'd been standing there for even longer than I had been, just to receive the information that I can do it myself right next to their copy & print center. The guy who works there, I believe his name is Ernie, is usually very helpful and pollite. Not that he wasn't, but he was extremely busy and was the only staff in that portion of the store. The other three people who walked by me, didn't offer any help or ask if there were questions, just simply "You can do it yourself right there." I decided to make the copies myself, where I had problems getting my receipt from the do-it-yourself kiosk, and ran out of paper. I told one of the attendants walking by that I was out of paper, and she tells Ernie, who is still the only one working, to get me paper. That is a task anyone could've done and shouldn't have taken the 5 minutes it did. It's not that the store was understaffed, its that the staff doesn't seem to give even half a damn. I'm in this locationevery couple of weeks, and the service has slowly gotten worse. I am usually in and out of there inabout 5-10 minutes, it was almost 40 minutes today.
