We would never have found this place without Yelp! My husband had a fasting doctors appointment so we were looking for a breakfast place near the office. This came up on Yelp, and off we went! It's tucked in a strip mall and it's small, so I doubt we would have found it without Yelp. The food was great. My husband had the steak and avocado omelette. It was huge, and it came with two pancakes as well! I had the breakfast with two eggs, bacon and hash browns, and the peach crepes. The service was great as well, and very friendly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that my "over medium" eggs were over easy, and they used canned peaches for the crepe - next time I'll order strawberry. The food was very traditional Salvadoran. Getting something Mexican was not a good idea because it really lacked in flavor. The rice was the best part though. And my partner said that the Jamaica was exactly how it should be made and was delicious because there was sugar in it. We won't be coming back, but it was okay to try something different. This place is a hidden gem. Cute little diner that also serves Salvadoran Food. I actually only come here for their pupusas but their breakfast items are just as delicious. I ordered the pupusas combo with Revueltas (Mix) with rice and beans as my sides. They were so good. My husband order the biscuits and gravy which came with sausage links, eggs, hash brown, and biscuits topped with gravy. Oh man, their biscuits were so soft and fluffy and their gravy so was good. This was a very cute café. There was a variety of things on the menu. We were helped right away and seated quickly. They also took our order quickly, and the food did not take long to come. The omelette was Delicious, some of the meat with a little chewy, but the rest was great. I was impressed that every omelette comes with three pancakes. We came here for lunch before a flight to Las Vegas since it was close to the airport. I was a little worried that we showed up only 45 minutes before closing but the staff was super friendly and did not mind at all. I ordered the eggs Benedict which was amazing and eggs were perfectly poached and hollandaise sauce was so creamy and perfectly tangy. Been going here for years and it remains a favorite for brunch. The service is always great and their retention of staff seems to be pretty good. The menu's got a lot of variety but some items are better than others. Chicken fried steak, burritos, pupusas, and chicken & waffles are usually what I order and it's always great. We've been on a Mexican food streak this weekend, a deviation from our typical Chinese restaurants when traveling with my parents. Maybe it's because I love watching my parents enjoy a cuisine I've grown to appreciate during my Los Angeles days. Maybe it's a subconscious response to the horrific actions taken against members of our immigrant communities in recent weeks. Here at D'licious, we felt at home immediately. The place was roomy with booths lining both sides and tables in the middle, but we were elbow to elbow with another party since they added an extra table to accommodate our larger group. My dad was excited to order the chicken fried steak, then changed his mind after seeing bowls of soup on other tables. The man next to him encouraged him to try the pata soup, and it didn't disappoint. Tripe is my dad's favorite, and he enjoyed every bite of the soup, commenting on how it wasn't at all gamey. My mom finished off the cow's foot, which she said was very tender and flavorful. The tortillas that accompanied the soup were freshly-made. Our party also had the chicken fried steak, veggie crepes, and pancake breakfast. The portions were more generous than depicted in the photos. The food was fresh, the chicken fried steak was the perfect amount of meat, batter and gravy, and the crepes loaded with veggies. We emptied our plates. On the kids menu, they have three breakfast options - chicken and waffles, Mickey Mouse pancakes, and an egg, breakfast meat and pancake plate. We got the chicken and waffles, which was perfect for a small child. The place was busy, but they worked quickly to serve each table. There were plenty of regulars here having soup, whole fried tilapia, and other items that were not on the menu, like large chicken drumsticks with rice. The restaurant itself is clean. Located in an older strip mall known as Moana Shopping Center, even the bathroom gets an A+. They take pride in their restaurant. In a country where so many immigrant kids grew up with others "yucking our yum," it was heartwarming to see my dad and the other man next to him exchange tidbits about the health benefits of eating pata sopa ("good for the joints"). They are located in a small strip mall near Atlantis Casino. Nice small but quaint restaurant. They are semi full and that's okay. We were seated immediately and Mariela was our waitress that took our order. I choose the Chicken Skillet that comes with a biscuit and gravy and I added jalapeños for the skillet. D'licious Caffe was formally Yesenias. If you follow my reviews, I loved Yesenias and their pupusas. I'm so happy they didn't close. Long story short, they were possibly closing or moving due to rent hike at their building. I'm glad they are still here. They changed their name, but their food is still good. I had brunch with friends last weekend. I had their steak and avocado omelet with dry english muffin. My friends had their Chilaquiles and a classic egg combo. Their salsa had great flavor and a kick; it was the perfect accompaniment to my steak and avocado omelet. I took a side home with my leftovers. My friends enjoyed their food and decent servings for the price. This place was packed with a wait. I'm glad we met early since it was the weekend. It was my post workout meal so I was there in a timely fashion. The dining room is as I remembered years ago, booths off to the side and tables in the center. It is impressive to see how fast they are when it comes to taking orders, bringing out meals, and cleaning. I have to admit there was a couple of un-homed folks sleeping near the entrance of the cafe which was a little disturbing :( but it's part of the area we were in. I wanted to offer each of them breakfast on me but both were sleeping and I didn't want to wake them up. Inside the cafe was nice and the service was good. It appeared to me to be a family run diner and the food and service reflected folks who deeply care about what they are doing.
