Could have had a bit more flavoring but the coffee flavor was rich. Milk alternatives are available. Smaller sized bags of beans are available for testing at home. We bought 3 and the flavor notes were spot on for the Noir and Italian Roast. Clean and refresh g to sit at a table and watch the interaction of other guests. Most were regulars and all were treated as if they were important! Have enjoyed the beans at home so back we will go to get more!

First of all their logo is super cute and I love all the purple..my favorite color..lol.. the first thing you see when you walk in is the purple food truck painted on the wall around the window you order at and then the big wall on the right of the door where people have signed it when visiting. We walked up to the window and were greeted nicely by 2 staff members.. they explained their seasonal drink and answered any questions we had..they were both so nice. I got a warm chai with regular milk. Temp was good but it did lack flavor. I could barely taste anything like the Chai or cinnamon. My fiancee got their seasonal drink. It was a spin on Dubai chocolate but made with white chocolate. My fiancee LOVED it! I tried it too and it was pretty good. Im just happy she liked it. Cute place with good vibes and friendly staff. We will be coming back and I will be trying the chai again.

After talking about a special drink, and with her recommendation I chose an iced blueberry mocha. Great drink, to complement I also chose raspberry beignets. Sat outside relaxing and enjoying the break. If you're a walker, there's plenty of seating in and outside, drivers there are a few spots on either side, and on the road around the corner. They have a black sign with a bird on it which is really the only marker you can spot for knowing you've found it. The inside has simple decor but is bright and clean. I got a standard iced vanilla latte and croissant, both satisfied my breakfast cravings but were not anything extraordinary. With so many great coffee shops in Reno, you've got to find a way to stand out to get people back in the door. Even though I had a good experience here, I'm not sure if I would be rushing back unless I found something worth returning for. Still a nice place to stop if you're in the are!

It would not be out of place in a three-Michelin-star dining room. He roasts every batch himself over a wood fire, feeding a beautiful old roaster with logs he chops by hand. His espresso blends are composed with a level of precision that feels almost synesthetic. Ask him what he is aiming for and he will describe the roast in shapes: how wide the base should be, whether it tapers or flares, how many sides the finished polygon has. I have stood there listening, fascinated, with no real idea what he is talking about, then tasted the cup and understood anyway. Important to know: this is not a coffee shop. There is no barista counter. It is a modest storefront and warehouse, and if you stop by you will likely see Tim at the roaster, stoking the fire. The aroma is arresting from the street. That wood fire imparts a signature note that sets his coffee apart. It does not turn smoky in the jerky sense. It reads as a gentle campfire thread running through the cup, adding warmth and dimension without heaviness. Since moving away from Reno I miss these beans enough that I cave and pay the shipping. If you order Priority Mail, the bags arrive right in the early sweet spot of their drinkability window, perfect for dialing in extraction. If you know your way around a grinder and an espresso machine, get these beans. Tim Curry is an amazing craftsman making world-class coffee, one hand-roasted batch at a time.

So I drank it black, lol. My second cup today, so I only wanted a small. Very limited pastries at 2pm, see picture. So I decided to skip it. Ambiance - Beautiful location. Good size. Plenty of seating. Plenty of mall parking, mid day, in between meal times. And too early to go to Zephyr's wine bar, lol. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 4pm. Service - Counter service. The customer in front of me took forever; she was very confused, it was probably her first time here also... No fault of the employee. The employee was nice, acknowledged me, apologized for the wait, and said bye to us as we were leaving. Price - $4, expensive, but that is the cost for quality. The coffee gelato was a light coffee taste, absolutely fantastic but my least favorite of the bunch. Service was also very fast and kind, just wanted to make sure I pointed that out. They tend to play indie rock and older stuff like dinosaur jr which is exactly my vibe. It's like they made this coffee place for me.
