Top-tier coffee shop. Hands down. I'm guessing everyone already knows about this place, since it's never empty, but in case you don't, this is where you want to go in Reno if you're looking for quality coffee. I'd give more stars if I could, because they nail everything: service, flavors, atmosphere, and more. Their menu is full of flavorful crafted drinks (I always get something basic, like a Gibraltar, and they do it absolutely perfectly every time), and the coffee they use is a cut above--rich, slightly chocolatey/hazelnutty, great on its own and especially with milk. Really nice tea selection as well, and they brew it thoughtfully, waiting for it to steep and removing the bag before serving. And you would never guess it, but their pizza is also the best pizza we've had yet in Reno. On top of this, the interior and exterior are really warm and inviting. They've got Bob Ross running full-time on a TV and the vibe is really cool, with some Batman-looking motorcycle hanging from the ceiling and some cool hifi equipment as decor, in addition to plants and ample seating inside and out. Love this place.
Started my morning off right and went to coffee bars midtown location near Double Edge CrossFit's gym after a tough workout. They were just opening and getting set up and they quickly took my order and had the coffee out in no time. I love their oat milk Mochas and this one did not disappoint not too chocolatey perfect blend of coffee to creamer ratio. One of the cutest designs I've seen on the coffee so I had to take a pic!
I love Coffeebar. The service is ok but the drinks are delicious. They have seasonal favorites as well as the usual drinks. Its very big with a lot of seating. The parking lot is usually pretty full though. They also have pasties and snacks. This Coffeebar is one of my favorite coffee spots
As a spontaneous decision my family and I stopped in Coffeebar for the first time ever and it was a wonderful experience. No wonder it's a local favorite! It has a beautifully designed interior giving it the most comfortable vibe. My hubby and two visiting adult kids ordered a variety of coffee drinks and they loved them all. The seasonal offerings were a big hit. The counter service was friendly and nice. We ordered to go this time, but next time we'll stay, order food/pastries and drinks and enjoy the place.
We stopped on the way out of town and had the best coffee and matcha of our trip! My iced latte was perfection. It was the perfect temperature and was bold without a hint of bitterness. The matcha was pleasantly earthy with mild sweetness. I appreciate the care put into the decor and branding. Friendly and efficient staff. On a side note: While driving home I read the background story of how Coffeebar came to be. The heartache and passion spoke to my soul. What a journey! (Please write a full length book, I will buy it.) Can't wait to visit again!

The ham frittata is a surprisingly delicious way to start the day with one of their broad range of tea and coffee drinks. I had a seasonal rosemary matcha, and the hint of spice and rosemary sugar on top was delicious. And if you get the pizza, it's way beyond what you'd expect from a coffee shop. It's pretty much hands-down best crust I've had around here: thin in the middle but not soggy, and just the right amount of crunchy, chewy dough in the crust. I was amazed until I recently realized these are pizzas from Doppo (same ownership). Just know you have to order a bit early if you want to get them for dinner. Shop closes at 6 and I think pizzas have to be ordered by 5:30 at the latest. Definitely a go-to spot for drinks, light bites, and a comfortable sit-down experience. TIP: Save by ordering on the app and/or bringing your own drinkware!
Aesthetic cafe! I saw pictures of the cafe and wanted to visit it because of amount of seats they have. The drinks were okay, nothing special but my friend got the lavender latte and it was basic. The staff was friendly and answered all of the questions I had about the drinks! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an area to study or catch up with friends!
Was searching for good coffee near Verdi and decided to give this place a try! We were going to only grab a cup of latte but saw that they had food and pastries too. We ended ordering an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, cheddar scone, and veggie burrito. The veggie burrito was delicious and ingredients tasted super fresh! The latte and scone were just okay. The latte tasted watered down even drinking it right after it was made ready. Kind of regretted not getting it warm. The scone was honestly bland and not impressive. I've seen the high ratings for Coffeebar around the area so might give it another try when in town! Might try a warm drink next time instead.
While we didn't have any food we did enjoy a breve latte and an ube latte. Service was adequate. The staff was friendly and didn't rush us. The inside was bigger than we thought and nicely decorated. They serve breakfast and lunch. They're one of the non chain coffee houses that stay open later. That is a bonus with us.
So happy to have another location in Reno! I've been a fan of them since college almost 15 years ago. This location has natural light beaming which is perfect during the fall time like today. All the furniture and fixtures are aesthetic along with their drinks. We came in today craving their seasonal menu. I ordered the cranberry orange latte which is reminiscent of their lemon chiffon latte which I wish they still had! Those of you that have been fans of them since day one would remember! I enjoyed it to the last sip. My sister ordered tiramisu latte which was smooth, definitely can taste the chocolate. My daughter ordered the hot chocolate which you can't go wrong especially for a 4 year old. The service was pleasant. We didn't feel rushed when we were trying to figure out our orders and received the orders pretty quick. We ordered to go however it was nice to take a moment and have an impromptu coffee date with the important girlies in my life.
Definitely climbing its way up to my top 3 favorite coffee places in Reno. My go to coffee order is a brown sugar cinnamon latte if it can be made and if not then a vanilla latte. However, they have a spring special menu that I was interested in. The drink that caught my eye was the banana matcha latte, however, I turned that into a banana brown sugar latte. That was a YUM for me. I am one of those weirdos who LOVES banana flavor so I was very excited and happy with this. The staff is always so patient, friendly and helpful. The inside is so fun with a lot of interesting decor. I also loooooove their merchandise and am determined to own it all someday....soon lol. This is a coffee place I do always recommend and will always return to. Things to note: Has a parking lot and a dog friendly patio! read more
This continues to be my go to coffee shop for all of Reno, The staff here is perpetually, lovely and friendly, the hall seems to be full of happy and hard working people, the Wi-Fi is sufficiently fast, and the food smells good even if that's not why I'm here. read more
One of the prettiest coffee bars in town, lots of space to sit and hang out, inside and outside. Even has space for larger groups. Coffee tasted great also, we got iced vanilla latte and a cold brew, and my kid got a huge choco chip cookie (no pict of that kuz she already attacked it before I could snap the pic lol). The staff was friendly and easy to talk to to take our order, they were hustling getting the fresh baked goods out. Coffeebar is a great place to go if you want to meet up with friends for coffee. There's a lot of tables to sit at with cool decorations all around. I came in the morning, and it wasn't too busy when I arrived, but I saw a lot of people come in and out while I was seated. This is the place to be! I got the Matcha Rose latte and the Caprese panini. Both were delicious and something I would order again! My food came out fairly quick, and the staff were kind. read more

I love this Coffeebar location! It is such a bright, quiet location with plenty of space to work and chat. It's always filled with all sorts of members of the community. I seem to always run into someone I know here! Their coffee is also very good. I recently got the pumpkin pie latte and it was delicious. It was spicy and not too sweet which I really enjoy in the fall. Their food is also very good!! I'd like to explore their food menu more! read more

Hands down, one of my new favorite coffee bars/pastry shop! First off, location is great. It's easy to get to and there's ample parking. Second, super adorable decor inside - clean, open space. Third, the staff are ridiculously friendly. They're super helpful and give great recommendations. Fourth, the food is so delicious. The chorizo breakfast burrito is packed with flavor, a hint of spicyness, and the burrito had a nice bit of crunch to it. For pastry, we got the lemon blueberry scone (seasonal), morning bun, chocolate croissant, and energy bites. All these pastries tasted so good and at a very good price as well. The lemon blueberry was a perfect balance of sweet with a hint of that lemon tart. The morning bun was light and not overly sweet. The chocolate croissant was flaky on outside but soft and with melted chocolate on inside. The energy bites were wonderful and they made healthy taste so good! Can't wait to come back to try more goodies and their coffee and other drinks next time. They also have a super welcoming environment so whether you're here to meet up with a friend and chat, a business meeting, or study spot - this is the place to go. There's also shaded patio seating area outside that is dog friendly. I absolutely love this place and the vibe they give off! read more
Fantastic Coffeebar location with sunny morning vibes! We swung by here after a morning hike to refuel. We ordered off their seasonal menu. I got the pumpkin spice latte and my husband had the Tirimisu latte. Both were fantastic and served beautifully. For a bite, I tried the paleo cinnamons muffin. It was fantastic and totally hit the spot! Everything came out quick despite being a busy morning! They had bob ross playing on their TVs and beautiful plants galore. Coffebar had everything you would want in a coffee shop. Classic and seasonal coffee selection, pastries, breakfast items, and a cool place to hang out and enjoy those things. My wife and I had their seasonal coffees, the Ube Latte and Jasmine Rose Latte. We also ordered their chorizo burritos and almond croissant. The coffees were very tasty and the croissant was flaky, buttery and delicious with plenty of yummy almond filling. Surprisingly for me though, the star of the show was the chorizo burrito. It was very tasty and well seasoned and the salsa that came with it was delicious with a small kick that made it addictive. The staff was nice and attended us quickly as it was not that busy when we got there. Was out that way for errands but also found out theres one closer to me so will definitely try it. read more

Great cafe off the I-80 in West Reno! Looking for a good spot in West Reno or a spot to stop cruising along the 80??? This is your place! This is a "double" review as I had lunch here yesterday and breakfast this morning... First off, the staff is very friendly and hip! Everyone is very nice. The cafe itself is very modern and bright, offering tons of natural light and lots of tables to enjoy a meal and/or some "remote" work. There are high-tops, regular tables, and couches to choose from. Food wise, I am very impressed by the quality of the food offerings. For lunch I ordered the Chicken Salad Sando and for breakfast I had the PB & Banana Toast and a Cappuccino. The Chicken Salad Sandwich was served on a thick wheat bread, but nothing intimidating. The thick bread actually helps in not making the sandwich get soggy. Ingredients are high quality and the taste is very good. As for breakfast, the cappuccino was great and the PB & Banana Toast offered a generous amount of PB and comes with a nice coating of honey as well. Overall, great spot and would recommend to anyone! read more

Plus: - relatively close off the freeway - Nice ambiance - Food is decent Minus: - Incredibly overpriced! ($7 latte, $5 americano, $13 egg sandwich, $8 frittata) - Coffee is meh Guy at the front was pleasant and the ordering went smoothly! Barista...got mad when I said I asked for light ice in my americano (specified when I ordered my drink) and grabbed my drink rudely and threw it away very loudly. We all have bad days, but that was a little jarring at 8oclock in the morning. In conclusion, great atmosphere, overpriced, meh coffee, great food! read more
In Reno for the weekend and a friend recommend this spot! Wish I knew about it when I lived in Reno because I would have spent every day here! Lots of seating space (indoors and outdoors), great natural lighting, free wifi, and delicious drinks! Got a classic iced matcha and was not disappointed! The entire ambiance inside is so unique and incorporates lots of plants! All the staff is super friendly too! My only complaints are that parking is pretty hard, but not impossible. Also their plastic lids don't really fit well on their cups. I noticed our lids kept popping off with any movement. Other than that though it's an ideal spot! Will definitely be adding to on my list to recommend! read more

On my way home from a trip to Reno I stopped at Coffeebar for some caffeine and to meet up with a coworker before my drive to Sacramento. The parking lot was full of cars which made me worried it was going to be packed inside, but I was happy to find plenty of seating and only a few people in line. I was greeted right away and looked over the menu, everything sounded delicious including the food. I ended up asking the person at the register for their recommendation and ended up with the honey almond latte. It was just what I needed and so tasty. We ended up finding a great seat and talking for a while. I loved the unique decorations and set up. The natural light is great here, there's indoor and outdoor seating and tables are separated enough that you can have a conversation or get some work done without feeling like other customers are overhearing or too close. I would definitely stop by again. read more
I go here often when I want to work away from my office. The staff are nice, the food and treats are delicious. The prices are reasonable for the atmosphere and the amenities. I like to use the tables in the back room to work, but they all wobble quite a bit. If there was one think I would change about this place it would be to have more accessible outlets near the tables for thirsty laptops. read more

I always pop into this location before my hair cut and I'm never disappointed. Today I tried one of the fall specials the Autumn Fog Tea Latter and was very pleased! The spices were tasty and balanced nicely with the oat milk. The cashier was also the barista and she made my drink very quickly which was impressive. I like to buy some of their vertical roast beans every time I'm in. I appreciate their practices and I love that they aren't just charring the heck out of their roasts. The ambiance is chill and laid back but I never stick around this location long because I have hairs that need to be snipped. read more
You want an Ube latte that has great Ube flavor, this is the spot for it! I love Ube latte and this Coffeebar location has one of the best:) I usually come to Coffeebar whenever I'm in the area and when I saw they were featuring the Ube latter for the season, I had to try it and it didn't disappoint. We also had their iced honey almond latte! Super refreshing for a coffee drink but their combo was very light and coffee forward. We got our drinks pretty quickly l some we were the only ones on line but they have a day old basket of their pastries for 2-3 bucks and still taste really good since they are wrapped. New location. Same old great service, coffee and bites. Large building, eye catching architectural features, lush greenery. Plenty of seating to share with a group, with a date or intimate seating if flying solo... or if you are stood up like me. I was supposed to meet a friend to catch up. Unfortunately a crisis at home held her back. I was already on my way when notified. Since it's my first time at this new location I decided to go anyways. I live how ample it is. Also the huge windows allow for lots of light. Dark wood, black leather coaches, antique electronic installations and unique bike pieces give it a cozy but interesting ambience. I appreciate that the music it's in the background. Not drowning conversations. People can chat at a reasonable volume instead of screaming to make themselves heard over music, like happens in so many coffee shops. They were out of my to go chai mix. The barista suggested the rooibos mix and did not disappoint. Love at first sip, first bite, first look. Coming back soon. read more

Coffeebar sets the standard. I have yet to experience coffee like this anywhere else. I swear that affirmations are spoken in to their coffee beans, daily. They also have a wide selection of Gluten Free items that taste AMAZING. read more

Never heard of this coffee spot. But I checked in and was able to get another free drink on Yelp. That was kind of cool. This place has a more family vibe than their competitors. Every drink was served with a smile here to every customer that ordered. I loved that about this place.I came down for the weekend to visit but when I come back to Reno, I'll be sure to visit again. Made a very strong impression on me. read more
