I tried disputing it with my credit card but the merchant lied saying I never contacted them back about the issue. Even though I emailed 2 separate times, called like 4 which one of the calls lasted 10 minutes of me trying to get a refund, and went to the shop 2 separate occasions. I did not immediately approach them right away, I had class after the pick up because I am a college student. I also didn't re-contact my bank back because it is too much effect, I had midterms during then, and if they need the money so badly they can keep it. Now it is July 18 and the cheap replacement they gave me has a fat yellow tint looking like a long vertical line on the left side of my screen. This 100% due to a hardward issue, and now I cannot reach out about the issue because the shop is dishonest, and disingenuous. If you want your laptop worse off come here, if not take the extra money to a different shop with actual integrity.

Suddenly, the volume button also stopped working, which meant she couldn't restart the phone at all when the screen froze. We were looking for a bare minimum solution, to have the old phone be functional long enough to transfer her data to a new phone. I called a few places looking for a simple, temporary fix, and luckily found this store. When I explained the situation, they offered to help with the data transfer instead of repairing the older phone. They temporarily installed a working screen on the old phone, let us complete the transfer, and then even swapped the cracked screen back afterward. They went above and beyond, no other store offered a similar solution besides repairing the old phone completely. I would absolutely recommend this place!

One time my camera wouldn't focus, ended up being a bad camera. They order the OEM part in the afternoon and by the next day, my phones cameras were working like the day I got my phone new. Just today my phone turned off by itself and became a brick. It would not power on at all, not even connecting it to iTunes, I was for sure I would be buying a new phone today. But I took my phone in to them and within 10 minutes they had my phone working again!!!! I've been coming here for years and in the past year something changed and ive had the worst service here. Went in for a repair for my iphone 15 screen that was cracked and had a damaged LCD, keep in mind that this IS THE ONLY TIME MY SCREEN WAS ACTUALLY CRACKED, it was $120 and they replaced the screen quickly and i was out of there in under 15 minutes. Right away i noticed the quality of the screen sucked and was very glitchy, i called and they replaced the screen free of charge. Then a week later i noticed multiple black spots on my screen after taking it out of my pocket, no drop or anything and i had a damaged LCD again. so i go in and pay $120 again to fix this thinking nothing of it. just shy of a month later same thing happens! without dropping my phone a discolored line appeared on my screen, just simply pulled it out if my purse. AGAIN I go in store and pay the $120 once more to get it replaced. everything is fine and 2 months go by, and can anyone guess what happened? yup same issue, pulled my phone out if my front pocket and what do you know!! a damaged LCD screen, no drop no sitting on the phone, nothing and the cheap screen still got damaged. At this point, im convinced this is the cheap screens that they are using. i go ahead and call the store and i am then greeted by JIN, i explain my situation and he proceeds to place the blame entirely on me saying that it must be me who keeps dropping my phone and causing the damage in a very mean and rude tone. I asked if they sell computers, described what I used it for and he had exactly what I needed - one of the computers was in excellent working condition, but had a scratch on it, the other was like new and both were very reasonably priced. He did not push me to buy either of them and told me to take my time to think if I wanted one. I decided to buy the better computer and the manager added a brand-new high-quality charger and all the different cords I could need at no extra cost. He also explained that it's guaranteed for 30 days and that I can come back if ever there are problems.
