Squeeze In Sparks is a 5 Star foodie brunch treasure. Such a very cool atmosphere in this lovely eclectic restaurant. Breakfast was off the chart excellent! Service was fantastic and prices fair. I signed my name on the wall with sharpies that were provided and then took a selfie. I now have a little part of me on the wall. I ordered a Veggie Omelet with melted cheddar cheese avocados and extra tomatoes. I loved the food, I loved the decor. My friends and I caught brunch here before leaving the area and it was a good breakfast spot. The alien, space themed was amusing and the good itself was fine overall. There were a couple of vegan options/items that could be made vegan friendly. I went with their Southwest Bowl ($14.49) and chose their beyond sausage and tofu as my included proteins. The bowl was intended to be served on a bed of greens along with a side of salsa. While my server Ellie was on it, the kitchen staff messed up my order on two accounts. They did not include the pico so my food looked very bland, and it wasn't until I started digging in that I realize there was no tofu either (as promised as a complimentary substitution for eggs in the bowl). I essentially didn't get my full order until after flagging Ellie down twice to ask about my bowl, but she was able to get me these items without issue. So I appreciate her help but it really shouldn't have been so many mistakes just on the first go-around. Food was also supposed to be light on the salt but it definitely was a bit saltier than I had hoped. It's likely the kitchen staff being busy and being unable to accommodate everything, but the minor 'mistakes' and details do impact one's experience. Service is top notch in this eclectic looking, local breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. The lobby and dining area are covered in stickers and signatures from guests past. The menu is creative and has a nice variety of options for everyone. They do have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Very heavy on the vegetarian options but I do wish they had more vegan options like a tofu scramble or mung bean egg to make omelettes. read more

Uriah to the rescue! I took my wife out for an early birthday breakfast at the Sparks, Squeeze In location. I ordered the Queen Maggie, because I love French toast and the description and picture on the menu had my mouth watering. I ordered the Queen maggie, breakfast pork sausage, and coffee. We had a great server in a young man name Uriah. My ordered arrived and the Maggie looked better than the menu's description. I was anxiously anticipating cutting a big hunk of my French toast. My brain's interpretation of what my taste buds relayed to it was a burst of disappointment. Room temperature, pre- made(?) , made from bread heels, hard, chewy, cold texture. Uriah came to the rescue. He heard me out as I related to him my disappoinment. Without hesitation, he asked me if he could replace it with something else. Attempting to satsfied my craving for something sweet, I asked for a pancake replacement. Uriah was on it. Within 5 minutes I had a very scrumptious, satisfying pancake. Uriah saved the day. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her bacon loaded avocado toast breakfast. Uriah received a handsome tip, he deserves a 5 star rating for his attitude, service, and friendly demeanor. This was such a happy find! Drove 15 minutes out of downtown Reno and it was worth it! Service was great! Nothing overwhelming.. drinks stayed refilled and they were quick. Ambiance has this funky fun vibe with random things all around the restaurant with writings all over. Food was great! Portions, taste and price! Love this place, live around the corner so I've literally have been coming here since the day it opened. I'm an Egghead! If you're looking for a unique and delicious place to eat, this is it! Especially if you have little ones. Recently they have shortened their menu, which makes it easier to choose what you want and they definitely kept all the favorites. I wish the prices would stop going up, but ya can't stop inflation. Tony was our server and he was awesome and made it a very warm and comfortable visit. Every time I come here, I add to the wall decor with some graffiti. My usual is their perfect French toast with bananas and strawberries but this time I saw something I've never seen before and it was the Chipotle Benny. Omg YUM!!! I decided to order through the app to-go for breakfast this morning and was very disappointed. I had ordered two simple meals and asked for only one thing to be different which was to have crispy hash browns. When I got the food I could instantly tell they slightly cooked it to get a kinda char look on the top of the potatoes but everything in the middle and underneath was still raw and undercooked. I had to pull out a pan and start cooking the potatoes because it was either that or throwing away food! This is just very disappointing because overall squeeze in is not a budget friendly restaurant by any means. I could've gotten two eggs, a piece of bacon and hashbrowns somewhere else for half the price ($16) and it would probably be way better cooked than what I got! read more

If you need extra savory, the mushroom or tomato sauces that go with the omelets usually take care of that need. If you've ever been to any of the Squeeze In locations, you'd know or see that the place is eclectic - mismatched tables and chairs, bicycles and skateboards and other hangable items hung from the ceiling, and walls covered with customers' names, sentiments, stickers, etc. It is a feast for your eyes! While I was in Reno I ate at Squeeze In for breakfast. It was a good breakfast choice. They had a lot of o Leyte varieties and a lot of different choices. They have corn tortillas as a bread substitute if you are GF. I am GF so I went with the Racy Tracy which is 4 eggs with sautéed mushrooms, smoked applewood bacon, and Monterrey Jack cheese and topped with avocado. I got the spudz as my side. You also get to choose a sauce. I couldn't decide between the cheese and the tomato pesto so they brought me both. I was very happy with my meal. The omelette was excellent. I liked that the potato's didn't have any crazy spices on them. They were just potatoes. They did have melted cheese on them and I added the rest of the cheese sauce and dipped them in the pesto sauce. The omelette had a great taste. It is a lot of food. Two people can easily share. Ambience is good, louder volume and more crowded because of popularity. Busy, high-stim deco adds to the "noise"/bustle. Tables are smaller so elbow room only and bigger customers will be scrunched together, especially when all the plates of food come out. Service is friendly, and the staff includes lasses with nice a55es so that is a plus. They text you when you're up on the wait list, and paying the bill is easy as well. Food is really good with plenty variety so there will be something for everyone in the fam. Fully Loaded avocado toast is incredible and generous with bacon. OJ tastes store bought so I'd skip that. Huge parking lot but sometimes because of the adjacent businesses fill up quickly. read more

Horrible service. Actually I don't think I can even say that. We weren't serviced at all. Stood at the front without be acknowledged for close to 10 minutes (it was NOT busy. Plenty of open tables). Finally got seated and sat there for probably 15 minutes (I wish I was exaggerating) without a single person coming up to us. A man that was seated the same time as us already had a drink and food and not once did a waiter come up to us. We finally left. Who ever the two waiters were this morning shouldn't be in the service industry. Absolutely insane. I've never experienced anything like that. I placed a delivery order through the Squeeze in-app. They use a third party app, however, noone ever delivered it. Even though the Squeeze-in App said delivered. I called Squeeze in and spoke with Miguel who was MORE than helpful trying to fix the situation. However, using a third party caused a HUGE fiasco. Miguel and I agreed to just having myself or my boyfriend pick up the order. One doordash driver showed up and canceled the order. Then another door dash driver showed up an hour later. Noone has access to doordash to cancel the order (the restaurant or myself). I think doordash causes more of an issue than anything for the customer as well as the employees at the location. This is no one's fault, but technology. I appreciate Miguel for doing what he could for us, but in my personal opinion I feel like maybe just an order online for pick-up only on their new app... like the previous rewards app had would be best. It would avoid fiascos like this. Ya'll are my favorite breakfast spit.... I'll keep returning, but moving forward, I'll be placing orders for pick up or eating in the restaurant. Was in the area for breakfast so of course the first thought that came to mind was Squeeze In. This time I had chocolate milk with Heidi's Veggie Benny. First the chocolate milk was delicious! Rich and creamy taste. It's so annoying going to a place where they simply put some syrup in a glass of milk. I'm a lover for Benedicts so I enjoyed the Veggie Benny.
