I was very happy with the service until my screen cracked from a very light touch in May of 2026. I was puzzled that a simple touch to the screen would crack it so easily. After the initial repair, I have always been very mindful of how I interact with my computer, as I work from home and need my computer on a day to day basis. I brought it back to Gadgetneeds to explore solutions. While I was telling the reps what happened one of them asked me "do I believe I the words I say? You must have done other damage to it." I told them that it is really bad business to insist that a customer is lying, and that I refused to pay $350 again to only be faced with the same issue in 4 months. I recommend avoiding this business. It is unfortunate that Gadgetneeds is not only able to stand by their work, but also questioned my integrity while trying to make this repair happen. I will find a business that is able to listen to their customers for this next repair.

    The Verizon retail store is located at 368 South lake Avenue Pasadena California 91101. It is in…read morethe business district of South Lake Avenue. While it is accessible from South Lake Avenue, the best way to enter Verizon is from the South Lake Parking District behind the store along Shoppers Lane. There is also a small parking lot directly behind the store with about 18 parking spaces. When entering the store from the parking area, you are greeted with a friendly hello at the reception counter. Here you will be asked some questions about the reason for your visit. They handle a lot of situations at this Verizon location. Everything from accessories, new phones, notebooks, Laptops, to mobile phone connections and plans. I was surprised to hear that they handle a number of corporate accounts. After waiting a few minutes, a consultant led me to a desk for a "how can I assist you" interview. After explaining that my phone was old and not always reliable, I needed a new phone. All my phones lately have been Samsungs so the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra was my choice. After making my choice, Yaz went to the back and brought out the phone and papers to go over. I appreciated the explanation of the options that were available and checking my wireless plan to make sure that I was getting the most for my money. I also asked for help transferring all of the information from my old phone to my new phone. After making sure that I had no other questions, I paid my bill and was on my way home with a brand new phone. The whole experience took about an hour. Yaz was the perfect consultant. He was friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with everything about my visit to this location.

Kira, the sales representative, greeted me with a big smile and walked me through all their promotions, from iPhones to internet plans to tablets. Thanks to her help, I didn't just get an amazing deal on my monthly plan--I also received a free iPhone 17 Pro with no trade-in required and even an iPad for free. The monthly fees are incredibly good for premium service with unlimited data, talk, text, hotspot, and international travel included. Kira and her manager were both excellent--professional, friendly, and truly knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping by this store if you want great deals and top-notch service. Absolutely worth the trip!

When we came to pick up the iPad, the screen looked absolutely pristine, but it started doing some weird things on its own. Harry was immediately super apologetic and insisted on keeping it to make things right. Since it was close to closing time, I fully expected to come back the next day -- but within about 30 minutes, Harry called to let us know he had fixed the issue and everything was working perfectly again! This level of customer service is hard to find. Harry has actually repaired several of our teenagers' devices over the years, and every experience has been great.     This happened a few years ago, and to this day, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth every…read moresingle time I drive past this place. I genuinely hope this individual no longer works here and that it was just a one-off bad worker--unless, of course, he is actually the owner of the establishment. Either way, the experience was so terrible I feel compelled to share it. I called this shop multiple times beforehand to get a quote for a cracked screen repair. The technician assured me it could be fixed and recommended going with the aftermarket glass. After assessing it in person, he confirmed the plan, took the phone, and told me it would take about an 1-2 hours. When I returned, the phone was completely taken apart. Suddenly, the story changed. He claimed the back case also needed to be replaced to fit the new screen--something he specifically assured me wasn't necessary before he started. He also said that there was something wrong with the front facing camera, which it didn't before I gave it to him. He quoted a new price for the extra work that almost equaled the cost of a brand-new phone. Because the extra cost didn't make sense, I told him to just put the phone back together, offer a fair price for his time, and I'd just buy a new phone instead. (The phone was fully functional before this; it literally just had a cracked glass). He completely refused to reassemble the phone unless I paid for both the new rear case and the glass. He basically held my device hostage, forcing me into a costly repair under his terms, or forcing me to walk out with a completely disassembled, non-functional phone. I felt backed into a corner and had no choice but to pay. Unprofessional, dishonest, and predatory business practices. Avoid at all costs.
