Despite it being a very long process, Mason was very kind and patient throughout process. Even ensuring that my phone was working 100% before letting me leave the door (as I clearly would've left without testing). I felt the help from Mason was attentive and super helpful. Hopefully don't need to return anytime soon but if the need arises, I will definitely be visiting this location in future! Was satisfied with my newly working phone that was successfully transferred. On Sept 19, 2025 I completed & drop off a simple device trade-in for a promotion with Jennifer T . Because the staff failed to process the return correctly, I am now being charged the full price of the phone.. I have already spent 4 hours on the phone with Customer Service , yet the billing error remains uncorrected I returned today Jan 9 , 2026 around 6:15 PM to fix this. The Assistant Manager, Enrique as he says his names ; but I believe his name is Aris , was sitting in the back and showed zero concern for the situation. Despite this being a store-level error, he didn't even bother to open a Hyla Inquiry or a Clarity Ticket to track the missing device. He simply handed me a proof of delivery, told me "this is all I can do," and sent me on my way. I had to go the route of escalating to AT&T legal department Notice of Dispute & The AT&T Office of the President, it had to go this way ? Really? It is unacceptable that I am stuck fixing a mess created by this store while management refuses to use the basic tools at their disposal to help. Avoid this location if you expect any accountability. Just a MESS !

I was seen very quickly, had diagnostics done within 5 minutes, and he suggested alternative solutions while discouraging me from doing unnecessary repairs on my phone as it was in good health, despite that costing him business and income. Can't help but appreciate his honestly since a lot of shops in this same business don't have that quality. Called and expressed concerns for slow battery charging. I inquired about time for diagnostics and the guy on the phone quoted 15-20 minutes. Soon after I came to the shop and the guy saw me within a minute of stepping into the shop and did his diagnostic testing within 5 minutes. He told me that my phone charged well on his chargers and suggested that it might be due to my charging cable. He recommended I order a new one and also offered some in store but wasn't pushy about his stock in particular. I also asked about my battery health of 86% and he said it's in good health and I should hold onto it for a little longer before considering a battery replacement. Super pleased with my experience even though I didn't end up doing any business. I WILL be coming back to this location when I do have issues with my phone.

What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Helping him and teaching him about the software. My grandpa is old, as all grandparents are, so he is kind of slow and he does ask a lot of questions. Some how the lady helping him began to laugh. She made my grandpa laugh as well and that is why I rated this place 5 stars!

Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well.

    Thursday I had problems with my iPhone 16e so I drove to Spectrum on my lunch break. Whenever I…read morereceived or tried to make a call all I could hear was static. I signed in and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to help me. I explained to the young man about my phone issues and he told me that he was going to install a new eSim card. After patiently waiting about 15 minutes he restarted my phone and that took care of my issues. I could ise my iPhone again! After the man fixed my phone he took a look at my internet account and told me I had an old plan and he could save me $25 a month. So, my internet went from $106 a month to $81 a month and I got a faster 1 Gig broadband speed. I also told him that my internet would sometimes go down for a couple of minutes in the mornings and start back up. He said bring in the router and the wifi tower and I could swiped it out with newer models. So today I did just that. Thanks Spectrum. You were extremely helpful.

Instead of send them back by UPS, I took them to a Spectrum store and got a receipt. Today the 16th of March, I got another charge on my credit card for $101.25 from Spectrum. Just got off the phone and this so called "supervisor" told me that I had to pay for the month of March in the middle of the month. I was shocked and told him the equipment was returned and customer service had told me I will not be charged again. I also asked him who would charge monthly service in the middle of the month for the service month? It's usually at the beginning or the end of the month and that's not what the customer service told me earlier when I called and returned the equipment. He insisted he is the "supervisor" and couldn't do anything about it. Well guess what..... it's my decision to let everyone know this is how Spectrum put its hands in your pocket. Just like people around me said. They charge more on the loyal customers and bite you when you decided to leave. Take my advice.... STAY AWAY

    I desperately needed to replace my iPhone 13 Pro battery. After reaching out to multiple shops…read morelocally, Gadgetneeds gave me the best quote (especially since I wanted an authentic Apple battery replacement). Most of the other places I reached out to only had third party batteries or were charging more for the authentic Apple one. It was super easy to get a quote through Yelp's Projects and make an appointment, although they take walk-ins as well. Changing the battery took about an hour as the battery arrived 0% charged, but normally should take less than 30 min. Battery is definitely holding a charge well and also includes a 3 month warranty for any issues that may come up. The owner is also very personable and a great person. Another customer came in needing a phone charger, mentioning he lost everything in the Eaton fire. The owner kindly gave him one for free. Overall, great service and I would not hesitate to come back again for any future phone repair needs.
