Delish! #61 omelette (cant remember the name, its kinda strange) is the best! pineapple and cream cheese OMG. Would never think that would be good in an omelette! Service also is great! read more

This locally and family owned breakfast and lunch restaurant is AWESOME! It's a relaxed atmosphere and you can leave your mark on the wall when you visit. I love a Mimosa to go with my breakfast. Their omelettes are the best. So many different kinds you will definitely find one for you. My favs are the 61: Aikane with pineapple, jalapenos, cream cheese and ham, also the 60 Greek with Pesto, spinach, feta (mo-betta), olives and add sausage. They have "spuds" or homestyle potatoes and make'em "otis style" with cheese and onions:) Also they have 3 sauces to choose from included which are cheddar, pesto marinara and mushroom. I love the pesto! They also have breakfast sandwiches, tostadas, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, burritos, lunch sandwiches, and so much more. Give it a whirl! read more

Great service, excellent food! Hard to say more about a place that has it together. We think it is actually better than the Truckee Squeeze Inn. But we'll have to go back and try Truckee again. Making it harder, we haven't gone to the new one in Reno yet. read more

We often eat at the Squeeze In in NW Reno and always enjoy the food. On our last visit I ordered the taco salad. The half-size salad was perfect and I especially like that it is not served in a tortilla bowl. The layer of chips on the plate is just right. The romaine was very fresh and the whole salad was very tasty with tomatoes, avocado, and beans. Our server was very friendly and we both enjoyed our time there. read more

The service here is good, everyone is very friendly. The problem is every time I have eaten here the food is cold. I waited 40 min for a cold cheeseburger. read more

Rockin breakfast as always. Good portion sizes. Alway great food never had a breakfast I didn't like. The mushroom sauce made my yummy omelett even yummier!! read more

This is our must breakfast stop in Reno - Foods great - folks working there are the best. Your always welcome there!! Keep it up!

Breakfast was great! The portions were huge, and the quality of food was great! But even better was the enviourment and staff!! It was a fun place to spend time with ( I was there with my sisters celebrating our birthdays) my family. The staff all worked together to serve us, they were friendly and made us feel important. They all knew what was available and how we could order what we wanted. We certainly will come again. read more

The Squeeze has fantastic food and friendly, efficient service...it's a fun place and definitely my favorite place for breakfast when I'm in town! read more

Love It! The Reno Squeeze in on Las Brisas is a wonderful place to have a great breakfast. The food choices are off the chart and the service couldn't be better. We eat here several times a month and always have a great time. We like to bring out-of-town visitors to the Squeeze to share the great food & service. I've never been disappointed with either the food or the service, and the rewards program is by far the best I've ever participated in. read more

This place is AMAZING! The service is outstanding they are all very friendly and helpful! They know their product very well and are able to make a suggestion to you when you tell them what you like. The food is wonderful. My family and I try to eat there after church on Sunday even though it is no where near our church! read more

Was a little disappointed this morning... First of all, their website needed updating as their location in Sparks had closed. When I got to the NW location things started out OK, but then went downhill when the food arrived. I ordered the King Crab Benedict and the first thing I noticed was that there was only a little over a tablespoon of hollandaise spread between the two parts of the Benedict. It wasn't broken, but it was virtually tasteless. The crab was very salty, similar to the Snow Crab that is served in the lower end buffets in the casinos. When I remarked about the other branch being closed to the waitress, she kept arguing with me that it was open. My coffee was not refilled the rest of the meal. Very $$$ meal for poor service. I noticed a SYSCO truck refilling them as I left and that could explain the crab and hollandaise. read more

We have eaten at the NW Reno, Truckee and Redwood City restaurants and find the food to be yummy and plentiful. And not only do you get good food, you get super friendly service. It is true, at times you have to wait as most of their restaurants are small, but that is okay, the end result is well worth it. I had the stuffed french toast my last visit and it is sooooo good with strawberries and banana on top. Can't wait to go back!!! read more

The Sqeeze In is the best restaurant in this area to have breakfast or lunch. I don't know why I never thought about giving a review but I have been going to this location since they first opened! I have also been to the one in Truckee, after a Donner Party Walk, the sparks location and also the South Virginia location in Reno! We would never ever go out to breakfast if The Sqeeze In ever closed! The owners, the staff, and the atmosphere all make just a perfect place to go to breakfast! My husband is a shiftworker and I have no problem going in early in the morning and grabbing a table by myself and having breakfast! They have never made me feel self conscious about eating by myself! The food choices are absolutely exciting and the restaurant is never boring! The Squeeze In is locally owned and not a chain restaurant! That is very important to us! read more

I lived in Truckee for 16+ years and was very well acquainted with Squeeze In, and liked it, if it is a little pricey, but in Tahoe you expect it. I had a mid-morning break on Thurs., so I decided to check out NW Reno. Ordered eggs benedict, and it was as average as you can get. Hollandaise sauce- bland, and the english muffin was very dense and overwhelmed every bite, could barely taste the ham. The other thing I don't get, is why you have to such loud music playing. Eating out should be about the people you are with and enjoying good conversation, not trying to 'out loud' the music. the best sound a restaurant can have, is the buzz of people talking & having a good time. Won't be back, there are better places (Jack's, Pegs', where you don't have to compete with the music). read more

This is my third and last time to squeeze in. Poor service extremely high prices. I ordered the authentica sandwich. they forgot the avocado and cheese and then charge me $0.70 for salsa. You can leave there for $30 and getting nothing good I'm sick of it. The waiter was aloof. Everytime I go to squeeze and I feel like I'm going to get something really crappy for a high price I'm done read more

Am becoming a regular at Squeeze In! Love the Truckee location too! The environment is upbeat and appealing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh, very tasty and beautifully presented! The servers are quick and attentive. Whether you come with one or ten others, it's the BEST place to settle in and savor a meal with your favorite peeps! read more

This place is great. We eat there whenever we are in Reno. Heidi is the best!

Let me start by saying I've been in Reno for 17 years and have had virtually every chicken fried steak in town. With that being said, I can say with great confidence that the chicken fried steak at the Squeeze is the BEST. Hands down! Texture, flavor, gravy, the whole plate is awesome! I cannot forget to mention the absolutely amazing service you will receive at the Squeeze, too. Congrats again, on another job well done! read more

The food is delicious. And the portions are huge. My husband and I love the laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a huge omelet stuffed full of ham and cheese. They dont skimp on the amount of food. Hot , fresh, and delicious. read more

"Splish, splash," the noise my leather vans made as I took a few steps from the snowy sidewalk into the colorful breakfast diner. Both my body and stomach were shaking; each exhibiting the rare occurrence of being exposed to the frozen, chilly winters of the NW Reno land and harshly low food availability in such weather conditions. The shortage of food I had during the unforgivingly cold night before began to make me feel like an arctic fox, hunting for the rare slices of bacon and stacks of pancakes found in the frozen tundra of the arctic circle. I needed the food to survive the winter. I needed to fatten the mass underneath my fur and sustain life through this ruthless, cold season. As I sat down at the table, ravenous and scavenging through the menu, I quickly ordered French toast and a side of bacon; my body needed the protein from another animals' fat and blood, just like in the wild. As the lovely waitress served me the food I needed to survive, I inhaled the deliciously fluffy and devine French toast with sprinkled powered sugar and heavenly satisfying bacon. As I finished my brunch and began transforming back from a famished predatorial fox into a normal human being without the sudden need to hunt for food, I felt oddly satiated and at peace. I felt the warmth of the delicious coffee in my soul and knew this meal would allow me to last through the rest of chilly winter. I no longer had the hunger of a starving animal in the snow, but was warm, full, and happy as a human should be. This restaurant has great service and even better mimosas! Thank you for saving my life xxx the fox read more

I hate to do this but this is the second time IN A ROW we have gone here and they have messed up the order for my GF. The first time her order was WRONG was on August 5th, her birthday. She ordered a meal, vegan, and it came out with a huge piece of ham on it and no beans after she clearly said "No ham." She said the meal was below average since we used to enjoy going here on a regular basis and she had gotten the same meal multiple times. This time, today, she ordered a vegan griller but on a hamburger bun instead of sourdough, it came out with raw onions oppose to grilled as it stated on the menu. It was not brought to the table with avocado, again as it stated on the menu and it also didn't state that the bun would be soggy through. The french fries we gross which is again disappointing because she loved their fries. The point here is that Squeeze In is starting to turn into a turd of a restaurant because 2 for 2 they have butchered my GFs order and it has been well below par compared to how it used to be. It is either going in the toilet or the chefs can't read or the waitress can't listen, either way if this garbage service continues their business at this location will not. Simply put way we are thoroughly disappointed because we used to go here every time we would have visitors or on a nice morning we wanted to get something to eat. We wont be going here in the future. You guys used to kick ass and now you are starting to suck. Sorry but well go somewhere else. You should also have two bad reviews both with 1 star but we do like the people working there and we genuinely want to see you succeed. Good luck! read more

Just went to Squeeze In for the first time. I won't be going back. It wasn't terrible, just a bunch of little things. We got there just when they opened, but they were not even close to being prepared for guests. The place was freezing cold, the lights were off and the special board was tucked in the corner (more on that later). The menu is very large and has lots of good selections. I asked the waiter if they served corned beef hash. No dice. No biggie. It's not on many breakfast menus. I looked for steak and eggs and asked about that as well. Nope. I settled on chorizo and eggs over easy which was good overall. I mentioned the special board tucked away because later on I went to the restroom and noticed it for the first time. The first special was chicken fried steak and eggs. I would've gone for that. Again no biggie but things are adding up. The iced tea was meh and you only get one slice of toast with the meal. The potatoes were just deep fried with salt. You can add onions and cheese for an up charge which brings me to my final beef. It seemed that just about every dish had some up-charge recommended for it. That in and of itself is fine but most of those meals would lame without something added. For example, they have this nice looking (pic) and sounding breakfast sandwich. Basically, it's a breakfast club sandwich with three layers of bread meat and cheese. But the added veggies in the picture (avo and tom) come at an additional $1.49 cost. And it's not like tomato for one price and avocado for another. In a different selection, you could add avocado for $.99. Just weird. I've spend 15 years in the restaurant business as a chef and manager and the accumulation of these seemingly minor details really added up. read more

I never heard of Squeeze In until I saw it on Bobby Flay's show, but we went as soon as we could after it. I had the Racy Tracy just like was on the show and I thnk it was probably the best omlette I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and try some other ones. And the service was excellent. And the place was cute. read more

We have dined at all 3 locations now, but Las Brisas in Reno is closest to home. Always greeted with eye contact & a smile, and usually by name! Tried several of their omelletes (at least 30) & if you haven't ventured from the ordinary or your usual, well...you haven't lived! We have tried several sandwiches, all their burritos & salads, and you can't go wrong with the pancakes, waffles, & french toast (sorry, not burger people but friends say they are delicious!). Always warm & friendly, great eclectic atmosphere, always fresh, very consistent, always fast, never rushed. If I had to say something non-positive, it would be that I like my fries crispier than I have been served. The Squeeze ROCKS! read more

We love Squeeze Inn... the only down side is that so does everyone else, and we've never not had to wait. My 16 year old son says that we go to a restaurant repeatedly until we get that 'fatal meal" that ends our love affair... but so far we haven't come to that point and the affair is still going strong. read more

I have eaten here many times and the food is always good. There is usually always a wait and it's definitely worth it. However, last time I was there the service was a bit poor. We weren't seated by the hostess... she pointed to a seat in a corner. The waitress was rushed and was rushing us to order. The menu had changed since I was in last and it was I needed an extra minute to look at the menu. I don't think she gave us a whole 3 minutes before she came over and asked the first time. It was probably 2 minutes later when I still had the menu in hand and looking when she came and asked. I was a little frustrated at that point so I ordered the first thing I saw which was delish! We had barely started eating when the waitress had put down the check. I will probably go back there and eat but I was very dissatisfied with the service. read more

Great food, I love coming here for breakfast or early lunch. Portions are always giant and have to take food home. Only thing I minded was that they made me sign up for a loyalty card just to redeem a coupon. I wont mind having done so, once I get more great coupons, but I would have felt more comfortable about signing up if I wasn't forced to just to redeem a $4 coupon. read more

The food couldn't be any better it's by far my favorite breakfast place! read more

Order the classic chad burger and it was HORRIBLE! First off my burger looked disgusting. The patty came out with no color/browning at all. It was grey and I assume was cooked from frozen. Looked and taste worse than using a George Foreman. I had asked for medium rare, but it came out almost fully cooked. The cheese just sat there adding no distinct flavor. The food was served warm. Not hot! warm... to this, the burger was very dry. The fries tasted ok, but were warm and not hot. I will never come back. Pretty sure this location/establishment will not be around too much longer. read more

Are you kidding? To Mary T who was upset that she didn't get her order when showing up at a place that is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m and didn't get served at 1:50 -p.m. - please go back and give the "Squeeze" another chance. The food is consistently more than terrific - yes, large portions, but you can take the rest home! But no one talks about the staff - they bend over backwards to serve you! They are helpful, friendly and greet you like you are a long lost relative - and what place gives freebies??? Free champagne, free wine, free money off of a bill and a card that gets swiped each time you eat there for more stuff! And what restaurant sends a monthly newsletter with nice thoughts and great news! It's a very unique place amongst the typical Dennys and even Heidi's the local "favorate" - college kids to retirees, try this place - you will not regret it! I've updated this cuz' they're reduced their omelette menu so it's more simple to find what you want. And, oh, the homemade soups are to die for!!!!! read more

I love that the Squeeze is different, its funky and ecclectic, and the servers are always right on top of thigs! By no means have i ever had bad food in all the times ive been here but i always find the bill a little hard to swallow. I usually sub whites for eggs and fruit for potatoes to go the 'less guilty' route, i love that they allow you to make these substitutions BUT there are charges for each making my egg white omelette, toast and small cup of fruit about $18 with tax and tip....yikes! It also bums me out that in a place that specializes in breakfast doesnt have eggs benedict! Its my absolute favorite so when im in the mood i always choose pegs over the squeeze for this reason. I'll always support local business, especially one with great service and promos but when breakfast food is so cheap (eggs, cheese, potatoes, bread, ground sausage and bacon) its makes it a bummer its so pricey. read more
