Next thing I know, I see my autopay showing over $300 per month. I called the customer care line and was informed that two additional phone lines, without actual phones, were added at $40 each. I thought it must be fraud, because I didn't add additional lines. I just replaced a phone and bought a tablet on promotion. They told me all I had to pay was sales tax. Mind you, the new tablet also got a phone line, which is normal, so that isn't an issue. After going back and forth with them claiming it wasn't fraud. Seriously, someone would like to pay for an additional phone line for $40 vs paying $9 a month for a cheap phone, on the line they already have? Be careful with their "promotions" since it may involve unnecessary charges and phantom phones.

After looking at my bill, I realized there was not an issue and understood why the bill was hire than I thought. Sean, the manager, told me he wanted to check to see if I could earn some savings. He told me to open my T-Life account. Shame on me, I stupidly did it. He started pushing buttons in my account and said, "I can save you a lot of money. I just need to verify that the Social Security number we have on file is correct." STUPIDLY, I gave it to him, though I knew it was a BAD idea. Next thing you know, Sean is showing me that I will save me money by using the T-Mobile credit card for autopay. HE SLAMMED ME RIGHT UNDER MY NOSE. He applied for a credit card without my permission! I was shocked and told him how dare he (I may have dropped an F bomb). He said, "This doesn't affect your credit." Lifelock contacted me immediately asking if I had applied for a T-Mobile Capital One credit card. So, um, Sean you're dead wrong. Turns out, he is being instructed by corporate to do this. This shop is located inside a coffee shop they are a joined store, I paid $100 for a screen repair…read moreon a 15 plus very quick and fast less then 20 min, however he said it was "after market" phone screens which I know they're not compatible with Apple, after putting my screen on my phone a banner popped up and said it didn't recognized the screen, the screen for me is a little grainy/ makes the color faded a but with my screen giving it the old iPhone aesthetic, since it's not an apple screen my display screen shrunk in size due to that, furthermore there are horizontal lines on my screen which are noticeable when I open my email and my banking app, also the screen is raised a bit as well but nothing really that noticeable if you have a case on, I'd say if you have an apple phone just go to Apple Store themselves they're doing it for $99 and they're Apple parts, I'd say if you have anything other then an iPhone this guy would be your best bet, initially when calling the store no answer but there is an immediate call back no prices listed you have to call and ask for the price

While it is accessible from South Lake Avenue, the best way to enter Verizon is from the South Lake Parking District behind the store along Shoppers Lane. There is also a small parking lot directly behind the store with about 18 parking spaces. When entering the store from the parking area, you are greeted with a friendly hello at the reception counter. Here you will be asked some questions about the reason for your visit. They handle a lot of situations at this Verizon location. Everything from accessories, new phones, notebooks, Laptops, to mobile phone connections and plans. I was surprised to hear that they handle a number of corporate accounts. After waiting a few minutes, a consultant led me to a desk for a "how can I assist you" interview. After explaining that my phone was old and not always reliable, I needed a new phone. All my phones lately have been Samsungs so the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra was my choice. After making my choice, Yaz went to the back and brought out the phone and papers to go over. I appreciated the explanation of the options that were available and checking my wireless plan to make sure that I was getting the most for my money. I also asked for help transferring all of the information from my old phone to my new phone. After making sure that I had no other questions, I paid my bill and was on my way home with a brand new phone. The whole experience took about an hour. Yaz was the perfect consultant. He was friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with everything about my visit to this location.

People don't know how to handle your issues, you get transferred around and eventually when the problem gets all explained and you are ready to receive help, you mysteriously get disconnected . I somet the hrs plus and that is exactly what happened to me. I had brought over two phones, two watches, an iPad and this is the awful service I recd. I would be very careful moving business to them. I found the retail store very helpful.
