Half order of biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs. Yum.

This place is the place to go to for breakfast, the food is amazing, I ordered biscuits and gravy and egg and bacon, and the husband ordered an omelette, and the food was awesome and the service was great! They have the best biscuits and gravy, delicious!

The twice-baked scramble is still my favorite go-to breakfast or lunch form here. It comes with a side. I often choose to top it with hashbrowns. It is so scrumptious this way. This time, I opted to get a bowl of fresh fruit. It is packed full of potatoes, bacon, cheese, and green onions. I prefer to have my potatoes extra crispy. I love to get over-easy eggs and have the egg yolks run into the potatoes. It is a creamy lucscious bite. Being that it was a Sunday, we got a reservation through Yelp. I highly recommend doing this. We had a party of 5 and had a short wait of about 15 minutes. We all got something different. Our waitress made sure that my grandson got his meal first. He is three, and toddlers have a hard time waiting. She found out he loved strawberries and made sure he got more of them in his bowl. Service was wonderful, and we all had a great time.

An absolutely enjoyable experience! It was my family's 1st time here, but we will definitely come back again the next time we're in the area. The family wanted brunch and this place was close by and dog friendly. We sat at an outside table (with our dog in a carrier) as a party of 6 and water and cups were promptly brought out and drink orders instantly placed. Our server was Kaitlyn (spelling may be wrong) but she was very attentive and patient and answered our questions. The food portions were huge and most of us took home leftovers. Food was tasty, except for the spuds (they were crispy and lovely but lacked flavor). However, everything else was a hot i ordered the Garth sandwich and it was delicious! All in all a lovely experience. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, since it's a shared parking lot with tons of businesses, but it was manageable. The outside seating was also on the sidewalk, so close to the parking lot, but still comfy.

Great food and the best service. Came here after shopping on a Saturday. Bust as usual, about at a 20 minute, not bad. Service was great, very personable server with great suggestions. Always entertaining art, graphics on walls. Great location.

Love coming here! Food is amazing and just a short walk away from home. Got the pitcher of mimosa and did not realize it was 2 bottles of champagne! Tony and Miguel are the best servers around and really know how to take care of their patrons. My go to is the Lake Taco omelet. Don't sleep on this place if you never been folks

Neat place with lots of personality inside. Great service and immediately greeted and seated. It's kind of a smaller place but you're not too close to people around you. Food was good! Drinks were good. Felt a little expensive but I would definitely come back to try more.

Huge tasty portions served by a wonderfully cheerful, caring(!) and friendly staff all working in perfect harmony. I love the cozy intimate yet casual vibe here. Big menu of breakfast and lunch favorites to choose from. Our choices this visit: The Spanish Flay Omelette (9/10) I usually try the terrific "Bomb Bacon Benny" whenever I am at a Squeeze In, but this time I went for the "Spanish Flay" Omelet. This creation was inspired by Season 7, Episode 10 of "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" when the celebrity cook paid a visit to Squeeze In. This "Spanish Flay" omelet came packed with a moderately spicy chorizo, sliced red bell peppers, potatoes, paprika and enough cheese inside to be able to execute a couple of "cheese pulls" as I devoured it. The accompanying Tomato Pesto sauce was perfect on the omelet. Ask for more! :) The sides of home fries were totally on point.. tender with a slightly crispy crust and not burnt. The default side of sliced toasted sourdough was almost perfect. I forgot to tell them to leave the butter on the side for that. Southwest Chicken Salad: (9/10) Fresh and healthy with a decent amount of sliced chicken breast. It comes with olives, so subtract that before ordering if that isn't your taste. Balsamic Vinaigrette was perfect with this. Getting Here: This Squeeze In is located in the strip mall right behind the bright red Wells Fargo sign at the corner of Sparks Blvd and Disc Drive. Plenty of parking, no problem! Look for the whimsical Area 51/Alien UFO mascot out in front of the main entrance that faces Sparks Blvd. Had a great time here! We'll definitely be back anytime we are close by..

Everything was amazing Food Service Ambiance If you want a good homemade homestyle breakfast and not such a crowded restaurant this place to be super close to shopping malls only 10mins from my resort .... Thanks to Tony very respectful and polite.

Came here for breakfast with family. The staff were so accommodating to set up a location in the back for my family since we had a dog. The set up a table with chairs and an umbrella to block out some sun. The area was clean and prepared well. Kaitlyn, our server, was so nice and accommodating. The food came quickly and the food was delicious. It was a great size. We enjoyed ourselves.

The Boss Babe Burger with avocado, Swiss cheese, bacon and egg. A side of regular seasoned French fries

The food was absolutely delicious. I went here for my birthday and this place definitely felt special. It was my first time going here and will NOT be my last. The Boss Babe burger was so good words can't describe. The flavor was great, texture and temperature was perfect. The fries were well seasoned and crunchy. The service was amazing, attentive and respectful. And the ambiance is so unique, fun, vibrant and different. Standing out as a restaurant.

Just this past weekend I had a chance to visit Los Altos and it did not disappoint. The ambiance felt vaguely familiar, similar to another breakfast spot closer in town, but regardless I was hungry. The wait was about 15 minutes for a party of two. We waited inside what appeared to be a busy Saturday morning with families coming in to get their fix. I'm feeling sweet and savory today. A Tres Leches French toast combo with bacon, scrambled eggs and country style potatoes. Fritzie W. loves her eggs benedict. Almost any flavor, any style, covered in a salsa de verde for her Los Altos bene. Man, the flavors. The French toast was delicious, the tres leches sauce, wasn't too sweet, but just enough to let you know it means business. So good. You can't go wrong with eggs, bacon and potatoes. Fritzie's let me try her Benedict it was really good, prepared right--flavorful, savory. After parking, there were two doors/exits. We came in from the side and had to walk around to the front. There were a lot of people so we got on the waitlist. There is plenty of space inside to sit and wait. It's a lot larger on the inside than I expected with many tables so the wait was not too long. Once we were seated, we got our drink orders in and the server came to greet us. They had a lot on the menu so it took a bit to look through everything. I got the pancake combo and it was good. They gave me scrambled eggs instead of over medium eggs, and the server was quick to get the kitchen to make the correct eggs. I would love to try other items on the menu because it all looks really good. The atmosphere was decorated for Christmas, and there was a mural on the wall. It felt very cozy like you're being welcomed into someone's home for a meal. It does get very loud since they have so many tables and it is all one large open space. To pay, we go up to the counter. Overall, I am glad we found this place! The service and food were good. Definitely will come back and try other items on the menu.

The French Toast came with eggs, bacon, and country sausage for additional $3. French Toast was standard but the country sausage was special. Two sausage patties that look like small hamburger patties; soo good. Best sausage I've had; combo of slight sweetness, saltiness and peppery. I first heard about it when Esquire magazine proclaimed it to be the best breakfast in America. To quote the writer: "served in a skillet the diameter of a small umbrella". Obviously, there is a soft spot in my heart and nostalgia about that location, but due to it's smaller size and popularity, we decided to drive over to Sparks and check out this other Peg's (they have 5 locations now in total in the Reno metro area). Placed in the strip mall with ample parking, Sparks location is much bigger than the OG Sierra St., but not less busy. We probably got lucky , since they had two open tables, and were seated right away. A minute later, there was already a wait list. When it comes to Peg's I always order the same thing-Huevos Rancheros skillet with the side of bacon. If I was not super-hungry, this meal might have been enough for 2 and comes with all the fixings: hash browns, coleslaw, beans, pico, and a slice of fruit. Esquire article still holds true after all these years: Peg's might still be the best breakfast in the country. Add that coffee is always piping hot and refilled quickly, service quick and efficient, and it's hard to chose another place for breakfast in Northern Nevada. The only thing that could make it better is is to have a bloody mart to pair with the skillet, but there are plenty places nearby for that. Needles to say...until next time.

The cheese wasn't fully melted (and there was a ton of it in addition to the generous amount on top). The omelet was very oily inside, and quality control wasn't there as I found 1.) a random cilantro leaf inside and 2.) a spot of some brown goop that I'm hoping was just pan fond from possibly using a pan that was previously used to cook something else (like fajitas possibly?).... My toast was also not up to par. The wheat bread was dry and a bit brittle and the toast wasn't warm. The butter (or butter substitute?) had not melted in and was just sitting on top like a paste. Our food came out at different times too so I'd recommend if you are there with a group not doing the typical wait-for-everyone's-food-to-arrive-before-eating type of thing. The service felt mixed. Several different people came by often enough (to check for coffee refills, etc.) but some were not warm and did not greet us with a smile. That didn't feel very welcoming. The ambiance isn't impressive. The outside signage doesn't look very good just thrown on top of some older beat up golden arches, but at least the inside looked like it was flipped. I did like that the tables felt spaced out enough that I didn't feel like a server could risk bumping into me with a tray like I have felt at some busier restaurants where the tables are more tight. And random, but I did notice some Hawaiian music was playing as we entered through the set of double doors (perhaps a nod to the previous restaurant?). Overall I might give Jacks a chance again as it seemed to be a standard breakfast place (and I liked that there was no wait for our party of 6 on a Friday morning during spring break) but I will not be ordering a omelet again.

I waited 39 more minutes and had to leave, I am hypoglycemic, and I really needed some food. I came to Jack's just so I can get some food in my stomach. It is not extremely loud here. The conversations can be heard, but they are very low key. This place is closer to my house too. I do love the food at the other place, and their menu. However, the service of that location is the worst I have ever seen here in Reno at any restaurant. Especially since I was made to feel like it was my fault that they had not asked me what I wanted for breakfast, after giving me coffee... I will definitely be back here at Jack's as often as possible! It's five minutes from my home and I don't have to drive as far as I did today to try to get something to eat and expect decent service! This is my second time here at Jack's, and I am blown away. I will not be traveling very far going forward.! I will stick to the other three locations of the franchised restaurant that I usually go to for a meal, but never again the one mentioned in the above comments! Jack's feels like a family, hometown, relaxing, and a customer service friendly place to come for a meal! I apologize for comparing the two, but I think it has to be said because I am blown away by how well I was taken care of here at Jacks, after an hour and a half, well... almost 2 hours after waiting at the other place! To squeeze in, I won't be going back to your location, but the other three here in Reno area are amazing and really disappointing me but Jack's made it all better for me today as I made it through over 2 hours of needing something to eat, they took care of me here at Jack's and now my blood sugar levels are where whether they're supposed to be! There honestly wasn't one thing I didn't enjoy. It's a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area, but they do have plenty of parking, which makes it easier once you get there. The staff was friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We came in with a large group of eight, and while it's typically a self-seating setup, they went out of their way to help us find a table that could fit everyone and made the whole experience seamless. I would absolutely recommend stopping by for breakfast or lunch and definitely don't skip the baked goods after.

We had been looking for a new place to try for brunch and Josef's on Plumb was suggested to us by a…read morefriend, who joined us for a mid-morning Sunday brunch. We sat ourselves per their request, with lots of options for seating (high and low 2-tops, low 4- to 6-tops, and patio seating), and were brought some menus shortly thereafter. We requested some waters and asked the server about some of the menu items, which she was incredibly helpful with. We put in our drink orders and finally decided on some food items to order (lots of great breakfast and lunch options to choose from), which our food order was take by a different server. Our food and drinks were brought out by separate food/drink runners while our server(s) were helping with other tables. The food and drinks were delicious! We had some vanilla lattes, a breve latte, and tried the green apple mimosa, made with fresh squeezed green apple juice - a unique and refreshing option for a mimosa! The mixed berry crepes were large and filled with berries and whipped cream. The smoked salmon Benedict was incredibly flavorful with the charred asparagus, sautéed spinach, poached eggs, hollandaise, balsamic drizzle, and capers atop brioche bread. The waffles were quite simple but still yummy. Unfortunately, our server(s) did not come back to check on us and we had to flag someone down for more water and for our check after our plates had been cleared for quite some time. This was the only downside we experienced on this visit, but look forward to coming back with hopefully more attentive service.
