I'm a big lover of good Chilaquiles and Gloria's does not disappoint. Fully loaded with so much flavor. The staff very friendly and quick to get my food out to me. The French toast was really sweet and delicious really enjoyed the taste. Overall experience was great. Nice place for breakfast and lunch.

Small local eatery with big Spanish influence with the classic breakfast favorites as well. Small diner but quick turn arounds, food was great quality and portions. Service was great and our server was on top of it! Def a local jem in the back street district and highly recommended.

Charming Mexican restaurant with super cute decor. Easy access parking lot w lots of spots. I really enjoyed the eggs Benedict. My husband got the Macho Macho Chorizo plate and it was huge. Definitely shareable, as well as the chilaquiles plate. The chilaquiles were a bit soggy towards the end since they were served over whole black beans, it all mixed together more than I'd like. Next time I'd skip adding chorizo, since it changed the flavor of the plate entirely. The horchata latte was amazing. Great spot overall!l and the owner was very nice. Be sure to stop in a give Gloria's a try.

Went for the first time on a Sunday morning to catch up with my gal pal--and it did not disappoint. I've known about Gloria's for ages and because of its off the beaten path location, it took me too long to get here! At 9 am on a Sunday we had no issue getting a table, but by 10 am there was a wait. The horchata latte was so tasty! The monte cristo and chorizo Benedict was a spicy, salty and sweet combo. Service was super friendly! It's a casual vibe with big flavor. I'll definitely be back!

Wow so delicious! The huevos rancheros had above normal heat, but it was just right. Perfect service by Marina as well. If you're in Reno and need a fantastic breakfast, go to Gloria's Cafe. The crowds don't lie.

Tiny hole in the wall breakfast spot we stopped at. The staff was kind and quick. They have no to indoor and outdoor seating. We got there on Sunday at around 9am and we were seated right away. The portion sizes for everything were great. We even had to get boxes because we couldn't finish. The fries had a good flavoring. The French toast had plenty of fruit on top. I would get it all again.

Monte Cristo , my Friend ordered this she was it delicious looks amazing! Great on presentation!

So let me start off with saying ! Super super Hot day! We went in for brunch around 11 am and I wish we could have been sitting inside some air conditioning! But also being so small inside you could feel the heat from the kitchen and all the bodies inside, which also didn't help much , but probably better than outside 100° , but it still would have been nice inside instead of outside , "maybe some fans with mist would of helped more ! Maybe look into that guys! Just saying might help! Now my review! super quaint establishment, first time going, I heard a lot of great reviews, but let me say this I heard the horchata lattes are sooo good, I have to say it was not sweet enough and I was expecting some whip cream and a little bit more to the drink, so not my favorite, sorry , now I wanted so bad to try the chilaquiles! The portions are insane! So definitely worth your money ! But I will say the taste was okay , and I would rather have my own chilaquiles instead, I know there's so many other plates that look amazing ! And I will definitely try maybe others dishes next time and hoping for more flavors but mine tasted very bland. Now service! Hands down the young men ! So sweet ! So kind ! So helpful since I am on crutches and big brace from my injury! they went out of their way to make sure I was okay and comfortable! A+ on service !!!! Didn't wait more than 15 mins which is always super full yet very small restaurant. So here's my review! Yes definitely go and try and you will get your moneys worth ! In Food! And service phenomenal, And yes maybe you will love it! Not that I didn't but I must be super honest ! Nothing bad Gloria's cafe is a good brunch place , and just give them a try you might end up loving it!

Great place for breakfast! Service is kind. They have breakfast favorites from omelettes to huevos rancheros. Busy on the weekends.

We would have never known about this hidden local gem if it wasn't recommended by our friends Would have never found it ancestral it's kinda in a hidden area. Cute little dinner with inside and outside seating area. Definitely was packed but wait went quick. The staff were nice and welcoming with 1st timer recommendations. The food came out quick and was hot which made it even better since we were outside. Everyone's dish was amazing in taste, portion, flavor, presentation and smelled delicious. I think we have found our new local spot. If your in Reno and looking for something me to try check out Gloria's Cafe.

Outside the entrance. You get to Dickerson by heading West on 2nd Street from Keystone, then just keep going.

Took the truck to CoAuto next door (good place!) and stopped in for breakfast. We had eaten here some years ago and it is still good. The service was fast and friendly. The decide is comfortable.

Had been here one other time and had enjoyed it very much and been meaning to come back. Today we did it. We got there just as they opened, so greeted right away and seated. Fresh coffee, which was quite good. Took a minute for me to decide because it all sounded good, husband made a quick decision on the breakfast burrito. This was quite different for us , he normally takes time and Im the quick decider. I finally decided on the Chicken Fried steak. The meat was nice and tender and the gravy was unique and quite flavorful. The burrito had a nice little bit of heat to it with out taking away from all the other flavors inside, like the chorizo. We enjoyed our return trip.

Amazing food and service! We will be back now that we know about this place. The chorizo in the omelette is homemade

Really great quality big plates. Friendly service and clean inside. A bit out of the way for a normal place to go for me but worth the effort. Can't wait to go back and try the Mexican dishes

Do you still have your special lobster benedict?

Last time I was there, I think they had crab cake Benedict as a special. I'd call them and check.

Until this 4th of July weekend (250/2026) we had never heard of Archie's. It was recommended to us and we stopped in on Sunday the 5th for lunch on our way out of town. What an amazing choice. I ordered their bacon cheese burger. Guess what? It was GIANT. It was delicious. It was perfect. Comes with fries but I got onion rings. The onion rings were perfect too. Largest order of rings I have ever seen. The burger (1/2 Lb I think!!) had nice thick bacon in every bite, two large and fresh slices of tomato, a big old slab of an onion slice, mayo and lettuce. I can't remember if there were pickles. It was the best burger and onion rings I have eaten in at least ten years, maybe 20. We will be back, EVERY time we are in town from now on. I can't recommend this place enough. Special shout out to David, our server. This guy made no mistakes. Laughed at all my stupid dad jokes, was attentive, patient while my companions changed their minds 36 times, and was friendly too. Says it was only his 2nd day on the job, but I wish he had been working for us at our restaurant (Hokkaido Noodle House) in Sacramento. He is a pro already, give him reasons to keep working for you boss. Don't worry, we won't steal him from you, we are retired and closed our joint 10 years ago. Rock on Archie's! You have earned a few new fans today.

Was surprised it had a second floor with a small deck and pretty decent views! Big place. Great Happy Hour Deals (half off drinks) and other specials. I haven't eaten breakfast there but the burger I'd put in the top 4 in Reno. It is giant diameter wise but the meat is the same amount of a smaller thicker burger which makes it no too hard to eat. I'd call this a Purist's Burger. Crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, sauce. They went really light on the sauce to the point I didn't think it had any. Fries were excellent too. Price is very reasonable (that's typical near a college.) I've tried Royce, Juicy's, and The Parlor. I'd put Archies below Royce and Parlor but above Juicy's. Two left on my list are Armando & Son's Butcher Shop and of course Beefy's.

Brunch is all day on Sundays however they do have a lunch menu starting at 12pm, so we ordered from each menu. The ahi nachos were great, thick pieces of tuna and a great sauce drizzled over. When we arrived, every table was full, so we grabbed seats at the bar. It turned out to be a great spot to watch the bartenders create beautiful drinks, including some of their signature cocktails served in a glass purse for parties of two or more. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with groups celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. After looking over the menu, we decided on the lox crostini bites and the bruschetta. We each ordered a glass of sparkling wine. I added a chocolate rim to mine, which was fun to look at, although it didn't add much flavor. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed watching the flowing chocolate waterfall. Considering how busy the bar was, our food arrived quickly. The crostini were crisp, and both appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The only drawback was the volume of the DJ, but we knew what to expect as soon as we walked through the door. This is definitely a fun place for parties and groups looking for a lively night out. One last observation: I probably wouldn't choose this spot for a group of men. The décor and overall vibe are very much geared toward women, but the name says it all.

Pine State hails from Oregon originally, and the space feels like Portland or NorCal transported to Nevada. Cool, hip and funky. I was excited to have a chance to try the Veggie Reggie, being a vegetarian, biscuits and gravy a usually off limits for me. This one features a vegan breakfast patty, soy bacon, and Tillamook cheddar topped with shiitake mushroom gravy - so it was on! The Reggie came out quickly and looked amazing! Huge and oh-so decadent. I got there right at opening and I think the staff were still getting into the swing of the day, because my gravy was pretty cold, which was a disappointment - and probably muted the flavor a bit. I also appreciated the early am fine cup of coffee.

Unfortunately, we were stuck back in the rear corner of the building on this visit. The vibes back there are not nearly as nice as the up-front dining. Service was still good even though we were out of view of the main dining area. We started with the cauliflower appetizer. Very well cooked, perfectly tender, and the Calabrian chili oil was perfect for adding some spice. We then ordered entrees, which included the duck duo and a Caesar salad. The Caesar is nothing to write home about. It's fresh and from scratch, but it's just a Caesar. The duck duo came with both duck confit and duck breast. The duck confit was unreal. So tender and so flavorful. The duck breast was a bit tough for my liking, but I really enjoyed the sauce they used on the dish. Most of all, I was shocked by how good the dessert was. We ordered the cast-iron chocolate cake, and it was unbelievable. The sauce that bubbles away in the hot cast iron was spooned onto the rich cake and topped with vanilla ice cream. Nothing better!
