So far, so good. Moved to a new house and signed up for service. The sales guy was nice and did his requisite upselling of bundled services. We opted for a 400 mB plan with Apple TV... talked me into a "DIY self install "... just pick it up at the store and plug it into the wall. I arrived at the nearest Spectrum store and found a decent line. 20 minutes or so, I was in the store, and the CSR handed me a few boxes of stuff. All was well until I got home and realized "plug it in" requires a cable connection to the home. C'mon, sales guy... I literally told you it's a new home, we just moved in, and asked you if I needed an existing cable hook up and you said no. A few minutes on the customer service phone line and Jose was going to be at the house to do the install.... in five days. Frustrating, but I suppose not unexpected. The glorious day came, Jose showed up, drilled a hole through the wall, and got everything working. Speed tests have given my a max of 390ish/25ish, so not bad. It has also fluctuated as low as 35/5, so we'll have to see how it goes. But all in all, it was one of our only local options, and I'm hopeful there will be more good times than frustrating ones moving forward.

What a joke this business is, they weren't open when I passed by at 500pm on a Thursday. Actually this place looks closed because the main sign on top is missing they only have a sticker sign on their door plus it's all the windows are blacked out but the lights and furnishings are still there. Again what a joke because on their website it doesn't state they are closed for good. I had to return a modem to them but ended up going to a UPS store to send it, what a waste of time.

This charter spectrum store is in the middle of a busy shopping strip mall. I had to come in here to exchange a cable modem. Level of service on a Sunday afternoon was fast (no lines). Pandemic/Covid protection: - There were 3 employees in the office, 2 without masks, the last with masks and gloves - They have their double door entrance propped open which was a plus - They wanted me to sign some kind of receipt but we're okay that I declined once I told them I wanted to go get a pen. All in my specific experience was good but YMMV

Horrible customer service. I came in the morning and left immediately when I saw over 15 people waiting in line for service. Left work early to return equipment and nothing changed...one employee for 20 customers! Hire more people!

There's over 30 people waiting I've been here for over an hour and there's only 1 person inside working earlier this morning at around 10 am. Spectrum is price grouching our internet but just provide 1 employee to help us. There's two managers over here and they are useless and worthless. I was also given the two managers name is Rong and Peter.

I signed in and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to help me. I explained to the young man about my phone issues and he told me that he was going to install a new eSim card. After patiently waiting about 15 minutes he restarted my phone and that took care of my issues. I could ise my iPhone again! After the man fixed my phone he took a look at my internet account and told me I had an old plan and he could save me $25 a month. So, my internet went from $106 a month to $81 a month and I got a faster 1 Gig broadband speed. I also told him that my internet would sometimes go down for a couple of minutes in the mornings and start back up. He said bring in the router and the wifi tower and I could swiped it out with newer models. So today I did just that. Thanks Spectrum. You were extremely helpful.

I finally had it and called Spectrum to cancel the service and returned the equipment on the 4th of March 2026. Customer service over the phone advised me to return the equipment before the next billing cycle which is the 16th of the month. Instead of send them back by UPS, I took them to a Spectrum store and got a receipt. Today the 16th of March, I got another charge on my credit card for $101.25 from Spectrum. Just got off the phone and this so called "supervisor" told me that I had to pay for the month of March in the middle of the month. I was shocked and told him the equipment was returned and customer service had told me I will not be charged again. I also asked him who would charge monthly service in the middle of the month for the service month? It's usually at the beginning or the end of the month and that's not what the customer service told me earlier when I called and returned the equipment. He insisted he is the "supervisor" and couldn't do anything about it. Well guess what..... it's my decision to let everyone know this is how Spectrum put its hands in your pocket. Just like people around me said. They charge more on the loyal customers and bite you when you decided to leave. Take my advice.... STAY AWAY

Let me tell you that Nojan is da man!…read more We redid our family room and moved the location of our tv to our new built-in cabinets. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering. Highest definition streaming videos. According to my son, online gaming lag disappears. Nojan has been doing this for 30+ years. He's nice. He's polite. He's tidy. He did everything I asked for and offered upgrades to things I didn't know existed. And his prices are beyond reasonable. $$$ :)

Customer service is okay at this location. Sometimes they don't have certain devices in stock or…read morethey don't carry them in the store at all. Definitely make an appointment if you can because the wait can be extensive. The cellular service is just as good as other major carriers. Affordable prices when bundled. I don't like that you can't use the full data you pay for each month when you use your phone's hotspot. You get significantly reduced speeds (600kbps) after 5gb of hotspot use even though you pay for 30gb per month with their unlimited plan of $30 per month. Their cable service is good, but the prices fluctuate pretty often and deals are hard to come by even though they tell you to check in on current deals once yours expires. There are also a lot of sporting events that you can't watch because of constant corporate squabbles leading to contractual disagreements which affect Dodgers and Lakers games. Overall, I'd recommend the service since they seem to be making more improvement each year.
