Hot Latte & Iced Americano
Helen L.

Food: I got their latte and iced americano. Both drinks were solid! I loved how roasty their americano is! Service: The staff was super friendly! When we walked in, a male staff asked if it was our first time there. Indeed it was. He gave us a quick breakdown of the menu as well as their seasonal drinks. The drinks also came out fairly quick. Ambiance: It was such a chill coffee shop. Plenty of indoor seating and they had a couple chairs outside as well. They also have a section for their merch, which I would was pretty cute.

One of my ALL TIME favorite coffee shops, and they have a location in South Reno! I don't have pictures of all the drinks, but trust me on my following recommendations: the Pines Latte (both hot and iced) with oat milk, the cappuccino, espresso, cortado, cold brew, and americanos, ALL are wonderful! The sweeter taste of the coffee really just hits, and their coffee is always brewed to perfection, and has helped me through a lot of tough mornings and beating the mid-day slump at work. I also adore the staff, they're always so accommodating and helpful. They also care about each drink they craft! Additionally, the shop is so cozy, clean, and a nice place to study, work, or hang out with friends. I highly recommend Drink Coffee Do Stuff, try out their drinks, it's worth it all!

Lavender latte (iced)

This is such a cute little spot! I had been here before when it was Bibo's and thought it was great then as well. It's a perfect spot for a coffee shop! First, let's start with the coffee. I ordered and iced lavender latte. It was so good! Not perfume-y, just the right amount of lavender taste. The only thing I didn't like is that I was picking little pieces of lavender out of my mouth every once in a while since they garnish the drink with real lavender. Next, the food- I ordered one of the bagel sandwiches with eggs & avocado on an everything bagel. It was okay. Not a lot of flavor. I came here after working out so I was really hungry, but it's not something I would get again. Finally, the service was great!!! The staff were so kind and welcoming. I also really like the merchandise they sell. I may have to go back to another lavender latte and some merch!

This is just for the bagel sandwiches! We didn't get any drinks. We came for breakfast and got exactly what we needed! The bagel sandwiches are yummy and filling. The vibes inside are super cozy, and there's plenty of room inside and outside! Service was good and fairly quick too! It's in a good spot and you can walk down to the lake after (you won't be able to access the beach though cause it's a private area haha).

In my opinion, it's just a typical coffee shop. I do like how they remodeled a lot of it and finally fixed that front door. They have some neat and unique lattes on the menu. Quite pricey, I think our 16 ounce latte was $11. The barista's were fine, but to be honest coming straight from church with our toddler, we thought they were a little underdressed for the public on a Sunday at a coffee shop. This isn't a bar but it's 2025 so what do I know? I liked some of the apparel on the swag rack and I'm thinking I'll have to go back and buy one of those hats. That's all.

Good coffee-they also have lavender lattes-a decent selection of prepackaged breakfast pastries, muffins and bagels. Plenty of seating inside and outside in the back. Does get busy fast though with a line out the door and there was only one person staffed at 8am during the weekday. Even though there was only one person on staff though, he made enough time to add a cute heart foam design on my drink. Overall clean establishment and easy parking.

Salmon Lox, Caramel iced latte

First time trying DCDS despite hearing about them for sometime now. Plenty of seating and tables inside for working or catching up with friends. I ordered a iced latte to go with the lox bagel and both were great! The lox bagel includes capers and pickled onions that complement the tenderness of the salmon. Definitely recommend if you're shopping within the area and need a quick bite.

Good coffee a bit on the pricier side. Friendly service. My favorite is the brown sugar and spice latte. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to study :)

Came here for a nice coffee date and it was so quiet and beautiful to sit here on the patio and enjoy my iced Pines Latte and Prisciutto+Pistachio Toast, The customer service was so friendly and personable. The drinks are delish with it not being overly sweet and smooth coffee flavors!

Can we talk about how cool the name of this coffee shop 'DRINK COFFEE DO STUFF' are you kidding me!? How cool is that! It tickles my past inner twenties for some reason. I don't remember much the last coffee place that was here, only gone once and all I can remember was that it didn't give me the chill vibe that this now new coffee does; filled with more decors and the total ambiance of college/work style. I'm a mom and I can totally just go here to hangout with my kiddos to chill with them and sip. The people who took my order and made my matcha latte, their names are Olivia and Calvin (didn't ask how to spell their names exactly) and they're super friendly and welcoming. I asked if they were the owners and were not so Calvin gave me some background of the owners and told me some stories regarding the raw pictures that are displayed on the walls which I thought were pretty neat. Calvin and Olivia were easy going to talk to and also asked questions regarding my daughter's ballet next door, overall just awesome people to chat with that fit this coffee place's vibe. Hope you catch them if you ever plan on going here. I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla syrup to give it some sweetness to it. I'm a matcha lover, and this matcha latte that I got here had a bold taste, a positive taste. The syrup wasn't overpowering the matcha and I can still taste the hint of bitter to it which I like, so I can tell the matcha powder that they're using is good quality. And Olivia is the one who did the design that's shown on the picture and it's super cute! If you need to study, make business arrangements, etc. this place is the place to sip and chill. It's my first time and didn't disappoint me.

The staff here are great. They work hard, smile, have great personalities, and are helpful. The coffee shop itself is cute with some high top counter areas at the front and back windows, merchandise, great menu options, tables, and lounge seating plus outdoor seating when the weather is nice. I brought some friends because they love trying local area coffee places. We really enjoyed it here. I would come back for sure.

We have been to the one in Tahoe and liked it. Appreciate that we have one down here as well. My kiddos loved the pasteries. One had the banana bread and the other had the almond toast. Both could not finish. The seating area is spacious. We would have sat outside, but I didnt want to have the kiddos getting wet. We love going early morning before it gets super crowded. I always just get a latte with whole milk. My favorite. Staff members are so sweet and helped me figure out what would be good for the kiddos. They are super patient as well.

This little coffee shop is nestled in the south creek shopping center in south reno! When you walk in, it is very warm and welcoming accented with wood finishes with windows in the front and in the back of the shop. You're immediately greeted by the baristas happy to take your order. They have a variety of food and drink options from coffee to tea to baked items and smoothies! They also have gluten free options! I've tried their coffees and the coffee is light in flavor as I'm usually used to stronger coffee flavors. I love that they also have seasonal drinks, so I always look forward to seeing the change in specials with the change in weather!

Everything is lavender and purple, which happens to be my favorite color, so it already feels like home. I always order the same thing: an Americano with oat milk. It's smooth, rich, and never bitter, and the oat milk makes it perfectly creamy without feeling heavy. They make it right every single time. And I have to give a special shoutout to Sara. She is so sweet and always remembers my order, which makes it feel even more personal and welcoming. That kind of consistency and kindness really stands out. The vibe here is everything. The music is great, the energy is warm, and it's such a peaceful place to sit, think, journal, or meet up with someone. It's clean, beautifully designed, and you can tell they truly care about the experience. First of all their logo is super cute and I love all the purple..my favorite color..lol.. the first thing you see when you walk in is the purple food truck painted on the wall around the window you order at and then the big wall on the right of the door where people have signed it when visiting. We walked up to the window and were greeted nicely by 2 staff members.. they explained their seasonal drink and answered any questions we had..they were both so nice. I got a warm chai with regular milk. Temp was good but it did lack flavor. I could barely taste anything like the Chai or cinnamon. My fiancee got their seasonal drink. It was a spin on Dubai chocolate but made with white chocolate. My fiancee LOVED it! I tried it too and it was pretty good. Im just happy she liked it. Cute place with good vibes and friendly staff. We will be coming back and I will be trying the chai again.

It would not be out of place in a three-Michelin-star dining room. He roasts every batch himself over a wood fire, feeding a beautiful old roaster with logs he chops by hand. His espresso blends are composed with a level of precision that feels almost synesthetic. Ask him what he is aiming for and he will describe the roast in shapes: how wide the base should be, whether it tapers or flares, how many sides the finished polygon has. I have stood there listening, fascinated, with no real idea what he is talking about, then tasted the cup and understood anyway. Important to know: this is not a coffee shop. There is no barista counter. It is a modest storefront and warehouse, and if you stop by you will likely see Tim at the roaster, stoking the fire. The aroma is arresting from the street. That wood fire imparts a signature note that sets his coffee apart. It does not turn smoky in the jerky sense. It reads as a gentle campfire thread running through the cup, adding warmth and dimension without heaviness. Since moving away from Reno I miss these beans enough that I cave and pay the shipping. If you order Priority Mail, the bags arrive right in the early sweet spot of their drinkability window, perfect for dialing in extraction. If you know your way around a grinder and an espresso machine, get these beans. Tim Curry is an amazing craftsman making world-class coffee, one hand-roasted batch at a time.
