    Pumpkin pancake, yum!
    Molly M.

Located in the Reno town Mall strip mall. Such a cute place, it has a Cozy atmosphere. It was busy for a Tuesday morning but we were seated right away. They have a really good cup of coffee. I got the steak and eggs, it was good. But my favorite thing was their pumpkin pancakes! They were delicious! I will be ordering that again:) Husband tried the Mexican scramble, he cleaned his plate! I was able to sneak a bite in though, it had a fair amount of spice to it. Good flavors. We will be back for sure!

This location is closer to my house than the original. Everything was really tasty. I got the jalapeño burger, that wasn't spicy at all. Service was speedy and polite. However the single hot cake came with the check practically. A little delayed with that one... dessert pancake?! Haha still everything was delightful and I'm glad this spot is a bit closer that it used to be for me.

Stopped in for lunch. Service was polite and courteous. I tried the Bacon Avocado Burger. Angus beef, plenty of fresh toppings and cooked to perfection. The bacon alone was amazing! Served with fries that were hot and crispy. I may make this a regular lunch spot in Reno but will try a breakfast option next time!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The Cup Café offers impeccable service and consistently delivers fresh, delicious food. My personal favorite is the Benedict: perfectly poached eggs and just the right seasoning every time. While I didn't get a cup of coffee this visit, in the past it's always been fresh, and the staff never lets my drink get too low before offering a refill. They now have two locations, and I visited their newest spot at Reno Town Mall. It has a charming mom and pop vibe, complete with teapots with your choice of tea, that perfectly fit the café's aesthetic. A delightful experience overall!

When I think about breakfast, I'd like to think about this place. The kid and I decided to have breakfast here yesterday. We haven't been to their new location at the Old Town Mall since they opened. We walked in and the place looked busy. We were seated quickly and given menus. The kid had the pancakes and sausage off the kids menu. I got the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns. It also came with a side of biscuits and gravy! My kid loved the pancakes. I thought they smelled good. They smelled like cake. He ate all of the sausage too. My chicken fried steak was seasoned good. There was a good amount of food. I couldn't finish it all but I tried. Even though the place was busy, our waitress Kelly, was on top of it. The service was great. They might need another waiter/ waitress to help her. Seemed like she was the only one working but she had it covered. I can see why they opened a second location. The Cup Cafe has great food and is a good place to eat.

We were shopping at Burlington, and saw The Cup and decided to pop in - the place is hidden away and I never knew it was there! The ambiance is homey, and very "family friendly". Every table and booth was filled and the place was hopping. There were only open til 2pm and it was 1:00 so we sat at the counter, and ordered breakfast. We were served quickly, the food was excellent. $25 for breakfast is steep. I had breakfast and tea and with tip $25. I'll need to stop in for lunch one day soon, I had the garden benedict and it was delicious. Very large portion and I'd definitely have that again. The scramble was small in portion and just okay. The menu looked so expansive I do want to try other things. Love the place!

Stopped in for breakfast. I am never disappointed. The service is fast and friendly. Every staff member is do polite. It always busy however you are made to feel like you matter. Its hustle and bustle of the breakfast crowd is crazy. Yet it's not too loud to hold a conversation. Always my go to spot if I'm on that side of towm

I love coming to this location for breakfast! The staff is always so sweet and nice and the restaurant is always super clean. The food is always delicious. I always get the egg white scramble and make sure to get a pancake. FYI the pancake is still delicious even if you save it and heat it up the next day.

Love this place. This is at the Cup 2. More room at this location and much larger parking lot. Service is always outstanding along with amazing food. Not a bad dish in this joint. Don't sleep on this one folks! Very clean and cozy.

Popped in for a late breakfast on a weekend day. We sat at the bar and ordered our meals from very pleasant and accommodating staff. I asked for my bacon limp. Well the Limp bacon was fairly crispy. Pancakes must've sat a few minutes as they were a bit on the colder side than hot but still had good taste. Eggs over medium cooked perfectly. This is the biggest thing I appreciate. Poorly cooked eggs ruin the meal. Good mimosa. Staff very attentive, friendly and professional.

Saturday Morning Mimosa at The Cup Café.

We happen to drive by the newest location and decided to have breakfast. The decor is so adorable!!! We were greeted right away, but it was peak time, so we had to wait about 30 minutes. Not too bad... I had a Mimosa and the Bacon Avocado Benedict, served with Breakfast Potatoes. The Bacon Avocado Benedict was cooked to perfection and really tasty, but unfortunately the potatoes were a bit salty for my taste. Our server was great though! She was friendly and provided excellent service.

Club Sandwich with their homemade potatoes salad.

Let me start by saying I've been here twice in the last three days once for lunch and once for breakfast and both were exceptional. On Wednesday, I drop by for lunch with a friend and had their club sandwich with their homemade potato salad. The sandwich was stuffed to the rims with turkey and bacon and ham and lettuce and tomatoes, and was absolutely wonderful as was their homemade potato salad. Saturday I stopped in with a friend for breakfast and had their sausage patty two eggs over easy and they're cottage fries again, everything was great. The sausage was done crispy around the edges. The eggs were cooked at Perfection and the cottage potatoes mixed with bell peppers and onion were yummy. Servers are friendly unhelpful not intrusive, but they seem to know just when you need them. The restaurant itself is quite quaint and cute inside with Lacey curtains and decor that remind you of a cottage or your favorite bed-and-breakfast. Five stars for breakfast and lunch and this will be on our new list of favorite places to eat

First off the place is super cute and has a home vibe, like you are having a meal at home. Very cute decor. The service is great and very friendly. I got the eggs breakfast with over medium eggs, country potatoes, and I got the biscuit. All was very good and cooked just right. Reasonably priced too. I will be back and try some of the french toast next time. Thank you.

Was surprised it had a second floor with a small deck and pretty decent views! Big place. Great Happy Hour Deals (half off drinks) and other specials. I haven't eaten breakfast there but the burger I'd put in the top 4 in Reno. It is giant diameter wise but the meat is the same amount of a smaller thicker burger which makes it no too hard to eat. I'd call this a Purist's Burger. Crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, sauce. They went really light on the sauce to the point I didn't think it had any. Fries were excellent too. Price is very reasonable (that's typical near a college.) I've tried Royce, Juicy's, and The Parlor. I'd put Archies below Royce and Parlor but above Juicy's. Two left on my list are Armando & Son's Butcher Shop and of course Beefy's.

We found parking right away. We noticed the large banner outside touting best burgers. Was craving fish and chips, buttttt decided to go with a burger. Ricardo was our server.. we were greeted as we were stepping through the door. Told to take a seat anywhere. Ricardo recommended "any" burger with a smile. I asked whether I should order onion rings or fries, he said order the Texas Toothpicks.. Combo of beer battered onions and jalapeños. Ok let's do this. Richard's must have checked in on us 5-7 times during our meal, great service! Actually we had an entire conversation about his service, friendly, efficient, quick, chatty, and gets the order right! Order Bloody Mary served with banana pepper, green olive and lime.. no salted rim, which is fine, missing salty component for me BECAUSE I LIKE SALT... Drink was GOOD. Bloody Mary and Corona brought icy cold within two minutes. Jalapeno burger and fries son loved his burger! Son felt his burger had appropriate amount of salt and great char crusting. Garlic butter burger and Texas Toothpicks which is beer battered onions and jalapeños. In my opinion this burger starts with the bread.. Delicious soft bun that actually fits the patty. The patty had a nice sear on it, it was under seasoned and almost well done. The burger was lacking salt component to complement the garlic. Had the burger been seasoned, and had I have ordered it medium rare, (my mistake) it would have been really good. The burger did come without condiments which I appreciate because I can put my own in appropriate amounts to my liking. I added a pinch of salt, no complaining and we were good to go! I didn't even eat 1/4 of my food! The burgers and portions were HUGE!! The Texas Toothpicks were really good, a good fry was achieved on them. They held up to being dipped in ranch. 1/2 order hot wings and fries The wings were ordered breaded and hot. They had a good crisp, and were fried appropriately! Good amount of salt. The fries were served super crispy, piping hot and perfectly salted. The order came with carrots and celery without having to ask. Ranch.. Ranch is a serious condiment in our household with food like this. It was good. An appropriate amount was served with wings, and of course for us fries and ranch go hand in hand. The restaurant was clean, all staff was friendly and great service!!!

They did my over-medium eggs perfectly, and the brisket was nice and smoky and also surprisingly lean. The braised greens on the side surprised me a little with the flavor at first--I thought it was a bit too salty, but the tang seemed to come from like a vinegar flavor or something, and it kind of grew on me. Went pretty well with the other parts of the meal. I have to admit I was a little surprised the biscuit was a bit dense and dry--still tasted fresh/made, just a bit off in terms of size and taste compared to the rest of the stuff on the plate. We also got the beignets, which came with a nice bourbon sauce, but sadly a few of them weren't cooked all the way through. The interior was very bright (lots of windows) and clean, and the service team behind the counter was very pleasant. Also, I thought the price was fantastic for the special--like $14.95-for a very satisfying and overall well-made meal. We'll be back to try other stuff on the menu.
