We've eaten at several Vietnamese Restaurants in the Puget Sound region and this one doesn't make the grade. I ordered the tofu with broccoli and that's all I got. One would expect more vegetables and some taste but that wasn't the case. My wife had pho and it was ok but nothing special. Service was good which is a surprise as my experience with Vietnamese restaurants is this is were they fall down. Maybe it was because I never saw one Vietnamese person in the place. read more

I been to this place a few times. Good restaurant to have lunch at. This visit we had the Red Curry, Drunken noodles and the spring rolls. Service was great and fast. Luckily we didn't have to wait for sitting, there was a waiting time in our previous visit. The reason for four stars is because the spring rolls are not as good as before. In our fist couple visits the spring rolls had four whole shrimps and were much larger. Unfortunately they've become smaller and with only two half shrimp. Besides that the curry was great. I added a lvl four spice which wasn't too spicy. It went well with the dish. I've heard their Pho is great, I'll have to try it next visit. read more

We both ordered the combo white noodle dish that had pork, shrimp, and chicken for the meats. It was good value and filling. I'm not sure what's going on with the restaurant- went there yesterday and extremely disappointed by service. The place was dirty, torn booth seats, seriously this place needs to be updated. Appears under some remodel construction, but this has been going on for some time. Won't be back until it's cleaned up. read more

My food is always delicious from here but the service is awful. I won't be going back after my last experience. I had to ask for my drink multiple times and our water was never refilled. A little ways through our meal when I was wondering why we both had empty cups I looked over and saw our waitress taking a break. She was sitting and eating. She never came to let us know or handed us off to anyone. I had to get up and ask a random waitress to get us more water. So disrespectful. I would only suggest dining out from spring lotus unless you are okay with horrible customer service. read more

One of my favorite restaurants in Wenatchee. I personally love their shrimp spring rolls and sometimes just order those as a treat for myself. Who can resist that peanut sauce?!?! I enjoy their Bun Bowls, Garlic Chicken, and their Pho. I would give them a 5 star if atmosphere was better as it is always cold in there even in summer (last night in winter everyone was eating with their coats on) and I was disappointed that they could not leave the peppers out of their lettuce wrap as it is all pre-made so I haven't had a chance to try that because of my intolerance to peppers. Visiting Wenatchee and found this place on yelp. It did not disappoint. My husband loves pho and had the beef and brisket pho which he really enjoyed. I love drunken noodles and even though they didn't have the wide noodles it was still really good with pad Thai noodles. Great flavours. We shared spring rolls to start and they were so nice and fresh and came with a delicious peanut sauce. A little expensive from what we're used to (living in vegas) but overall we'd come back! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food can be great. Ive been coming to this place for a few years, and my biggest issue with them is the consistency. At times their dishes are spot and delicious, and at times the food lacks finesse and flavor. Portion size is always consistent, however, what they charge for the price you pay isnt proportionate. Prices are too high for what they serve you. They recently increased their prices while keeping portion sizes the same. Not cool. What ive noticed is that the dishes are awesome when you eat in the restaurant, but quality decreases for take out food. What i dont like about the place is seating. Avoid sitting on the tables with bench seating against the wall. The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. The place is also relatively small and tends to fill up in the evenings. Waiters are kind, but not very helpful. Also, if the waiters cant correctly pronounce "pho," can they really be trusted? Presentation is also lacking. While the food is relatively good, the way they present the food isnt very appetizing. Thankfully flavor and smell compensate. Overall, its a "good" choice. I like to visit the place occasionally. And while it wouldn't be my first choice, its a solid option given the lack of options in wenatchee. read more

Typical Vietnamese/Pan-Asian food here, but somewhat Americanized. Pho is typical, but slightly better with the super soft brisket. However, they tend to get overly crowded, causing long wait times in the cramped front seating area. Additionally, customer service is not consistent; some servers are nice, but there is one girl who is always downright rude, which always ruins our eating experience. Prices are fairly expensive for pho or Asian food compared to Seattle. read more

We were out looking for something different to eat enough though we love having pho back home in puyallup we decided to stop here and give it a try. We arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant opened but a very nice server name Josiah. He ended up being out server and gave us he best experience we could ask for. He made sure to let us know when the kitchen was done preparing and took our order right away. He service was the Best we have Weber had and the food was fanatic. We ordered fried egg rolls 2 beef and brisket large pulse 2 kids meals. The price was too be expected for 2 adults and 4 kids plus drinks. The food is expensive. For two garlic chickens and two orders of spring rolls it came to $45. She said the spring rolls are $7.50 each. They were two whole rolls cut in half. That's way more expensive than any other Vietnamese place I've ate at. The garlic chicken was dry but was spiced okay. On a to go order, they didn't include any utensils or napkins. Really good food. The level of spice that you receive can vary time to time though. I used to order a 3* and I've received my food to go only to get it home and it's 5*+. I was really surprised to find really excellent Asian food in Wenatchee. This is a very place in a strip mall. Because I was alone, I ordered two dishes, Vietnamese spring rolls and Orange Chicken. I've had lots of Vietnamese Spring rolls and these were very good. I almost didn't order the Orange Chicken since my experience with it has been from Panda Express. So you know what? This place is pretty darn good. Just having moved here from Seattle a couple of months ago, I was not expecting great things for any kind of Asian food in Wenatchee. (Having been totally spoiled historically) I was pleasantly surprised with this place- their fresh rolls are stuffed to overflowing with tasty tofu, bean sprouts and veggies, and their pad kee mao is consistently delicious. Best Pho and unfried spring rolls in town! I've tried them all and hands down this is the most fresh-tasting and flavor full of all the Pho in the Wenatchee area. The service is excellent - I highly recommend the Pho, Spring Rolls, Garlic Chicken, Coconut Red Curry, and Pork Bun Bowl. Never had an experience where the food wasn't fresh, and a number of my Seattlite and NYC friends agree it's very good Vietnamese food. You can safely ignore what some of the other naysayers are spouting off. I've been to VN Pho a few times before and while it was cheaper, it was definitely not as good. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and this is my favorite place to eat in Wenatchee. I always get their spring rolls, crispy chicken, and their combo mixed grill plate. Heck for $5 you can take a small jar of their famous chili oil home and it lasts a long time. It does not expire. Their spicy peanut sauce is my favorite and with any leftovers i literally dip it into anything i have at home hahahah. It is right behind Target, nestled in the middle of great harvest bread co and i beleive it is called lemongrass ( natural foods, teas, etc). their Thai tea is really good and very sweet though so watch out if your not into too much sweet. The staff is always friendly and even though it is not on the menu i am always able to order noodles and shrimp for my four year old for about $6. read more
